Charanpreet Deu : I was travelling from New Delhi, India to Toronto,Canada on 23rd Dec and upon arrival my both checked in bags were missing. My flight details are EY211 /23 DEC/ EY 19 /23 DEC AC 849 /23 DEC and routing DEL/AUH/LHR/YYZ. I was told to fill out a delayed baggage form and got file reference no. which is YYZAC76444. I have checked no. of times on world tracer but it shows same thing from last 4 days. Even I contacted world tracing and they are saying that they have already requested to Etihad Delhi for tracing but they did not repiled back. Moreover, they have already requested 4-5 times on my request but they are not giving any response.So, it is my humble request to make this process faster as I know that has last airline Air Canada is responsible for luggage but how they can provide me luggage if they have not got it from Etihad Airways, Delhi. I had my all stuff in bags and this type of service from Itihad is making me annoying as I never thought to receive this kind of service from such a famous airlines. Guest : I was travelling to Jaipur from Boston (BOS / JFK / AUH / DEL / JAI) on 14th -16th Dec 2018. Unfortunately none of my checked-in bags arrived in Jaipur. My file reference number is JAI9W14512. Even after continuous follow ups via mail and telephone, there has been no proper reply. A week has passed with no answer from the airlines. I had all my stuff in my bag. I don't understand how any bag, which has been tagged, checked and loaded, be not traced even after 7 days! I never took Etihad to be so careless. I was travelling to Jaipur from Boston (BOS / JFK / AUH / DEL / JAI) on 14th -16th Dec 2018. Unfortunately none of my checked-in bags arrived in Jaipur. My file reference number is JAI9W14512. Even after continuous follow ups via mail and telephone, there has been no proper reply. A week has passed with no answer from the airlines. I had all my stuff in my bag. I don't understand how any bag, which has been tagged, checked and loaded, be not traced even after 7 days! I never took Etihad to be so careless. Please sort this out asap!

Guest : I am here today, to share my bad experience with Etihad airways. I flew to back to Australia from Lebanon, arriving on the 12/09/2018. one of my checked in baggage was missing, I opened a file regarding my missing baggage (reference file is BNEEY11292) , and went home that night, after being reassured that my bag will be found soon and i will be contacted to get updates. A few days later, they asked me if i have any photos of the bag, i did sent the photos, and all that was through the baggage services at the airport. After 21 days, i called back again the same number provided by Brisbane airport for baggage services, they told me that it's time to file a claim online with Etihad, and that's what i did on the 4/10/2018 i received back an email regarding all necessary documents needed to complete the claim. I replied back straight away with all documents attached and information needed. (claim Ref 668113) After that email, i sent another 3 emails, haven't received anything back at all. There is no phone number to call, only the email address which is: baggageclaims@etihad.ae and unfortunately there's no other way to reach that department whatsoever. I tried again to reach out Brisbane baggage services at the airport, but there's nothing they can do, the matter isn't in their hands anymore, it's with Etihad. so I waited 3 months until the 13/12/2018 to receive an email back from the baggage claims department of Etihad, and just for them to say sorry my bag is lost forever, and they will only pay me 600 dollars as a compensation. Well let me tell you something, that's first of all and for sure UNPROFESSIONAL, second it's disrespectful, and third it's like take those money and shut your mouth, we don't care what you have in your bag, and if it's valuable or no, and what's the value of all things you have lost. And since you know it's hard to get receipts for all things you have in the bag, i might find some, but definitely not gonna find a receipt for each and every item. My bag itself costed me around $350 when i first bought it, so that's not FAIR at all. The bag was under your responsibility, not mine, you lost it, wasn't my choice, at least do something to show that you really care about customers who chose you and put their trust in you above millions of other airlines. Guest : But then this is your responsibility to find my luggage at any cost. 48hours have passed- if delhi team is saying that Abu dhabi has emailed them that it never arrived at abu dhabi then its only JFK left to be followed up. I have relied on your airline and paid good anount for this travel. Why the follow ups are through email- call the jfk team urgently and ask them where they misplaces it. Please sort this anyhow as all my stuff is in my bag and I will Not buy everything again for the days you are following up- I need to sort this asap.
