Hi, My baggage was delayed on flight EY 141 from Abu Dhabi to Toronto on June 1st, 2019. I am looking to file a claim with Etihad and my insurance company for the delay as I had documents and clothes in my baggage for important meetings on Sunday evening and Monday morning. I reported it missing and it was eventually found in Sydney and turned up in Manchester 4 days later! (Bag missing report number: MANEY25719) In the meantime, I had to buy some essentials and clothes whilst waiting for my luggage to be delivered. I emailed Etihad about reclaiming the money that I have had to spend on essentials whilst waiting for my luggage to arrive, and also for compensation for the stress caused and time taken to track my luggage.
