It has been more than 2 months since I inquired about my missing bag. I was told that your team will look into it and get back to me. I have not heard back since then. I am so frustrate and * at the unprofessional customer service. I NEED TO KNOW IF IT WAS FOUND OR NOT. THANK YOU! This was my original post : " Hello, I left a bag on the seats 26B,26C on flight EY 7603 on March 21 at 7 am at the Abu Dhabi international airport.It was a black bag containing 5D mark iii camera along with 3 lenses and a flash.When we were being transported to a different terminal , I realised that I had left the bag on the seat and I informed the authorities, no one was able to help me with urgency.Instead they told me to just complain at the LA office , that if I file a claim there, I would miss my flight.Therefore, I have no file reference number. Upon landing in Los Angeles, I spoke to an officer near the baggage claim area and he said he wrote my complain but he did not give me a reference number either, I even filed a baggage claim online but I have not heard back from anyone.Since then I have been constantly calling etihad offices in Abu dhabi, and majority of the times my calls don't go through or the person on the other end does not seem willing to help.I am very frustrated as the contents of this bag are expensive and necessary for my business. PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN BEST RESOLVE THIS. eticket number: 6077687922361"

I traveled to Athens from Mumbai in Eithaad airways (booking reference no. EY ISLERP) in business class for leisure trip. And I am surprised, if all the three bags were checked in together, how could they maange to get two of them and not the third one, when all of them were together. Why do I have to * my time and efforts in follow ups with Etihad and Jet Airways when it is Airlines responsibility to trace and get the baggage back to the customer. After paying such huge prices for the business class tickets I never expected this kind of services from the so called Airlines Etihad and Jet Airways. Is this the way business class traveler and privileged member is treated? I have been traveling to various countries over the years and have never come across such situations ever. This is absolutely unprofessional approach and this has compelled me not to choose or recommend Etihad Airways again in future. I would not hesitate to post this in any public forums or social media so that people are aware of such happenings and this is how the so called reputed Airlines Etihad and Jet Airways function. My bag had my important stuffs, that I cannot afford to loose, and would rather want my baggage back. I am not interested in Airline's compensation which will in noway be able to match the costs of the baggage and the contents that is lost, and the time and energy that I have to put in for all this to sort.

Dear Etihad, Yes I would like to know how much for my excess baggage. I am travelling from zone 1 to zone 2 and I am entitled to 2 bags (23kg each). I have a 3rd bag that is less than 23kg. Please accept our apologies for this delay, we hope to hear back from you soon to assist further *Gill Please note the case No: 407760 ANILKUMAR : Dear Etihad, I had filed a complaint on your website for damaged baggage on 6th December 2015. While I had provided all the details within 7 days of flight, the your staff has taken their own sweet time of 4 months to review my case. After untiring follow up, in the month of May, my plea was heard and I was assured of a payment towards my claim. I had provided my bank details in the claim settlement form on 1st May 2016. I wish to inform that Till date, I am yet to receive any payment. Upon following up with the customer care, I am told that the payment is already made on 10th May 2016 and the case stands closed. However, there is no credit made to my account which I mentioned in the claim settlement form. I have offered to send my bank statement and in return I have asked the airlines to send me the credit invoice/cheque but NO feedback. It is astonishing that the airlines which aspires to be one of the leading brand in the world has such an indifferent attitude, awful customer care staff. My case is going on for more than 5 months and I am not sure what lies ahead of me. Can someone please please look into the matter and help me out please..

We hope to hear back from you soon *Gill Brittany : On June 5th, 2016 from Muscat to Beirut, my carry on bag went missing. The Beirut airport sent my file reference number to the Muscat airport and there's been no reply. It's now June 20th, and in about a week, I will be leaving from Beirut. My bag contained library books and I will incur heavy fines to replace them if my bag is not located. Returning to Muscat to inquire with the airport myself is not an option. Please do help.

EY276 flight number. i haven't got my luggage from past 3 days after arrivle.t i haven't got any response on it . There is no right person to talk about this..!!

While I had provided all the details within 7 days of flight, the your staff has taken their own sweet time of 4 months to review my case. After untiring follow up, in the month of May, my plea was heard and I was assured of a payment towards my claim. I had provided my bank details in the claim settlement form on 1st May 2016. I wish to inform that Till date, I am yet to receive any payment. Upon following up with the customer care, I am told that the payment is already made on 10th May 2016 and the case stands closed. However, there is no credit made to my account which I mentioned in the claim settlement form. I have offered to send my bank statement and in return I have asked the airlines to send me the credit invoice/cheque but NO feedback. It is astonishing that the airlines which aspires to be one of the leading brand in the world has such an indifferent attitude, awful customer care staff. My case is going on for more than 5 months and I am not sure what lies ahead of me. Can someone please please look into the matter and help me out please..

Mrs. Tanvir Munir Khan : Dear Feedback Team I was travelling in an emergency to from Islamabad to Bombay with Etihad via Abu Dhabi on EY 212 departing at 0315 Monday the 13th of June. I booked in one small bag at ISB while checking in for EY 2553. The bag was tagged all the way to Bombay (bag tag # 307011). Upon arrival in Bombay the bag was not received so I filed a missing baggage claim. The local representatives assured me the bag would reach the following day (yesterday) but I have not received the bag on the address provided, nor have I received a phone call on the number provided with an upd ate of any sort. I went to the airport again today but in vain. The local staff are giving me the run around from the moment I have arrived. On June 5th, 2016 from Muscat to Beirut, my carry on bag went missing. The Beirut airport sent my file reference number to the Muscat airport and there's been no reply. It's now June 20th, and in about a week, I will be leaving from Beirut. My bag contained library books and I will incur heavy fines to replace them if my bag is not located. Returning to Muscat to inquire with the airport myself is not an option. Please do help.

I flew from Kualaumpur to Manchester on Etihad flight EY411 ON 5th June. When I reached Manchester my baby's push chair was missing in the luggage. I lodged complaint at airport at World baggage solutions etihad counter, They gave me a reference number to trace. One week of calls all day but they couldn't find that push chair. I wrote email to etihad but failed delivery. what is the best way to get in touch with them and claim my child's pushchair? Thanks

Dear Sir/Madam, I was traveling with my 2 children from Chicago to India via Etihad. In Chicago at the last minute I was forced to check in my Carry on.. Gnutti : Hi I miss my luggage with important samples garments to show to customers. I flew from vce to Mumbai. I arrived at 2.45 in India and wait more than one hour to understand that my luggage wasn't arrived. No clue to understand something from Ethiad people at the airport that shoulld assist me filling the docs. My bag tag is 055az555431. No special code or assistance I received from Ethiad people. DETAILS-Booking reference JVTUPB 10JUN 1910 TURIN TRN ROME FCO EY2994 ETIHAD AIRWAYS10JUN 2200 ROME FCO ABU DHABI EY084 3 ETIHAD AIRWAYS AUH 11JUN 1405 ABU DHABI AUH DELHI DEL EY224 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS Because of that i missed all connecting flights to india from rome to abu dhabi then abu dhabi to delhi flight no are EY84 and EY224 The passengers in the party were Kavya pandey The Supreme Court has declined permission for Jet2 to seek leave for appeal and therefore the Court of Appeal judgment in Jet2 v Huzar stands. In light of this judgment, I am seeking compensation under EC Regulation 261/2004 for this disrupted flight. Flew in to Mumbai from Frankfurt on 12 th June via EY 002 and EY 206 from Abu Dhabi. Landed Mumbai on 13 th June morning 2.45 am. They have not been able to trace the baggage. Have been trying to contact someone at the office. At 9.15 am o get a reply that servers are down and now till 11.15 am nobody has called back. Have tried calling them and holding the line since 25 min. This is frustrating. My baggage tag number is 4606 EY950161.
