During booking there is a note : Tourist visa not allowed for one way booking for Malindo airways. What does this mean ? I am an Indian . The booking is for return flight from SGN airport to DEL airport via KUL.

Hi Malindo My flight OD 1622 departure at 18:30 pm today I'm at highway E 6 elite encounter traffic very jam I started my journey at 3:45 pm from sunway once we enter Kesas highway Started jam . But based on Waze gps reported we need 60 minutes to reach KLIA from now at 5:20 pm What can I do ???? Hope can get through pray for it

Hi I had booked a ticket to travel on 10th May and then later i postponed to 23rd May through malindo website. Now i need to postpone again to 25th. But i couldnt see any option there to change date in Manage booking area. Could you please check my case.

RE: charge for credit card booking when you book a flight with Malindo airline // This charge depends upon the agent (site), you book at, the country of the payment processing and the country of your banker. The air carirer' agent has to show the final pricing in detail till the payment process. You will be charged zero, if you pay for booking by a credit card directly at the Malindo air air carrier site.

Whenever I tried to retrie my booking with PNR at https://search.malindoair.com/od/onlineaddonbooking.aspx?t=1CC it was showing "Error in retrieving your booking. Please try again" Please advice.

i agree with all the messages before my comments based on my personal experience KUL to PER on 17 March 2017 my email to and customer care never responded Malindo is now the worst airline in south east asia the cabin crew have become arrogant and selfish they treat passengers as s##t they dont care about passengers' feelings the cabin crew think they are superior they forget that passengers pay their salary i wonder what the CEO is doing. i know. slucking in his office under his table . . . . imagine 440 plus complaints, in this forum only there are many other forums where passengers have complained

I've bought 2 tickets to Bandung using Malindo Apps but unfortunately both tickets under my name,I don't know whats wrong with the Apps everything seems wrong especially when both tickets under your name (double issue)no second form for second passenger,no manage bookings and their call service centre never answer calls since last wednesday till now,I have emailed them,they reply and say it's not allowed to do amendment because the IT department check there's no error during purchasing of tickets through Malindo Apps.I want them to issue me with another tickets under my husband's name but everything seems impossible.. Im speechless😓there is no coperation from them,how am I going to board alone without my husband..and why do I need 2 seat under my name?why should I purchase another tickets while this is a small matter..it can be taken care of..customer is No1,they should serve the customers better if they want customers to comeback fly with them.I'm extremely dissapointed with what has happen,I don't know what to do,what should I react.Please advise

I am a frequent flyer of many airlines, and due to both work and personal trips, I usually fly at least 3 times a month. Malindo officially takes the cake for the worst customer service I've ever personally experienced, mainly in the sense that I can't reach them in any channel whatsoever. I've tried the customer_care@malindoair.com, Facebook Messenger, all the Customer Care phone numbers in various countries, feedback form online, and all three WhatsApp numbers to inquire regarding refunds. I even Googled and found a HK agent for Malindo whom I contacted and actually managed to reach, but she unfortunately wasn't authorized to help with my issue. Ironically, ALL of this could have been avoided if their Manage Booking function online was working in the first place. So if you're all about taking risks, by all means, fly with Malindo but if you try to change anything, good luck. I will NEVER fly with them ever again, it's simply not worth the hassle.
