I book my ticket through my credit card through phone calling. .i have a flight tomorrow.but yesterday night i loss my wallet some where. So now i dnt have credit card and i block my card. So what should i do?

Guest : Hi SIr We have booked Bali tickets in Malindo Airline through Makemytrip. We need to know whether our tickets are confirmed or not PnR No. USHHMJ You can check it by yourself. Go to Malindo Air website and click Manage Booking. Then put your name and PNR as asked on the portal. Then click Manage Booking. You will be able to see your booking status.

I have booked a flight from Bangkok to KL on Nov 10, 2017 at around 9 AM. Then I got the email saying that my flight has been to moved to 11.50. This email is sent on Nov 4, 15.15. Today I got a trip reminder email to let me check in online for the flight on Nov10 at 11.50. But i just realized that I've got an SMS from Malindo on Nov 4, 15.16, saying that my flight has been moved to Nov 10, 18.10. It's too confusing now. Please verify this matter for me.

I have booked 2 tickets with pnr no GIYECT and PNR number ORDITF from Denpasar to Delhi . on 26 sept there was a travel advisory against visiting Bali due to a possible volcano eruption. Volcano eruption is a natural calamity which nobody has predicted while booking the tickets.other big airlines like Singapore air and virgin are following ethics and refunding even the amount of promo tickets.I myself have got the full refund from Singapore airlines. Malindoair was giving confusing reply even from the very beginning. 1mail - tickets are booked in non-refundable fare 2 mail - Dear Sir, As per the email we would like to inform you that the cancellation charges will be INR 2570/- per passenger. Kindly give us the go ahead on the same. Note: cancellation charges will different within 72 hrs of the departure. Thanks & Regards, Sahil Arora Team India Malindo. after that, i have cancelled our tickets from Delhi to Denpasar which was booked by Singapore airlines and they have given full refund. 3 mail Dear Sir, As per the email we would like to inform you that the kindly contact your agent for the cancellation of your ticket and as per the earlier mail we would like to inform you that the PNR number GIYECT is refundable and another PNR number ORDITF is non-refundable. 4 mail Dear Sir,As per the mail we apologize for the wrong information provided earlier and we would like to inform that one of your PNR is booked under the economy Flexi fare which is GIYECT and another is booked under the economy promo fare which is ORDITF and kindly find the below fare rule for the both of the PNR. when you have mailed that you will charge only 2750 rs per passenger for cancellation, after that I had cancelled my Singapore airline tickets. can it be corrected by your simple apology. now after 1 day you mailed that only 1 pnr will be refunded. now should I book again tickets to Denpasar for the passengers which you are not cancelling? now you people are unnecessarily harassing which is bad for everybody.
