Web check-in restrict to 48 hour before departure is already stupid guideline and now I can't print my last week flight tax invoice also from stupid Malindo air guideline. It take 10 days for them to prepare my tax invoice via mail !

Such bad services I had with malindo air....I have made a wrong date booking and they said if you wanna change date need to pay 150rm to change date they cannot refund me back...that such a bad idea which malindo hv....

Read all teviews and you will not use this airline. I wish I had read them before booking flight as they all turned out true. Still no bags. Useless airline. They have to go bankrupt. I will try and write on as many review sites as possible to warn people

Tried to web check in for MEYSCD for this coming 19th dec flight but cant web check in even though less than 48hrs till flight time. have experienced this many times with malindo. worst is when i cant access to internet within that 48hrs and cant reach airport early. Why must restrict to 48hrs web check in and make it earlier?. Just absolute nonsense

Wanted to do web checkin, input all necessary information for few times keep saying cannot find my reservation. What's wrong with your airline website!?? Flying with various airline never faced not able to do web checkin at all! why is you Malindo! what kind of service is that!!!!!

I have a booking Perth to KL on the 1st of Jan. I cannot find my booking under manage my booking on the website. No one picks up when i call and no response to emails. Starting to think I've been scammed . Will contact consumer affairs about it.

My code no. Is PXPQCU. I tried to call malindo hotline but nobody seems to bother picking it up. I email to malindo both customer care n info but response was "yr mail delivery system failed." N when I resend them malindo system response was a warning not to send repeat email. What Happen to Malindo great service!!??. I need the tax invoice pleeeez. It may not be big amount for malindo. But it is to us who's doing our duty for the company we work for. We advanced our own credit expense. Malindo tax invoice is what we need. Pls mail to yuslinda@gammerlite.com TQ.

Reservation Code : PSTLCH FYI, my worker already reached Kathmandu on 29/11/2015, but till-to-date, I had yet to receive the tax invoice. Called and being on hold for 15 minutes without anyone answering my call. Please respond.

1st time travelling with malindo air.. Bought ticket via traveloka.. unfortunately, there was a spelling error in 1 pax name.. last wk, came down to counter at changi airport T3 to do the name chg.. was told need to brg along the passport in order to chg.. Came down again few days later, unfortunately, i was late by 30mins.. so the counter was closed.. come down earlier today.. was told a different story fr om the counter staffs.. asked me to call the contact centre instead.. obviously i was furious as i came down thrice & had to bring my kids along and it takes abt 1.5hrs journey from my home.. the staff asked me who attended to me last wk. I mentioned it was an indian lady.. the staff said that the lady was the station manager so she could do the name chg.. so do u thk its my problem?? How would i know only the station manager could do the chg?? It does'nt make sense at all.. Next, the staff said she called her senior staff to attend to me & the lady could do the name chg.. the senior staff asked me questions like"did i paid for the flight?" "I could'nt find your booking" "If this is the itinary, wh ere is the ticket number?".. After arguing for some time, she asked me to called traveloka to ask for the ticket number.. then she said i cannot vent my anger towards her.. while trying to call traveloka, she realised that there is a ticket number stated on the second page.. all the arguing for nothing.. if i were to go on and on.. it is such a long story.. and it makes my blood boil even while typing these.. point is i will nvr travel with malindo air again.. cheap but service is so bad.. such a bad2 experience.. nvr had any issued with other budget airline..

I booked a flight from KL to Perth on the 16th October with Malindo but did not receive a confirmation. When I enquired they replied that payment had been refused and I would need to rebook. I rebooked with a different card on November 2nd at an increased price only to find that my original transaction had been completed and I have therefore paid twice. I have repeatedly attempted to get a refund but cannot even get a reply.

I booked KL-Kathmandu and 1 week from departure the flight is pushed back 30 hours, when I rang for a refund I was told it would take 90 working days to process. This is unacceptable and I would not fly with Malindo again and would not recommend them - there are other airlines in their price category who are much more reliable...

Saya book ticket on line untuk 4 orang dan dah pilih seat. bila saya print out itinerary detail, ada dinyatakan dalam jadual tu, "economy check in required". Saya book lagi ticket untuk seorang, dan no seat ada dinyatakan dalam itinerary detail. Bila saya semak sekali lagi, 4 seat yang telah saya pilih masih lagi "available". Bayaran sudah dibuat termasuk seat tapi kenapa dalam sistem tak masuk? Macam mana caranya untuk saya "reselect seat"?Customer care line service nampaknya terlalu sibuk untuk saya tanyakan masalah ini..

Their website is upgrading therefore u can't view ur booking or change ur booking.
