I cancelled my two way Malindo ticket on 30 September 2014. Inspite of talking a dozen of times with the representatives I am not getting my refund back. Its been more than a year but no signs of solving my issue.There is no one replying properly to my mails. This is really very annoying and isn't expected from such a reputed airline. Can someone please help me how to get my hard-earned money back? my malindo air reservation code is :ZNIEYZ

Call Centre at 03-7841 5388??????? called the number >10x. Very difficult to get someone in the customer svs dept to pick up the line. Or else you may answered by the machine. When i got someone pickup my line, i've been advised with this message 'we are really busy here today. Someone will call you back'. It was few weeks back... no one call me till today. Actually i intend to check abt my refund which took more than 90 working days. Malindo please... customer is important for service Industry. I might not the only one in facing the similar case. :-\

Hi... Bhutan student suppose to travel malaysia. Student have their all necessary document issued by malaysia immgration. It was sad to know counter staff behave very rude to the customers. As bhutan missed out the flight today. counter staff have not issue ticket to student. They need to treat customer well. Forget supporting customer they chase the stds away. This is second time happing with the student. The. Malindo air counter are make lot of trouble to traveller. They are cheating innocent peoples. Concern authority need to detail investigation against Maindo air ways. The innocent travellers are losing their money. Maindo air they don't refund the money, that why people were cheat by them. Please I request concern malindo authority they need to train their staff at airport how to deal with customer. Especially supervisor very rude like barbarain. We need our money refund please...

Hi I was travelling with my family from Singapore to Mumbai via Kuala lampur in flight no OD- 808 from Singapore to Kuala lampur and from Kuala Lampur to Mumbai OD 215, both flights of Malindo Air . On arrival at Mumbai, we found that out of the 3 luggages we had, we lost 1 of the suitcase. We lodged a compliant at the Mumbai Airport but still no response. The bar code of our lost baggage was OD15295. The airline is giving no response to us, and they say that no information have been received by them. what further can i do to get the baggage back? can anyone help?
