Lily Sau : Dear Sir / Madam, With the Government implementation of GST effective 1/4/2015, we would like to find out about the invoice issued to customer upon making a booking online? As you know, in order for the company to claim back the input tax, the invoice provided must be under the Company name & address. Therefore, wander with the GST implemented effective 1/4/2015, whether your airline will have the tax invoice format can be input the company name & address when making online booking?

Hi, I would like to give a two thumbs up to your phone staff Ms PRESANA. I called Malindo Air two weeks ago. Due to time changed by Malindo Air, i have to postpone my meeting to October due to own commitment and the staff that time said no problem. However today i called again after i made the appointments, the other male staff whom i dont get his name said cant and put me on hold until the line cut off. My credit goes to Ms PRESANA whom patiently helped me resolved my issues and im really thankful to her. Hope Malindo air will hire more staffs like Ms PRESANA. Thank you.

If you try another browser, you might find that it works for you. I tried Chrome and Safari and neither worked. Then I changed computers and tried Puffin and it worked. Hope this helps some of you book and pay for your Malindo air flights.

Cannot make an online booking. Tried paying with 4 different credit cards. When I phoned the Customer Service Centre, they said there are issues from their end and to keep trying. I've tried 7 times, Im tired of trying.. Think I will leave it and use another airline.

Flight was OK. Landing was atrocious. Please review the Pilot's capability to land this plane.I am refering to OD804 Bandung to Singapore on 26th JUne . Time 07.30 hrs-10.00hrs. When approaching the runway the plane did not come in smoothly but was swaggering and landing was very very hard. It was one of the worst ever landing encountered by me. No "Feather Touch " landing this one. Thank God the wheels did not burst and all was well. Please do not put the passengers as well as crew at risk by having Pilots not fully trained. Maybe it was a rookie pilot on learning/training flight. Sorry I am reporting this incident as I am a frequent flyer and dad is anAirforce Transport Crew for 25 years.

I have done booking under reservation code RZTJQX. The flight is on 27/6/2015 at 12:45pm. There is no selection for Singapore as departure city in your online check-in web page. This has been complained about earlier also. I see no response from Malindo..........!

Its d worst airline I have ever travelled.I am so disappointed with the services.The staff are not co-operative.They just fooled us ...such a liars. I would want to advice the future travelers....go on foot ...but not in malindo. They ruined our trip totally. Never ever traveling through malindo again.

I am taken flight 530pm OD 805 arrival Changi Airport terminal 3 on 630pm will be late? as I am going to my next fligt from Singapore to Brisbane 850pm at terminal 1? Guest : We purchased a one way ticket to Bandung today by online booking for our Manager YEO/ CHIN CHEN, PEVIN. Booking code # JHZVXW. But the TAX INVOICE printed out is under Mr Yeo's name. We need it to be addressed to our Company with full address in order to claim the 6% GST charged. We called your customer help line and your staff, Aren told us that we can attach our Blank letter to the Tax Invoice for making claim for the GST. There is no black and white anyway in your website. Is this true that we can submit the tax invoice with a Blank Company letter to customs to claim the GST paid?
