I've bought 2 tickets to Bandung using Malindo Apps but unfortunately both tickets under my name,I don't know whats wrong with the Apps everything seems wrong especially when both tickets under your name (double issue)no second form for second passenger,no manage bookings and their call service centre never answer calls since last wednesday till now,I have emailed them,they reply and say it's not allowed to do amendment because the IT department check there's no error during purchasing of tickets through Malindo Apps.I want them to issue me with another tickets under my husband's name but everything seems impossible.. Im speechless😓there is no coperation from them,how am I going to board alone without my husband..and why do I need 2 seat under my name?why should I purchase another tickets while this is a small matter..it can be taken care of..customer is No1,they should serve the customers better if they want customers to comeback fly with them.I'm extremely dissapointed with what has happen,I don't know what to do,what should I react.Please advise

I am a frequent flyer of many airlines, and due to both work and personal trips, I usually fly at least 3 times a month. Malindo officially takes the cake for the worst customer service I've ever personally experienced, mainly in the sense that I can't reach them in any channel whatsoever. I've tried the customer_care@malindoair.com, Facebook Messenger, all the Customer Care phone numbers in various countries, feedback form online, and all three WhatsApp numbers to inquire regarding refunds. I even Googled and found a HK agent for Malindo whom I contacted and actually managed to reach, but she unfortunately wasn't authorized to help with my issue. Ironically, ALL of this could have been avoided if their Manage Booking function online was working in the first place. So if you're all about taking risks, by all means, fly with Malindo but if you try to change anything, good luck. I will NEVER fly with them ever again, it's simply not worth the hassle.

This is the worst Airlines I've come across.This is the firsy time I've travelled from Mumbai to Kuala Lumpur to Penang.When I arrived in Penang one of my luggage went missing.Made a complain in Penang but the staffs seem to take the matter very lightly.Then they asked me to call Kuala Lumpur baggage department.A lady by the name of Farah dealing with our case but she doesnt bother to take it seriously.When we call her either she does not pick up the call or she's on leave.Called customer service but they are the worst ,they keep hanging up on us.There is no number of more senior staff for us to contact to solve our problem.It has been 4 days since our bag went missing but no news till now n the staffs never bother to contact us.Either Malindo hire more efficient staffs or close down this airline permanently.Malindo should be more responsible towards passengers baggages.

Try to contact the customer service, no one answers. I am trying to figure out why unable to perform web check-in, it stated invalid results. As a conclusion, this will be my first and last time on flying with malindo air.

I attempted to book a flight from Delhi to Jakarta. Entered everything correctly and paid using a valid credit card. The system fails and does not issue the ticket - its a * of time. I faced problem in making payment. The method option only showed credit, charge or debit card. But the system did not accept debit card payment.i tried to use different cards to make payment but still FAILED. please upgrade this payment system to at least accept debit cards or it would be even better if online banking is allowed.

Will be flying with Malindo in a few days. The flight reviews are quite good, BUT I have been attempting to contact them to make a payment for 5mr/£1/$1.40 it has been hell. They do not answer the phones and if you mange to get thru to them you are then passed around. The payments department have been promising to call me now for over 6 hours, all this for a payment that is almost no money. My advise is THINK TWICE before using this airline. I travel by air 50/60 flights a year, never again with malindo.
