Sachin Polke : Checked in flight OD215 from KL to Mumbai on 15th April with one Check In Luggage under Confirmation No. BZGMCN and seat 12 A on the designated flight....Cash of 500 USD and 500RM stolen from the checked in luggage with the bag completely messed up and ripped through......even the personal belongings were stolen. Nobody available to respond and take up the matter.how can you check in valuables in your check in bag?

Customer Service not really that helpful and take very long to wait to get connected to one. Can't do check web check in as they claim they are upgrading or system maintenance. Don't you have announcement area for this in malindo website at all?

I was trying to book a flight ticket from subang to KT on june 5th. But i couldnt proceed to the next phase because the website itself keeps on returning to the user login page which i already logged in many times. I feel so frustrated now . Pls fiz it MALINDO

1. at the time of booking, firstly, my seats were blocked [ref pnr --- OD JKYQCJ]. at that time, i had booked evening flight from bali to KL [on the 15th jun] and evening flight from KL to mumbal [on the 16th jun]. the layover at KL was approx 20 hrs. 2. when i received actual ticket, malindo gave me afternoon flight from bal to KL [on the 15th jun] and evening flight from KL to mumbai [on the 16th jun]. this change was done by malindo because malindo cancelled evening flight from bali to KL on the 15th jun. so, the layover at KL became approx 28 hrs. [ref pnr --- OD XBYVWK]. 3. now, my questions are --- can i stay inside the airport for 28 hrs as a transit passenger? if not, is malindo ready to take the responsibility of my transit visa? [i heard that one cannot stay in side the airport as a transit passenger for more than 24 hrs.] Or, is malindo ready to issue me the ticket which has the lay over less than 24 hrs? can i get both the boarding passes [bali to KL and KL to mumbai] at bali? i have communicated 2-3 times with malindo on this subject. but no reasonable reply from malindo. arawind thatte

Hi Malindo, I've bought a ticket flying from Subang to Kota Bharu at 9:50pm. But when i checked in, the time has changed to 9pm. I'm disappointed that Malindo Air online ticketing system was super lousy. Please if you want to change the ticket timing, give us a notice or don't sell the ticket which the time will be change!

Website of Malindo is disastrous. I booked using Mastercard, my bank shows the payment was made, Malindo says that payment was unsuccesful (note the semantics), so ended up paying twice (second time with Visa) and than the Malindo doe not react adequately with their customer service. Terrible. Better to stay away from this lot.

Have been asking for Tax Invoice which we did not receive via email since 16th Feb 2016 but until now have not received yet though we have made many calls for the same request. No report number given and we have to repeat the story again and again. Absolutely disappointed with Malindo customer service quality.

Website doesn't allow you to check in if your passports expiry date is more than 5 years in the future, which you would think that more than half of passports are?! Bizarre!

Hello. Its me Nuraina Mardiah Kamis, who have arrived at LTAB Penang 04:04, OD1331, Malacca-Penang(2:25-4:45). I lost my Asus phone, IC card and matrix card near my seat 6A. I had reported this cases to Malindo Staff named Shafie and another Malindo staff and I also reported to police and I really hope that the cabin crew inside OD1331 can be honest and give me back my items because I confirmly know that I left my items on my seat! Hi, In a bizzare incident, Lot of items from my check in baggage have been stolen while travelling from Kuala Lumpur to New Delhi via flight number OD 205. My PNR number is - ZDEMGC. The plastic case of the watch is broken,few hundred US dollars of cash is missing and all the packets which included souvenirs and coffee/chocolates are torn apart. I tried calling Malindo Air customer service but nobody picked up the call

My suitcase was very badly damaged on a flight from Kuala lumpur to Mumbai. Complaint filed with Cambata Avn (Ground handler) & numerous mails to their office & station manager. No reply or response. terrible airline.

Thank you very much for all the comments as I was hesitating to buy the air ticket from either Malindo Air or Malaysia Airlines for my family of 5's holiday trip. After reading all these, I think I can't afford to have all these hassle at the airport as well as lack of customer service standard from all aspect. Sticking back to Malaysia Airlines flight even they are slightly higher in terms of fare but I'm sure i wouldn't have these troubles. :)
