I had flights booked Easter with easyjet, costing £123, I go on to manage my bookings, change flights a lot cheaper than £123, it's still charging me? Any help appreciated.

Due to fly to Gibraltar on 25/3/2020. As Spain in lock down and only those with working can cross border dont see point of going to sit on gib airport for 5 days. Tried changing through app changed outgoing and charged me but the return flight has disappeared despire having received an email to change foc so cant change. Have been ringing since Wednesday night got into a queue spent an 1hr waiting nothing happened since then get they are busy ring back later and get dropped into blackhole. Have used EJ since they started preferring them over other airlines but this is appalling customer service if they are laying off staff put them on phones to sort this out and look after your customers because you will need them in the future. L

march 18 2020 Just got back from Lanzarote easyjet cancelled a disgrace not a rep to be found in the airport.Nobody could get through to customer services for information flight cancelled twice,then rescue flight was same time as original flight that was cancelled.App would not work.I saw some people for a flight to Belfast who didnt know they had to rebook told by police they would be arrested if they didnt move from checkin desk also if they left the airport they would be arrested.there were also people with cancelled flights not given a hotel for a night.where were your reps .

Flights from Cyprus -Paphos and larnaca, fully booked weekend 31st October - 1st November after only a few hours. How can this be? Flights flying out a week earlier only 20 percent full!! Any ideas?

Portugal has declared a state of emergency, the UK/EU has advised against non-essential travel, and you're currently involved in rescue flights from the country, so why has my flight to Faro on Saturday still not been cancelled?

I Guest : I booked a trip from Belfast to Edinburgh last September travelling 12/12/2019 and returning from Glasgow 4 day’s later. Total cost for myself and my wife £120. If I was to book the same for Dec 2020 the cost would be £362!!!! And they say all flights available £29.99 until 23/04/2020 subject to availability.... what does that actually mean 😤 Received an email yesterday saying we could change current bookings up to Feb 21. However website thinks differently! Very frustrating

Email from Easyjet this morning saying they have released winter flights early and until 24/03/2020 flights would be @ £29.99 or less. I checked flights from Belfast to Edinburgh and to Glasgow in December and November...... the price... £91.99???? What’s going on ? Anyone know?

Similar experience with EasyJet as others. We are in Northern Cyprus and our flight from Larnaca on 22/03/20 has been cancelled. I have been trying constantly since Monday morning to rebook our return on their website but it constantly crashes when you get to finalise the new booking. Their emergency phone numbers don’t engage. Feeling very anxious and frustrated as I really don’t know what more I can do.

Have tried to cancel booking for 3 days over the phone, Recorded message says you can do this on their website but that is no true. So frustrating we have always used EasyJet but now it will only be a last resort to use them.

How bad to try and get in touch with customer care to ask for advice. Tried to see if flights are transferable after wife breaking her wrist Not very good spending 1/2 hour on hold and still didn’t get through

If you buy say 23kg luggage allowance are you allowed to use 2 bags to a total of 23kg ?? This is with EasyJet.

Re Coronvirus - I am due to fly with easyjet on 19th March and have tried to buy face mask but cannot find a retailer who has them in stock. I believe the british government and airlines should be providing these to all passengers. Why is this not being done?

Just landed at Bristol on a flight from Glasgow and not impressed with cabin crew in that they came across as unfriendly and not very approachable. It's a shame because they are usually quite good.

We are possibly going to change the dates of our booking with easy jet holidays to Malaga ; from March 14th 5 nights to a date on October 5 nights with same package at same hotel . We can not get through to easy jet by phone due to high level of calls , is there any other way to amend the booking ?

Last year I tried to claim my eligible compensation on my own and I wasted over 16 weeks. When I agreed to work with claim company, they rushed the process and I received my funds in just 6 weeks... I'm disappointed that Easyjet Holidays are blatantly discriminating against solo holiday travellers this year. Looking to go for a week to 10 days to Sidari, Corfu, there is nothing available anywhere in the resort for the whole month of September. Yet if I select two people travelling, rather than one, then miraculously there is plenty of choice. Some of the accommodations are also available through other travel companies and they quote for single travellers. Of course there is the usual single supplement, but Easyjet are denying one-person travel regardless. Can Easyjet please explain why they are being so discriminatory?

As our flights are sold on a first come, first served basis our fares tend to go up as more are sold, so we recommend booking early. Occasionally fares can go down on specific flights if demand is not as strong as expected.) X How can easyjet recommend something that is going to cost customers more? I booked early, going by Easyjet recommendation, just to find the price is now £94 cheaper for the same flight seats etc. The lesson here is don't book early, everyone of your customers should be told this in bold print on your site. I know they say prices can rise, my point being why recommend something that can cost more.

I booked a return flight to Naples but cancelled the trip. EasyJet has confirmed that they re-sold both tickets. They refuse to refund my retrurn fare (quoting their standard Terms & Conditions) notwithstanding that they have fully recouped both fares through the re-sales. I maintain that in these circumstances I AM entitled to a full refund. Any comments?

Easy jet ..have left a friend in her 70s stranded in Berlin with only GBP6 .31 to her name .no credit cards .she puts her hands up to foolishly not checking her purse was in her hand bag before getting off flight ex LGW to BERLIN .But at customs she realised .customs called on her behave and advised her to go to baggage reclaim.somebody would meet her .nobody did ..she went to easy jet desk sat there for a few hours .then told to go to hotel .lucky she had a app on phone for cab that has a cc on file . Still no info this morning if found or a search was done .she called the help line it was a centre in Poland ... Come on easy jet contact your Berlin staff tell them to have a bit of care for thus lady .they should have details . I'm not very impressed with the customer service here.

I used to get ripped off by them when I wanted to cancel a flight, but these days I just book with a family member's bank card and if I ever have to cancel for any reason I just claim unauthorised transaction and get a full refund. Easy.
