If I increase my baggage hold allowance from 15kg to 18kg on a easyJet package holiday do I have to check again ?

Flight Manchester to Lisbon The small hand luggage case we have always taken would not go into the metal measuring device at the boarding gate (1 inch too big) so I coughed up £48. They then let me take it on board and put it in the overhead locker. Doesn’t make sense or is it another way to make money.

How do you get Easyjet to deal with a fairly serious complaint relating to a flight from Alicante to Gatwick? Left breathing in toxic fumes for almost an hour because the captain seems to have forgotten he was supposed to let special assistance passengers on first so if they needed help it wouldn't cause issues for other passengers. He even started up engines while we were still waiting for the crew to open the door for us to board. Still waiting for Easyjet to reply, got the usual 'we've had a lot of emails' rubbish but I'd rather have a proper answer.

I have checked in for my flights online but cannot get through the Easyjet system to generate and print my boarding passes. There is simply no way to proceed through to the stage where the boarding passes are actually visible on screen and then how to print the boarding passes. Can anyone help, please?

Hi, I’ve got an IT under seat hard shell case with wheels which is advertised as conforming to airlines under seat policy. I’ve so far used it on one trip to Spain on easyJet. Going out at Bristol they checked it and there was a debate as to whether it fitted their “cage” with staff - it did with a bit of persuasion. It wasn’t checked on the way back at all. I’m finding this “will it pass” situation a little stressful. Can anyone please recommend a wheeled hard shell under seat case that has consistently passed the easyJet test with ease? Many thanks for reading this and any recommendations gratefully received.

My wife and I are booked to go to Inverness on Friday and return on Tuesday. The EasyJet app shows the booking as 4 seats, 4 cabin bags and 2 hold bags 23kg. Where are the other hold bags???

Hi, I checked in on line about 5 hours ago, for a flight in early October. The easyJet app is still asking me to check in even though I've entered biur mine and my friend's details and passport info and it has generated boarding passes. Should I be worried? Also, I want to print the passes out, how do I do that as I can't see an option. Thanks

Hi, might be a silly question. We are booked and paid for a party of 10 to go to Tunisia and we have bought 6 x 23kg hold luggage between us. It's looking like 5 of our party might not be able to make it. We're not looking for any refund, my question is can the remaining 5 members use the full baggage allowance that we've paid for?

Why are Easyjet not running flights from Isle of Man to Bristol for all of October, November, December, January, February, March, 2025?... it currently only operates on a Friday and Monday!

My 96 year old dad dose not have a passport or driving license, can he use a photo ID buss pass for a flight from Gatwick to Glasgow, just has hand luggage

Madeira - Lisbon, and then Lisbon - Istanbul. Tickets were purchased in advance, the interval between flights is 12 hours. Easy Jet cancelled the flight without explaining the reasons or warning in advance. Because of this, we did not have time for the next flight. I had to buy new tickets, a long wait at the airport, first in Madeira, then in Lisbon. And my family has two small children, 10 years old and 4 years old. They didn't provide a hotel, and now they don't want to compensate my expenses. They are silent on all messages. Do not fly with the easy jet airline. Not a reliable airline. Buy tickets from other airlines. Turkish airlines are reliable. They respond to all questions instantly and provide an interpreter at any time I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds incredibly frustrating, especially with young children involved. It's disappointing when airlines don’t communicate or provide the support you need. I hope you’re able to get the compensation you deserve, and thank you for sharing your feedback—it’s helpful for others to know.

I have been locked out of my account despite changing the password 15 times in the last 24 hours. I have tried chatbot and telephoning. No luck with either. I am trying to check in.

Reus to Manchester cancelled , told to come back Tuesday. No easyJet reps there , lairport staff treated us like dirt. Most have got flights with Jet 2 . Their staff have been brilliant. Ex EasyJet Customer

We are flying from Birmingham to Edinburgh next month and our hold suitcase is 378cm total and Easyjet says 275cm maximum. I see an extra weight fee but no larger size fee? Can anyone explain? We are on a month's holiday so this flight is just a connection in-between. The larger suitcase is for both of us. Any suggestions? I don't want to end up having to take two medium sized suitcases to have to hold.

Were travelling with a 5 year old. Weve always taken a standard hand luggage and a changing bag for him for free. Does this still apply now hes 5 years old? Just an extra bag with a change of clothes and a few bit in. Its says infant. But what age is that?

Thanks 🙏🏼 I think you should be able to use the whole amount of time in your passport but obviously someone is robbing us Fkr every 2 or 3 months they take away,they are saving millions because we have to pay a renewal price 2 or 3 mo ths early

Andrew : Warning regarding Easyjet baggage policy. I recently travelled on an Easyjet flight from Jersey to Gatwick and was travelling with a small cabin bag (a half-empty soft backpack). At the airport I was asked to put my bag in the size gauge to show it complied with the maximum allowable for a small cabin bag. My bag fitted in perfectly but, being a soft bag I folded it to do this. I was then informed that I wasn't allowed to fold my bag to make it fit anymore (I have been using this bag like this for about 8 years) and had to keep it unfolded at which point it was 5cm too long and I was charged £48. This seems to be a ridiculous policy so I contacted Easyjet to complain and ask for a refund but have subsequently been told by them that this is now their policy. So be aware, just because your bag fits in the bag gauge and complies with their policy it doesn't mean you won't get charged an extortionate amount anyway. You should always drop it in from a height that way it will drop right to the bottom

We flew spain with easyjet a few weeks back,an American family with 2 boys were on the flight kicking our seats constantly,in the end after telling them repeatedly to stop,they wouldnt,we had our 8 year old with us,he was also having the back if his seated boosted the whole flight,in the end I went mental with the parents and told them both,who were drinking whiskeys by the way and sat away from their children,it turned into an argument and they both said their children are children and nothing can be done about it,we argues a while and in the end I said 'well how about there's nothing I can do when I knock you the F out when we land at the airport, the steward stepped and he could see they were a * American sounding bunch of complete fux,in the end the steward moved them to other seats but the thing is nothing was being done about them and It took me to say I was gona smack the dad before anything got done and they were moved, just don't expect sense on these jippo budget flights,most people on these flights are idiots

Guest : I had a voucher off Easyjet and it let me use it again as anyone else had this. It’s all booked as normal but I am frightened they won’t let me board. I also had this but flown and okay.

I'm travelling with my friend. Does it matter who has luggage added on to thrir ticket. My friend wants large cabin but i accidentally put it on my ticket!
