FYI Flight EZY 1852 Santorini to Manchester 10th September delayed 3 hours 15 mins. We tried to claim from easyjet , yhey said we were not able to as it was not their fault and if we want to take it further to go through CEDR, which we did and we won. The delay was due to easyjet having to go back to gate in Manchester as passengers were unable to use the toilets. So if there is anyone out there been fobbed off by easyjet for this flight, try again and you will be paid out for the delay.

I was on flight EZY8232 from Pisa to London Gatwick today departing at 11.25am. I only had a small suitcase with me which I was planning to take on board. However when I was just about to board the plane, I was notified that there was no space left in the cabin, so it would be checked in. I handed the suitcase over just before boarding, however I forgot that I'd left my purse in the suitcase. When my luggage came out at Gatwick, the zip was open and my purse gone!!!!! Have booked to come back on flight from Jersey to Liverpool John Lennon airport on boxing day. Went to book my return rail ticket to the airport from Manchester, but no public transport on Boxing Day. Long shot, I know, but how could I find out if anyone on my flight was going my way and could give me a lift. Obviously I would share petrol costs.

I am trying to change a flexi flight but the easyjet site won't let me get beyond the actual flight details. I have logged in using my name and password and the booking reference, but it will only show buttons to change name or baggage - the other button to change flight is not available to use. This is really inconvenient as the chat is busy too.

I had some flights booked for August 2018 but couldn’t go because my dog was dying of kidney failure so I tried to change them for August 2019 but the flights were not out for them dates. I contacted easyJet by phone and explained what I wanted to do and the easyJet employe booked me some flights for February and told me to change them again for August when the flights came out. What I didn’t know the flights where a lot cheaper than my original flights(£960), so when the flights came out on the 27th September I changed them again to the horror of having to pay an extra £540 on top of the £102 to change the flights.
I am wanting to book Easyjet flights for April 2019 but they are only giving a morning and evening flight. March 2019 has an afternoon flight also which is what I want. Why have they not released all flights for April and is there any chance that they will. Thank you.

once again problems with on line checking in. getting a "sorry etc". Not good enough. A simple change of flight by 2 days resulted in hours of trying to pay, (charged MORE than just dumping the original flight & booking a fresh flight which would have been considerably cheaper ! Then, another hours trying to print off a boarding card for the changed flight. Please, ?Easyjet you must improve. I hate Ryanair, but their systems are so much simpler. As a frequent flyer, several times a month, along with many others, our patience is wearing thin.

Hi all, Recently I received $525 as compensation for my EasyJet flight which was delayed on arrivals for 3 hours 21 minutes. Although it was difficult to understand if I had any such rights to claim for compensation when contacted the airline. I read a blog at ( www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/flight-... ) and did some online research and found some claim companies (Claim Flights, AirHelp, EU Claim, Refund Me), which can help me to get reimbursements for my delayed flight on a No Win No Fee base. Just to say that if ever your EasyJet flight gets delayed or cancelled even you can claim compensation online directly rather than waiting for the Airlines to respond.

Last month our flight was cancelled an hour before we were due to board the plane. We were all kept waiting for hours to find out what was happening, and then hours again to get our luggage back. Easyjet were unable to help anyone get onto new flights, and could not help with booking alternative travel. The information desk we were sent to didn't even know our flights were cancelled. After this I had problems scanning my receipts for the - bus to a different airport, new flight and lunch for my son and myself. Apparently we are entitled to all our money back. In the mean time my Grandmother - who we were visiting - threw the receipts away. She is 92 and has early dimentia! So I sent my new plane ticket stubs and bank statement. I was told this is not evidence, despite the dates matching perfectly! After this, I managed to get receipts from the companies again. I then emailed this to Easyjet. I also downloaded the receipts and sent them like this. I am now accused of handwriting them. I keep on asking to speak to a manager - but none reply to me. I am owed over £1200 and they are dodging settling the debt. Have other people had problems getting their money back? Yours sincerely Juliet

Wow easy jet you have surpassed yourself i cannot express how I feel about your customer service My sister and I were part of a four person booking travelling to Spain at the end of May 2018. Unfortunately our mother has diagnosed with terminal cancer and has only been given weeks to live, to enable us to claim via our holiday insurance we needed copies of the original booking (we had this) and a copy of the updated booking with our names removed. The agent said no problem i can do that and proceeded to remove our names from the booking, now the story gets better ..... Unfortunately I can't send you a copy of the amended booking as you are no longer named on the record. Due to the nature of the cancellation we are in no fit state to argue but just want to point out that a little compassion and common sense would have helped us through a very difficult time in our lives I will never use easy jet to fly again and would like to know what they thought we would gain from a cancelled booking document, we weren't even requesting a refund from them
I am sorry to give a bad mark to Easy Jet customer service. I made a mistake in dates when I booked a flight Bordeaux-Nice. Within the hour, I tried to convert the flight for another one. Impossible by the Internet. Impossible to cancel too. By phone, it was not easy either. But, after a while... I have been refunded part of the fare but now it is incredibly difficult to have the governmental taxes refunded as if everything had been thought so as to prevent everybody from trying to, even if the law is on the side of customers. we have had a problem on 07/04 (today) trying to provide API, advise mobility/nut allergy problems and check in for a monday morning flight. when supplying the API, the easyjet website told us there was an issue, they were aware and to try logging in via easyjet.com 5mins later. 40mins later this was still the case. phoned the flightclub helpline. not aware of problems, they said. after a discussion, the call agent agreed to take passport numbers and put them in her side, manually and gave us the phone number for special assistance. the agent input API did not work (infact one of the passports now changed the country of issue to one we have never even visited!). we had to try amending the contact in case of emergency details and this somehow triggered the system to work. still don't know if everything is OK and whether we can actually fly on Monday, will update. Easyjet IT, please fix whatever you have messed up.
