Guest : Guest : Booked an easyjet holiday 10 days ago and haven't received a confirmation email even though the deposit has been taken. Can't log onto MyAccount or ManageBooking due to not having a reference number. Anyone have any suggestions please?

Hi. I am hoping to amend my August flights from Sunday to Sunday, to Monday to Monday as the Sunday flights do not appear to be operational. The Monday flight out is £20 if I was to book it now, but when I go through the process of changing my flight it says it is £32. Why is this? How can they do this? Also, I paid £333 in total but if I was to book the Monday to Monday flights as a new booking now, it would be c£192. Would I get a voucher for the difference in the cost? Thank you

Guest : Hi. We have Easyjet flights booked to Italy 1st August. Flight has not been cancelled but if I go online and check booking sight its inly possible to book new tickets from 8th September. Any idea what this means for pre-booked August flights? I'm in a similar situation with flights at end of July. I suspect they'll be cancelled but they're not announcing it until a few days before the flight so people change the flights.

I have flights changed - twice - by easyJet. The first time I waited nearly two hours to get through to be told I could not get a refund as the change was less than five hours from the original booking. It has now been changed by more than five hours, so I am trying to call to get a refund. I have been on hold, with a repeated message saying I will answered soon. I have waited nearly three hours and am still on hold. I can’t go down the road of emailing as they say they can take up to 28 days to respond and the flight is less than three weeks away. The last time I called, I was promised a call back from a manager three days later which never materialised. Can somebody please provide some advice as to how I can proceed with this?

You cannot be charged anything for a free flight change.The most you risk is having your free flight change cancelled but since you have been already been refunded that should be of little consequence. Guest : We had flights to Europe in April that were cancelled. We have been refunded, but upon logging into manage booking I am still able to manage the disruption and able to change the dates for free according to the system... i assume my card will be re-charged if I were to choose new dates. The question is for how much. The original flights only cost £115 for two people return. If we were to book that same trip for Christmas the current flight price is close to £500, which I am not willing to pay.If I knew I wont consequently be expected to pay more than the mentioned £115, I would consider changing the dates, but I don't want to be unpleasantly surprised after the fact. Anyone experienced the same situation or any thoughts? I have tried calling EJ, but so far haven't been able to speak to customer service.

Hi, We want to rebook our fligt before 07.07 because then its still free of cost >14 days). But Easyjet still haven't published their summer 2021 schedule. So we dont know what to do next. Contacting their customer service is a mission impossible. we tryed several times without succes. Can we change it to random flight eg in November and the reschedule again (free of cost)?

I have the same problem with Error Code EJ2cb02x when trying to change a flight date. The page displaying the error advises to call customer service, but I have been in a queue for 88 min. as I write! No lack with Messanger either! I appreciate all the COVID-related problems, but the phone? the chat? have they sacked everybody? I hope not.

Guest : I booked a flight which was cancelled and then I rebooked onto another flight which is also now cancelled. I went on my easy jet account which now says I did not have any booking at all. When I try to manage my booking through the no account option the website tells me my booking reference is wrong. I emailed easyjet and only received an automatic FAQ email 2 weeks later! I have been queuing in their phone line for hours but no one is picking up. Any ideas how to solve my issue? Sorry, don’t know how to help but I’m in the same situation our booking has disappeared altogether from the app. Did your issue get resolved?

HI I have also the same issue. I am trying to modify the flight and I continuously getting error EJ2cb02x. I am calling customer service for10 days now for hours every day and no one replies. I am NOT able to change my flight on Monday 6th.. I believe they are doing it on purpose they are cashing on us. It's so disappointing. Last time I fly Easyjet.

Guest : Can I ask how far in advance have peoples flights been cancelled, not months ago, people flying this month early next month? My flight from Dalaman to Manchester on 5th July and return Manchester to Dalaman on 18th July were both cancelled about 18 Days before the due travel dates separately. Still waitıng for my voucher for the cancelled 5th July flight and cant get past the 'Manage Disruption' box to claim a voucher for my second flight. Just says contact customer services...impossible option at the moment !

EMILY : To me, it is NOT safe to travel with a toddler (obviously different if the trip was essential and we HAD to go but it's not and we don't). Like I can ask Reuben to put a mask on - are you joking hahaha. So we won't be going to Tenerife in July. We can change for free (they've only waived the flight change fee) up to 14 days before we fly. We were due to go out on the 27th July which is only days after we finish school for summer. We CANNOT go any sooner than this day next year. The issue we've got is, we won't see July flights til August?! So, if we don't turn up on the date and we haven't changed our flights, we lose all the money. This can't be right surely?! We can't go any LATER than these dates either because we get married in August and want to honeymoon straight away. Going later and changing our plans isn't an option because none of this is our fault. It would be OK if we weren't teachers and could go in June but it's not possible? Help. I absolutely REFUSE to get on that plane. I'd rather lose all my money than expose Reuben to that but I'd obviously like to avoid it. I check every month and it only ever shows the month before's flights. AND even if we did go, we'd have nowhere to stay as we've had no choice but to bank the weeks at the timeshare as we didn't know how long COVID19 was going to stick around. Wow, sorry for the long status but my brain is baffled! I JUST WANT TO BOOK THE SAME DATES NEXT YEAR?! Has anyone experienced the same? We are in exactly the same predicament. We have 4 out (23rd July) and 4 return (6 Aug) flights to Crete. We had to cancel our villa a month ago as they wanted £2000 non-refundable and we couldn't risk being unable to get there. We also decided we didn't want to go with so many Covid unknowns. We now have 3 days to change our flights for free but as teachers we can only go late July 2021 onwards and no flights are for sale yet. We can, I think? change to random flights then change again but I can see it being an absolutely huge * of time trying to find 8 flights costing the equivalent to ensure we don't lose cash (and then have to do this again when later flights come on sale). What's even more frustrating is I really just want a refund and I am hoping our flight gets cancelled. If we wait to see (apparently we'll know within 7 days of our flight) then it'll cost us £250 in change fees if we have to alter due it it not being cancelled. Easyjet are supposedly flying 50% in July and 75% of flights in August. When will we be told which ones?! I'm guessing as last minute as possible so we're forced to keep our flights and lose money. Soooooooo frustrated and fed up.

I had my flights cancelled in May and received an email from easyJet to confirm my refund request. Much to my annoyance they are now claiming they have no record and having forwarded the email confirming the refund every singe one comes back as can’t use this site email not read. Tried phoning them but hung up eventually as no answer.

We have flights booked in August to Antalya this year and do not want to go. When trying to re book flights for Easter if we go through manage your booking flights are £18.50 each way,however if we were to make a new booking flights would be £250 each way Flights we have in August are £1876 how do we book ensuring we don’t loose any monies we have paid out already please?

Guest : Even when you do get vouchers, they may not work on the website. I had to contact Easyjet's executive office before they would refund me correctly (part cash, part voucher) and when I came to use the voucher, the website rejected it. It goes without saying that I can't get through to Easyjet by phone. Unfortunately this is the norm. Bookings have to be made via the Call Centre which means you dont get the on line discounted price. Take a refund

Guest : If you email esupport@easyjet.com about your refund hopefully they will get straight back to you. I was waiting 5 weeks for nearly £900 refund, was on hold for over 2 hours trying to get through to them and no joy. I emailed esupport@easyjet.com and they replied the next day and refund in my bank 3-5 dayswhat did you say in your email in order for them to give you a refund?

I submitted a request for vouchers about 3 weeks ago for a flight from Newcastle to Malaga which was flying next week. So far despite all attempts to contact them no response. They said it would probably be around 15 days. It is so annoying as I am trying to book for next year and trying to rearrange hotels but can't until I know the voucher is on its way. It certainly won't be from Newcastle next year anyway.

Guest : I am so confused, our outward flight has been cancelled to Portugal on the 17th July but the homeward flight is still going that I can see. Both flights are on one booking, does that mean they will refund both flights, looking at Manage my bookings its not clear!! I fear I have claimed my refund too early now and that I wont get my refund for both flights? I seem to be in the same situation as you. As far as I can make out if you have booked both outward and return flights on the same booking and your 1st flight is cancelled Easyjet will wait until your 2nd flight is cancelled before either issuing a voucher or refund for the whole booking. My 1st flight was cancelled and I asked for a voucher. Now my return flight on the same booking has been cancelled 2 weeks later but there's no option to change flights or claim a voucher on the Manage Disruption link..all greyed out so Im hoping Ill get either a voucher for the full value of what Ive paid for the 2 flights or a refund. Not so Easyjet hey !

This might be because someone else in the booking has already managed the disruption. The booking can only be managed as a whole so please contact your fellow travellers. If this isn't the case, please contact our customer service team. I booked for a flight to the UK on 5th July which was cancelled and I requested a voucher. Now my flight on 18th returning to Turkey which was booked on the same day has been cancelled. I'm unable to get past the above service message from Easyjet to request another voucher or even change my flight

Hi! Not sure if anyone has any info or been in the same situation. My group of girls booked flights for my hen do (meant to have flown on 8th May). They all submitted their refund request on the same day but only 2 out of the 3 have had their refund (in the last week). Absolutely no luck getting through to EasyJet to find out why the 3rd person is yet to receive it and if they even will...

H. Williams : I changed my password due to fraud alert from easyJet Know says my a/c has been locked as I have reached the maximum number of unsuccessful attempt to log in. I have tried to contact easyJet (unsuccessful) to help resolve the problem.. Can anyone help.. mant thanks Same issue following the fraud. If you go into change password again, it will work. But only for 24 hours and then again says locked due to max no of unsuccessful attempts. So you need to change sgain. Cant get any answer to phone calls so have emailed CEO. No response yet. I am also a member of their Frequent Flyer club and my membership no also appears to have been hacked as it no longer allows access to them so again cant make contact.

Easyjet have just refunded the cost of the flights to volos that we bought for our family for the may bank holiday. It's easy to criticise in these difficult times but we would like to shout a big thankyou to easyjet

I read with a lot of concern a comment on this site from someone who said when they received their refund from a cancelled flight .... the refund didn't include their payment for their baggage or their seat booking. Can anyone confirm this is the case please.

We have a return flight booked from 6 to 20 July Amsterdam Majorca. We do not intend to fly and want to rebook to July 2021, however the flights for summer 2021 aren’t published yet. We didn’t know we could rebook randomly to spring 2021 and then to July 2021. Now, as we are at less than 14 days of the actual flight the website charges us extra on rebooking to spring 2021. we have a proof that we have called and emailed them a month ago but haven’t had any response yet, we have even involved a legal advisor. What else can we do to not be charged these extra rebooking fees?

We have flights to Madrid and return from Barcelona 5.08-12.08. We have decided we re not going, but I would rather wait and see if they get cancelled, so i can get a refund or a voucher rather than rebook for different dates. Currently you are allowed to move dates free of charge if the flight is departing in more than 14 days. Do you think this might suddenly change after the air corridors are announced and we'd need to pay for changing days with more than 14 days left? I dont recall what Easyjet's policy was before the pandemic.

Hi, We have flights for 24th july we cannot use them as long flight so tried to change them but online would not allow it we waited hours on phone so gave up booked the new flights! we now need to change the 24th July 31st flights we paid for the flights around £1980 then seat choice taking total to £2458. If summers are not out by the 10th, so can change for free to flights we do not want, to not lose the whole money! do we search for flights for the total cost including seat choice? or just total flight cost? OR do we have to find similar price outbound as ours, and inbound costing similar to our inbound price? or each way including seat choice?

Due to fly to Gatwick from Malaga 12 July. No confirmation but manage bookings now says the flight is to Luton. Same booking details. E-mailed over a week ago nothing heard. Anyone else have the same?
