Hi I’m booked with hold luggage but need to change my flight date I can do this for free because of the covid situation but can anyone tell me if my luggage moves with the flight change or will I lose my money on the luggage and have to repay again with new booking. Thanks

Hi, we have booked an EasyJet Package Holiday from Liverpool to Pula 18th - 29th August 2021. However, on the flight schedule released yesterday there were no Wednesday flights. However, doing a dummy booking on the EasyJet Holidays it is still allowing me to do this. Does anyone know why this is?

Awful, awful company, We didn't want to fly due to covid and have health restrictions in the family. we didn't want our money back but we couldn't change flights as they were not available, Rang a couple of weeks ago to ask what happens if new flights aren't released in time before my original outbound flight date I wanted to change passes. The lady from the call centre just sneered and said 'what do you want me to do about it' !!! Glad I waited for three hours in the queue! Website 'chat' no longer operational and have been told I would need to wait at least 4 weeks before I hear back from an email I sent to customer services. Totally stressed out! Luckily for me they released new dates today, website kept crashing all morning then flight costs had gone up before I managed to get through the system tonight and have just been charged an extra £345 to change dates (and this is without a 'change of flight charge' which for me would kick in tomorrow. How nice for Easyjet to cash in on the pandemic, they are not the only ones who have suffered financially during this outbreak. I didn't want my money back from them just transfer dates. In the long run I fear they are going to lose more customers because of their bad service during this time and I hope the airlines who have got some control over this situation pick them up. Easyjet may have got my £345 this time but from now on I would rather pay a little more and fly with a proper company as the service, stress and attitude you get from this company is totally disgusting. This is the last money they will get out of me.
When you move your flights, the price that comes up is the difference between what you paid and what you need to pay now. I have just paid £490 to move my flights to Portugal as we were due to fly on Monday and the government say we can't. This however, does nor apparently matter to EasyJet. They refused to offer refund or credit note. The website kept crashing and giving error messages, probably due to number of people in similar situation, and each time I got back in the price had gone up. I have just complained to MP via email and encourage others to do the same. Appalling service causing unnecessary stress at what is already a very difficult time.
I am trying to change my Easyjet flights due to Covid-19 to Sicily. I have found online that the new flights that I need are £228. I have gone onto my bookings having paid £724 for the flights there and back and was quoted £23 for the change of flight. Having put the card details in the website crashed. The next time I logged in they wanted to charge £224, then £336. What is going on? Can someone please help. I have complained to Easyjet, got nothing. I have tried to ring this afternoon 4 times and could not get through. This is an absolute nightmare and extremely stressful

Yep been on for 4hrs 30 mins. Usually they don't put you on hold is q time to o long. Just say Bye and hang up. delay tactic so flights are more expensive? Voucher a real mistake and now wish had gone refund. So much for supporting company.

Tried using my voucher code online this morning to book flights but voucher would not work. Been on hold to Customer Services for 3 hours, flight prices have almost doubled since 7:00 am And if they ever answer the phone you will find that the price will be even higher still because by using the Contact Centre you won't get the 'discounted' on-line price. They blame Covid for their call centres being blocked. Nothing to do with making their staff redundant of course

I applied for a refund on 12th June after receiving confirmation that both my flights were cancelled. At end end of June I rang on the dot at 8am when their lines open. I was just about to give up after holding on for nearly an hour when my call was answered by a very helpful young lady. I asked what was the present timescale for refund requests made on 12th June - she said it would be about six weeks. I said that was a long time and expressed my disappointed ..... then to my surprise she said she would ask if she could refund me whilst I was on the line - outcome was that she was able to, and the money was credited to my account a few days later.
Hello I have had an email from easy jet to say the are refunding me but the last 4 digits of the card they are refunding are not my card and the refund has not arrived. I can’t get hold of anyone in easyJet to speak to then about it. Anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance Sue
EASYJET cancelled my flight and are looking me to take an earlier flight which does not suit me but their email does not give me an option for a refund just a voucher. Can i still claim a refund??
Just a complaint and a warning to Americans. Even if there is no way you can get into Europe (and the cruise I was going on was cancelled so I have no need to be in Europe, now) EasyJet will not refund your money unless the flight is cancelled. If I lived in Europe, maybe it would be somewhat acceptable to have a voucher for an airline that only serves Europe. They could give a rip that there is a pandemic and these are exceptional times. You’ve lost some customers, EasyJet.
We have easyJet flights to Newcastle fr om Jersey in September for a family of 5, as I was running in the great north run which has now been cancelled. We don’t want/need to travel now and the flights are valued at £785. I know I can rebook to other flights but no ideas wh ere and when and rather that rebook under pressure, has anyone just claimed a voucher for future travel? We’d put it towards a holiday ideally. Just been told that Easyjet will be releasing their summer fares on July 15th.

Does anyone know if Easyjet still do 'Hands Free' for cabin bags please. Can't see anywhere, to book and pay for it, on our online booking. It is unclear on the website whether you actually pay for this at the airport and impossible to get through on telephone to ask. We are going to Croatia, not sure if they only offer 'Hands Free' on certain flights? Many thanks for any advice.

Has anyone had their flights to Greece on EasyJet post-July 15th cancelled? We are flying July 24th from Gatwick to Santorini.. per the EasyJet website it is now within 14 days and hasn't been cancelled which means they are planning to fly, I'm dubious of this however and wonder if they will cancel closer to the date.

Andy : Hi. I am hoping to amend my August flights from Sunday to Sunday, to Monday to Monday as the Sunday flights do not appear to be operational. The Monday flight out is £20 if I was to book it now, but when I go through the process of changing my flight it says it is £32. Why is this? How can they do this? Also, I paid £333 in total but if I was to book the Monday to Monday flights as a new booking now, it would be c£192. Would I get a voucher for the difference in the cost? Thank you

Andy : I have flights changed - twice - by easyJet. The first time I waited nearly two hours to get through to be told I could not get a refund as the change was less than five hours from the original booking. It has now been changed by more than five hours, so I am trying to call to get a refund. I have been on hold, with a repeated message saying I will answered soon. I have waited nearly three hours and am still on hold. I can’t go down the road of emailing as they say they can take up to 28 days to respond and the flight is less than three weeks away. The last time I called, I was promised a call back from a manager three days later which never materialised. Can somebody please provide some advice as to how I can proceed with this?
booked to fly to Stuttgart early August for two weekds. My son turns 16 while we are away but by mistake I booked him as a child, based on age at departure age. I now cannot enter his Advance Passenger Information as it rejects his date of birth and I cannot see any way of changing this online. Any advice, phone lines incredibly busy of course

I have flights for my family booked with easyjet for 29/7 costing some £450. I am not comfortable travelling given the current situation. I am aiming to get a voucher, as per an email they sent me last week as they have also changed the timing of our flight. As with other guests on this discussion, I have called, been on hold for hours- to no avail. I am happy to book other flights for next Easter etc but these cost quite a lot less than the original ones... and I don't want to lose £200 approx. Any advice/ thoughts?
