Hi all, Due to travel on Sunday to Malaga and going around in circles trying to contact Easy-jet to cancel and get either a refund or better still a voucher of sorts for the same money. Easy-jet say go to my third part travel agency [Love-holidays] and they say go to Easy-jet. No telephone numbers or email addresses, nothing!!! Does anyone know what I have to do to get this sorted as I am beginning to panic a little here! Thank you in advance for any advice. Steve

Looks like you can only do this on their app but it only lets you do one leg at a time. So you have to confirm and pay (if there is a fare difference) for one flight before changing the other. Hi, I’m supposed to be flying with Easyjet on Thursday, 30th July but can no longer do so due to the quarantine. Easyjet are charging a fee for flight changes, even though they announced today they weren’t! Does anyone know how I can change my flight for free? Thanks!

Got through on the 03303655030 number. Thanks so much for the tip. Waiting about 15 minutes. Outbound flight had been cancelled and we were awaiting refund but then got email asking me to check in for the inbound one! Now got refund sorted for both outbound AND inbound flights. paid in 3 to 5 days.

Hi. Im supposed to fly from Belfast to nice in September flying out on a Saturday and back on a Thursday but it appears that the Thursday return flight no longer exists. I take it that easyjet will cancel both. Any views will be appreciated

Why are there no flights showing for September flying out of Belfast to Valencia We are booked to go the middle of the month Does that mean the flights are fully booked as we haven't received an e mail about cancellations and the flight info is still on the App Hopefully someone on here can help

Defunàþeltbeliev3 theres no one at the call centres how can a phone ri g for 4 hrs at a time and no one answers it. Fights were today 1800 pounds gone. i had the same i rebooked today but when i go to manage my bookings it says invalid reference number . i hoped maybe it takes time to go through on there??? Guest : my new booking reference will not work in manage my booking

Guest : Tony Rebooked by using voucher from previous cancelled flight by phoning and eventually getting through. Have received email confirming flight details and booking reference . But when go into account this booking reference does not exist !! So how am I supposed to add flight into and print tickets ? Easyjet making Ryanair look professional !I

Hi does anyone know if i cancel my holiday and accept easyjet credit whether it takes 30days to show so ? Basically we just want to change our holiday abit , dates and duration, but not having any luck on the phone, thought it may be quicker to cancel and rebook the whole thing, its September so is in scope to allow cancelling. Our outbound flights were cancelled but not our inbound. These were made on the same booking. Spent hours trying to get through but then discovered the esupport@easyjet.com address on one of these forums and got an answer within 2 days - both flights refunded in full, funds to appear within 7-10 days.

Guest : If you have inbound and return flights on one booking and Easyjet cancel return only will they refund both? Our flight to Cyprus next eeek hasn’t been cancelled despite the fact that we can’t enter the country (Cypriot government restrictions) but our return flight has. We want a refund.

Guest : I had an issue with trying to change flights on a Mac web browser - changes failed [EJ2nc90nsx]. But it allowed me to change the flights on the Iphone Easyjet App with no issues. Strange. However, I am now in the situation where it says 'Sold Out' on the flight but allows you to change seats, with about 30 free seats. just waiting for the cancellation......! When is this issue going to be resolved so that people are able to make changes to their bookings?? I'm still trying to get a refund from 10 April flights so well pass 3 month refund deadline- I have applied on line been on hold twice for 2 hours before giving up and have written to them and my bank - am on hold again now?? any ideas anyone? thanks!

Thank you for the tip of calling 03303655030 it definitely works, I got through in 2 minutes and got both my May flights back and I was meant to be travelling today which got cancelled but the return didn't but they also refunded that amount also. I would call them to sort any flight problems out.

If you ever get through you will find that the contact centre are unable to offer you the online price and you end up having to pay the increased price. The voucher system is a con and should be avoided. Easyjet make Ryanair customer service look world class

I want to book new flights using the voucher I accepted for flights cancelled due to the coronavirus. I can't use the voucher code on line, as the system won't accept it. The instructions on the email are to call Customer Services. I have tried several times waiting at least an hour each time. At the moment I've been waiting over 2 hrs without getting through. Is there no other way to resolve this issue?

hi do i need to add passenger info and check in before i cancel a flight? my flight is in 3 days but i see nowhere to cancel the flight. Our flight home was cancelled and we’ve got a voucher but the flight out is still going ahead! help ! thanks

Thanks so much for the Tip of the 03303655030 number. Got through in 3 mins and full refund for both cancelled outbound and inbound flight that isn't cancelled. Should have the money on 3 to 5 days. Was panicking as only outbound flight had been cancelled. All sorted.

After 2 calls to 03303655000 of over 2 1/2 hrs each, just got through for a full refund on the 03303655030 number in 11mins. Much quicker.

I booked a flight with easyjet last night through my app and using my credit voucher. The app seemed to be stalling when I was inputting the names and as a result some of the names have been duplicated on the confirmation email (my husband's surname has included my son's first names and my son's surname has included my daughters first name). Tried to delete the duplicated bits on the "manage booking" page but it is asking £100 to make changes and of course, tried calling the call centre but couldn't get through. It would be cheaper to cancel and re-book but wanted to know will the refund go back onto my credit voucher or will it be lost?

We have 2 bookings for the same flight (one for my 2 children and one for myself). One of my child (adult) won't be flying , so can my underage child be linked to my booking? Any other suggestion? Thankyou

Hi there, I’ve tried getting in touch with EasyJet numerous times but received no response. I was wondering if you could help please? We have flights booked from Bristol to Brindisi (Italy) in October. We want to change them to next spring however, the end of schedule is still showing up to October this year. I’m getting anxious now as I want to plan accommodation etc for next year and have noticed lots of places are booking up fast! Does anyone know when EasyJet will release their Bristol to Brindisi flights for next year please? Thank you

Thank you for your advice much appreciated Guest : Not 100% but if u download the app u should b able to see all the answers u need for this as u can go through there system and then rebook very easily with any extra costs or not showing as u do this..I have flights booked but have changed them and am just about to change again with latest news of Barcelona on the app it’s says I can do this as many times as I want up until sometime in March next year..hope this is some help Guest : If my future flight is not cancelled, will easy jet consider allowing me to transfer my flight to another time next year, or give me a voucher?
