Hi - I have just tried to move an outbound flight I have for the 23rd July and the transaction failed with this code EJ2nc90nsx. Does anyone recognise it? It says I should call them which is a nightmare. I did however manage to move the return flight.... so now I am due to leave for Greece in July 20 and return next April 21!!! Appreciate any insight anyone may have why the above flight can not be moved by me. Thanks,

No longer have access to the e-mail address on my booking due to losing my job, so no idea of whether I am receiving messages concerning my flights being cancelled etc Not able to get response on phone, e-mail, online form or even Facebook messenger! Any idea of how I can either check whether flights are operating or get this changed easily to my other e-mail address?

I've spent over an hour on the phone to easy jet. I have never been messed around so much in my life. The lady on the phone did not have a clue and kept booking me onto non existing flight's. The icing on the cake was when she booked me onto my original flight which had been cancelled. Shen then said it was all sold out. They really do need to get a grip!

Our flight was cancelled for the 6th may, and returning 4th June, still waiting on refund, my friend who was flying out on 10 th May with jet 2 has had her refund paid in full, Please remember easyjet you will be depending on customers like my self to book with you again, Now a think it will be met 2 as my first choice

I completed the online form for a refund a couple of weeks ago. It asks for the booking reference not the flight number so the booking reference covers both flights. My return flight is still showing up on my booking but if I look at flights available for that date website says the flight is sold out. I saw this online whilst looking for answers - 'Cancellation is deemed to have occurred ”where the planning of the original flight is abandoned” and travellers are invited to join a separate departure. Under European air passengers’ rights rules airlines, customers whose flight is cancelled must be offered a choice between a full cash refund and an alternative flight. The refund must be include the return leg, even if it is still going ahead. If the closest alternative flight is on a rival carrier, the cancelling airline must pay for it. If I'm not successful will email this to them. I'm in the same position (flight out has been cancelled and my return is as of yet still going ahead) and unsure if I should wait until my return flight has been cancelled also to try and claim the refund, I feel like they will take any excuse to weasel out of giving refunds! The refund page says "Please note only one online form will be accepted per booking" so I feel that this makes it a little unclear as to whether they would then process the refund for a flight (at time of application) that is not cancelled. On the other hand on another forum someone has posted that their flight was cancelled, they applied for a refund...only for Easyjet to change the dates of their flights to a week later, with no further mention of refund! It seems like they are desperately trying to encourage/force people to use vouchers instead of refunds (which I would if I could book the same dates!)

Apparently not. They’re saying that you can change them more that once, although you won’t get the difference if new flights are cheaper but will pay the difference if new flights are more expensive Guest : want to change Sept 2021 flights for Sept 2021 but Easy Jet have only released flights till end of May 2021. Is there any way of doing this. Trying to phone them at present

Apparently you have to change your flights to a future date then change them again once the routes are published. This was from an easyjet social media response. I have 13 separate flights booked so it’s not an easy task. I think they’re waiting until a possible announcement on 29th June about air bridges etc. EMILY : To me, it is NOT safe to travel with a toddler (obviously different if the trip was essential and we HAD to go but it's not and we don't). Like I can ask Reuben to put a mask on - are you joking hahaha. So we won't be going to Tenerife in July. We can change for free (they've only waived the flight change fee) up to 14 days before we fly. We were due to go out on the 27th July which is only days after we finish school for summer. We CANNOT go any sooner than this day next year. The issue we've got is, we won't see July flights til August?! So, if we don't turn up on the date and we haven't changed our flights, we lose all the money. This can't be right surely?! We can't go any LATER than these dates either because we get married in August and want to honeymoon straight away. Going later and changing our plans isn't an option because none of this is our fault. It would be OK if we weren't teachers and could go in June but it's not possible? Help. I absolutely REFUSE to get on that plane. I'd rather lose all my money than expose Reuben to that but I'd obviously like to avoid it. I check every month and it only ever shows the month before's flights. AND even if we did go, we'd have nowhere to stay as we've had no choice but to bank the weeks at the timeshare as we didn't know how long COVID19 was going to stick around. Wow, sorry for the long status but my brain is baffled! I JUST WANT TO BOOK THE SAME DATES NEXT YEAR?! Has anyone experienced the same?

I can't get through to Easyjet by phone. They seem to have taken my money in January and have no intention to give it back!

Anybody any ideas as to when EJ will start the Manchester to Copenhagen route? The EJ website telling me all or most August flights are sold out but according to my EJ app there are no flights available. I've been separated from my wife who works in Sweden since mid February. Can't wait to get over there but very little info available from Easyjet.

Easy Jet have notified me of a credit on my account from a flight that was cancelled. It does not show up on my account, and I am not able to contact them. How can I get them to check that they credit my account?

I filled in the form requesting a refund but didn't receive a reply. It's now over a month past the date of the cancelled flight but still no refund. I can't get through to Easyjet by phone. They seem to have taken my money in January and have no intention to give it back!

We have been watching a flight from Newcastle to Alicante on 3rd July. It currently states 1 last seat for sale. We have observed the last person booked this flight on at least 10 occasions. We are booked on this flight. There are 62 seats still unallocated. Looks very strange?

My flight to Venice in March was cancelled due to COVID - not a problem and asked for a refund. This has now taken over the 90 days they specified as the longest wait time before repayment and I cannot contact the call centre. Does anyone know how to get through to them?

Hi Dawn, in exactly the same situation as you. Another option we are considering is to change our flights to somewhere/anywhere for as close to the same price as our original booking & then change again when the July flights come on sale. Remember though that you can only do this with no extra charges upto 14 days before your flight on July 9th. Easyjet really are backing us into a corner aren't they. Also you say that June & July 2021 flights are not being released until August. Where have you seen this?

Dawn Trott : My friends and I are due to fly to Menorca on 9th July. We want to change the flight only to an easyjet holiday for the same time next year. There is no answer on the phone regardless of what time I call (8am this morning). We can change flights but only until May 2021. June and July 2021 flights are not being released until August which is too late to change. I have emailed but am not holding out much hope. Customer service seems to have totally disappeared as you are unable to speak to anyone at easyjet by any means. Any suggestions.

My EasyJet flight for the 3rd July Inverness to London Gatwick has completely disappeared from Manage My Bookings? No email, no cancellation? I have another booking for late July and I have requested a voucher for that, which I am awaiting confirmation of. It’s still there? What’s happened?

Got through on different number- flight obviously live ( Manchester to Athens July 17th) but I’m a frontline NHS and well informed that we await Govt announcement re travel bridges and quarantine. I’m not taking vouchers , I’ll receive refund and fly with Aegean or whoever. I’m absolutely exhausted and I’m going to Naxos. I like EasyJet, don’t forget they are not Emirates, they are low cost airline so I don’t expect frills but every flight I’ve taken has been fab/ lovely helpful staff and funny - want nothing more xxxxxx

Hi. I asked EasyJet for a refund. Received email stating payment is in a credit shell. Received further email stating a voucher has been set up. This states that the voucher can only be actioned when booking a flight in next 12 months. Voucher can only be activated by phoning customer service when booking a future flight. Okay, I'm thinking a voucher is fine as I travel frequently with this airline. I find a flight I want in August and consequently TRY to phone EasyJet repeatedly to no avail. They keep saying try again later. So, I have to get out to Spain in August and therefore I book it. My question is; what do they mean by a credit shell, and how do I speak to someone at EasyJet? I have been calling 0330 365 5000. Is there any other number I can call? Many thanks, Dave.

Joe : Currently Easyjet are offering change your flight 'free'. The question I have is; if the flight that I would like to move is significantly more expensive than the new flight, do easyjet refund the difference. If the flight is more expensive you have to pay the difference. If the flight is cheaper you don’t get a refund of the difference.

hi, I have received a voucher for my cancelled flight of £295.92, however when I checked my originally booking I have not received a refund for the extras I paid for, luggage and seat allocation meaning that the voucher I have paid is less than what I originally paid which was £367.15

SNAP SOO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS! Got through after 1 hr 5 mins on hold. Got half way through changing the flights and the line cut off!!!!!! The customer service advisor had just taken my address and phone number be fore the line went dead but she did not ring me back. When I tried to recall I just got the "we are busy, ring back later" maeesge. I would urge anyone to get e refund, NOT vouchers as you can't redeem them!!!!!

Just thought I would let people know who are trying to get a refund, flights cancelled April/May, filled in online form, waited 7 weeks, no response, I wrote to to CEO, recorded delivery, within 4 days, money in my account!

Son & partner we’re going to Italy for wedding 21st June, all cancelled. I had book them internal flights to Milan to meet me & husband then fly home. Our hotel in Verona has cancelled on us but Easy jet haven’t cancelled flights and probably won’t for the internal flights. I want to claim a voucher, trying to call for over 2 weeks now. All online information says go claim voucher go to ‘manage bookings’ them ‘manage disruption’ - I cannot find this Manage disruption’ anywhere. I get is the option to change the flights. How and where do I go to claim voucher.?

I have a disruption voucher and trying to rebook flights, it does not recognise the voucher code and also says you have to contact customer services who will book the flight for you.... but when you phone they say the phones are too busy and to phone back later. I need specific dates as I also have a hotel voucher to use at the same time. has ANYONE managed to book their flights using this covid disruption voucher and have you any tips??!!

Hi, I had my flight cancelled, going out, managed to get a voucher, now my return flight is now cancelled, tried to get a voucher but it comes up as the folllowing. Unable to manage this booking online We're sorry, you cannot manage the booking online. This might be because someone else in the booking has already managed the disruption. The booking can only be managed as a whole so please contact your fellow travellers. If this isn't the case, please contact our customer service team This is not happened so do not know what to do next I have sent them a email and phoned, has this happened to anyone else.

Just had email from Easyjet to say time of flight has changed, but they have also changed the airport. Flight for 1st July, family coming to Spain for a wedding which has now been cancelled. Family cannot use these flights now I am happy to take vouchers as we will need to fly next year. How can I do this?
