I thought would help the airline and get a voucher - when you get the voucher you have to call to book a flight - and guess what you cant get through - can even hold you just get disconnected !!!

Have an easy jet flight booked for 3rd July . I am just looking to change the flight to a later date. The website says its free to do so just go to my bookings and press the change flight button. There is no such option and have also tried ringing but no chance of speaking to anyone. Would welcome any advice. Thank you

Had flights booked for May which were obviously cancelled. Although the intention was to apply for a refund, I received an email from easyJet leading up to the flight confirming it had been cancelled and to apply for a refund or voucher. Was happy for a voucher so went through the process. Now a month later they have responded saying they have no record of our flights. Bizarre as I have the confirmation of original booking and they even contacted me via email saying the flight was cancelled. Now what can I do, I try to phone them and you just get a recorded message saying how busy they are, and it does not allow you to hold on the line, even if you were to be on hold for hours.

I'm in the same boat so to speak! We were going to a wedding in July that has been cancelled until July 2021, but we cannot change to these dates as they are not going to be available on the website until August. The guest's advice to choose any old date and then change them again can't surely work, as you'd be subject to a £32.00 admin fee per person per flight, so in our case 5 return flights = £320 in admin.

Guest : You could change them to any old time - say, April, - and then change them again to the dates you actually want, once those dates have been released? ben : we're due to fly in July to Spain, we want to change the flights to next July 2021. We can't book that far a head I change my booking. Can I obtain a flight voucher until the flights for next July are listed?

Hi, we have a flight with Easyjet from Bristol to Lisbon on 23/07/20 returning on 06/08/20, the flight is still on my Easyjet app. There are no seats left. How do we know this flight has been cancelled/ Otherwise we will have to look for an alternative from Heathrow. I have tried calling Easyjet but as usual the line is busy. Also our Flight to Tenerife in April was cancelled, we were flying with Ryanair from Luton to Tenerife and returning with Easyjet a week later. After 200 phone calls in March, I eventually got through and was refunded. However still waiting for Ryanair's refund - I have gone to my Credit Card for the refund under Section 75!

We have had our June flights cancelled and are able to reschedule, however, ther are no more flights to Majorca from LIVERPOOL until AUGUST - Is there a possibility of anymore flights being arranged before this? I have been days trying to contact EasyJet but an audience with the Pope would be easier! I’ve even tried smoke signals!!! Please, please answer my question Yours a very desperately ready packed hopeful holidaymaker

I have a flight to Turkey in 7th of July. No cancellations and hope won’t be! On the website flights are either unavailable or sold out. I think Easyjet is reorganising and shuffling seats from June onwards. Any idea?

julie : Easyjet are still operating our flight on the 30 June, its a UK internal flight however, nothing will be open so we would like to change it to June 2021 - however these flights are not open for booking until Jul 20 (after we travel) We can;t travel at any other time so we were wondering if we could get a voucher but it looks like these are only for cancelled flights! Has anyone got any ideas what we could do?

Our flight was booked at the end of April and Easy Jet cancelled it. We were told having filled in the refund form that we would have a refund only not quickly and to be patient that refunding would be done but within 28 days. I just received an email stating that they had looked at our case and we weren't being refunded. The explanation was that the corona virus was out of their control. I as a holiday let owner on the other hand have been refunding all the guests who were booked in for the time that corona virus has had us in lockdown. How come Easy jet can get away with breaking the law? It seems there are a lot of irritated customers on this forum surely with the weight of whoever hasn't been refunded we can force Easy jet to face the refunds. The final cheek was they sent another email saying how they valued me as a customer! Forget it easy jet we won't be flying with you again.

Currently Easyjet are offering change your flight 'free'. The question I have is; if the flight that I would like to move is significantly more expensive than the new flight, do easyjet refund the difference.

Easyjet are absolutely disgusting in the way they are treating loyal customers.... I have a flight from Bristol to Menorca on the 23/06/20 and have received an email to say you can transfer your flight or get a voucher the offer of a voucher is valid until the 14/06/20 9 days before our flight is due to leave but they are only cancelling flights 7 days before so how can you make that decision?? the terms and conditions state that no refunds will be issued for cancelled flights which would leave me £1100 out of pocket YOU ARE A DISGRACE EASYJET

My flight was 18th March this year and it was cancelled.. Within a week I had an email to say that I would receive a refund into my account within 7 days but nothing happened. I managed to contact easyjet customer service and they directed me to a refund form. Filled it in and said I would be dealt with within 28 days. Still nothing. I stupidly booked another flight for next February hoping I would get my refund but nothing at all. This is absolutely disgraceful

I tried to access my Easyjet account this morning to check on future flight bookings. On typing my email address and password I got a message saying my email address had not been recognised. I tried to reset my password but the link didn't work. I had been informed last Thursday that my information had been hacked in the most recent cyber attack. I though that if I tried opening a new account using the same email address might get me access to my account but all this did was open a new account with none of my flight bookings being shown (perhaps foolish of me to try to resolve the issue this way but I was desperate). Any idea how I can get access to my old account? I will probably have to go through the minefield of contacting Customer Services but wondered if anyone had any alternative ideas.

Guys did you get the email from Easyjet about the hacker attack / data breach? 9 millions customers affected! How you heard about PGMBM data breach compensation it appears all affected customers can join them for the claim no win no fee? They predict that each affected customers could get up to £2000 minus their fees at up to maximum 30%. I am so tempted to sign up because I still wait for my flights refund from Easyjet

We have flights booked to Jersey for 25 June. My husband and I are both over 70 and my husband has underlying health conditions. We do not feel safe and are worried about travelling at this time. We are not asking for a refund but would like vouchers so that we can rebook at a later date. Emailed their help line and they say they will answer within 28 days. Does anyone know where we stand with this?

Rob : Guest : I have a booked flights due to leave on the 1st June, I have sent a least 10 e-mails and digital enquires, tried the useless phone number and had no response what so ever. Easyjet say my flight has not been cancelled, yet Easyjet has grounded all their flights, I'm clearly missing something here, what part of this is not a cancelled flight. Easyjet are just playing a crafty game that a bunch of crooks play, Easyjet are avoiding their statutory obligations and are not adhering to the law. If a customer does not receive the product/goods that they have paid for, you are fully entitled to a full refund according to consumer rights act 2015. It's not complicated it's real simple, you don't get what you paid for, you get your money back. And of course, Easyjet are now making it sound like they are being generous, caring and that they are doing their customers a favour by offering free rebooking on any of their flights anywhere in Europe even if the new rebooked flights cost more money than your original flight. This is such crock of s......t, you can only rebook upto 12 months ahead, the government has made it clear that travelling abroad will not happen this year, most countries in Europe have got a policy of a compulsory 14 day quarantine to anyone arriving at their borders, so nobody is flying anywhere. If Easyjet really were concerned about their customers they would allow us to contact them properly on the phone, they would also provide a flexible service, they would offer open flight tickets that would allow you to rebook at least 24 months ahead for those flight when they become available, and of course Easyjet would adhere to the law, by providing full refunds to customers who request it. I'm a outdoor instructor that provides adventure holidays around around the world, I have had cancel several trips to Nepal and Africa, and the airlines I use like Emirates, Qatar airways are all providing this service of open tickets and refunding, and you can get through on the phone and actually speak to someone. As far as I'm concerned, EasyJet are deliberately avoiding their responsibilities to their customers, their phones are a con, they have no intension of answering any of our telephone calls , no intension of answering any e-mails, and they are simply breaking the law by not refunding. If Easyjet does not contact me soon and certainly before my flight date, to refund my £844 of offer me an open ticket, I will certainly never use them again, so I urge you, all of us to vote with our computer fingers and not to use Easyjet again, unless they have an epiphany, a realisation that without their customers they will no longer exist and change their criminal behaviour. My holiday hasn't even been cancelled yet woth easyjet and I am meant to be flying next Wednesday! They are a joke of an airline and are trying everything to keep things till the last minute.

Easyjet has failed, I request my refund 27 days ago and easyjet keeps sending me emails about holidays ect., instead of letting me know about my refund discussing. It seems that the law about refunds doesn't apply these days! Just wondering if we go and robb the bank would we go to jail then. I wish we could all get together somehow and sue Easyjet.
