Guest : Absolutely the worst website imaginable for a major airline. I've flown with them a lot due to the locations they fly out of and there website usually requires a couple of tries due to glitches. I would say about 70% of the flights are delayed at least 15 minutes. The only thing worse then their website is their customer service. Good luck trying to modify and existing reservation, and getting to speak to an actual person is next to impossible. Yup, they will have a HUGE class action suit on their asses soon. Their website is willfully deceiving people. Worst and most criminal of all airlines. Alleigant airlines f u c k i n g suck

Why am I unable to check in on line after 10 years of flying on Allegiant? I receive the following message when I try to check in online, “Non-Eligible to check in on line”. I travel on Allegiant frequently, have an Allegiant Air Credit Card and am TSA approved.

I got the message "Rate limited. Please wait and try again later." until I turned off my Proton VPN. Now AllegiantAir.com works fine.

What is wrong with our web site Allegiant if you give me 50K I will fix it and you will never have to worry about it crashing all the time and losing customers all day long, also like a lifetime of free flights in the US. I have 34 years of IT website and engineer design could save you a ton of money.

Jumping in to say still can't book a flight. I choose seats on one flight. the return i can't select anything. then skip and can't pay. 2 credit cards failing.

why can't you book hotels through allegiant with your flight anymore? I've been trying for a week now it's seems to jump from step 5 to step 7 not allowing you to pick your hotel. PleSe help

I purchased trip flex but the Allegiant web site will not allow me to change my flight, it indicates an error and says to try again. Have tried for 4 days and left on hold for hours on their customer service number. If I cancel, they will keep what I paid for the Trip Flex package which will have served no purpose. Really awful, I just wanted to re scheduled as I am allowed to do, now I just want my money back.

I spent 25 minutes booking a trip for 5. Got to the payment screen any to have it fail. Tried 2 different credit cards. Then the site timed out after 10 minutes of me re-entering my numbers. Horrible airline and a horrible websits.

Kelly McCarthy : Anyone else experiencing issues booking Allegiant flights? I have been trying for 3 days and get an error message after I submit payment. Tried form multiple browsers and the app. I'm having the same issue. Waited on hold for over an hour to have them hand up. My guess is it's part of the crowdstrike issue.

Trying to utilize the Trip Flex - that I paid for - and change the dates of my flights online. I click "Manage My Trip" and correctly go through all the steps, but continue to get error messages. I call the phone number but get placed into a nightmare automated hold system complete with annoying AI voice, piano, and saxophone jingle. Why oh WHY is this happening. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Am very upset: I called the Allegiant customer number to ask about deleting one passenger (a child) from, my itinerary and changing the name to another child. I ended up paying 400 dollars.... 300 of which when to Infinity Travel. It took three hours on the phone for them .... they kept saying there were no seats available for that flight and yet I could SEE on my computer that there were three seats available. They said there were no seats....even though I was CANCELLING the ticket for the one child.... and buying ne for a different child.

I have flown with Alligiant a number of time to Sanford Florida. Yet my points say 0 but my 5 flights have been added ( supposedly) Thoughts?

When you book a hotel stay through allegiant to get the buy one get one deal. Do they pick the hotel you can stay at or do you tell them where you want to stay?

Been flying this poor excuse for an airline for about a year. The only reason why is because it's the only airline that flies into Concord Airport in North Carolina otherwise I would run as far as possible from Allegiant. Besides canceling my flight for no reason at all three times in the past year then rebooking me the next day after I was supposed to be home and giving me a seat in the middle of the aircraft and boarding close to the end meanwhile I paid for front row seat and priority boarding never got the money back from that either try 100 different ways. My latest rant is I was headed to the airport March 24th yesterday and guess what they canceled the effing flight an hour before it was boarding. Website kept crashing cuz everyone was trying to get seats for the next day after several hours and around midnight I ended up getting through and luckily I was put on Monday the 25th 9:00 p.m. flight from Concord to Fort Lauderdale . I did get priority boarding but I did not get the seat I paid for I was three rows back I have a bad condition that's why I get priority seating the pilot jokingly said they were going to make up time in the air which they did about 25 minutes but when we landed there was an empty aircraft at our gate we sat on the tarmac for 35 minutes before it was moved so much for gaining time in the air overall we lost to cap it off the same for flight attendants that I see not one of them Smiles or welcomes you aboard or tells you hope you enjoyed your flight on the way out. even though I greet them with something I got a stupid look Logistics Department must be made up of 3-year-olds who the heck would have an aircraft waiting at a gate with another one is on its way from several hundred miles away that's going to end up occupying that gate you figure one of the idiots would say hey maybe we should move this plane they did give me a $200 voucher for which I had to use at a local hotel the room was $139 plus $139 incidental fee they charge up front so if they're there I had to come $80 out of pocket to get the room never mind the meals I was going to enjoy when I got home that was another $75 I pray to God we sell the condo in Concord I've been going up there twice a month for almost a year I gutted to the studs I'm a contractor. And another two weeks I should be done and I'll be done with Allegiant forever

I processed my request with my Canadian credit card but with an American billing address of my destination. I got it only when I changed the address, otherwise, it was not going thru.

Stephanie : I spoke to them this morning and it has to do with the billing address. You cannot enter a non USA address or it will glitch. Call in and they can help you, they were great this morning when I called.Called in yesterday, waited 30 minutes, gentlemen tried to help then his system said the same thing. Told me to try again today and it still doesn't work.

Must use a US credit card until they fix the problem. The site is not accepting Canadian credit cards. They are aware of the issue.

It took me a whole week to change my flight from a morning flight to the the same day in the afternoon. I was put on hold for over 10 hours during this week. I left two messages that have not yet been returned. The website has some sort of glitch that does not allow you to make the change. They are "unable" to handle this on the chat box. So you have to try to reach Allegiant by phone which is virtually impossible. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON THERE? MAY FAITH IN THIS COMPANY IS GONE. AND IT SCARES ME TO DEATH TO PUT MY LIFE IN THEIR HANDS AND FLY WITH THEM.

Not able to check in online. App was great in the past but awful today. Had to go to the counter to check in and get boarding passes. Their IT needs a lot of work during busy times. Special phone line for Allegiant card holders was a wait of over 2 hours. They don't get it. Willing to pay $$$$ more not to deal with this

Apparently a ongoing problem not being able to check in. Could not do so today, 1/4/24. Was told by allegiant to have my boarding pass printed at the airport. Will see how that goes tomorrow

Allegiant Air runs a scam website. You pay through the nose for "TripFlex". Not once have I been able to change a flight through the website. Tried every browser, the App on my phone, cleared cookies, deleted history, tried again in incognito mode. Nada. You get the same tired message "Something odd just happened". Yeah, something odd like a scam website.

Most recovery companies will take your money again. I personally don't think they are the same set of people that run all of them, seems like an unending cycle and it's too sad. The most crazy thing about the whole internet thing is how you can clone a website to make it look like the real one, I discovered so manrry people fell into this kind of scams. The only recovery company I know that works is Recovering Atusa. com I have been to their physical address to meet them before and the good thing about them is that they will let you know if they can handle your case or not. So they will not just take your money when they already know they won't help you out.

Just wonderful! I had an issue with a hotel booking through Allegiant Air, their stuff up, while I was in the US. They said over the phone I'd get my refund. Nothing!! Now I am back in Australia, I can not contact them via website nor phone. What a sham of a company!!

Can't reinstall the app to my android device. It was giving me trouble shortly after Thanksgiving so I uninstalled it and then went to reinstall. Get the following message: Can't install Allegiant try again. This is though the google play store.

I tried to check in on the web and on the app. It kept telling me "something odd happened". I started to check the email that I had for my trip details. I had gone into my profile on Allegiant and add a suffix of "Jr" to my profile. When I looked at the email conformation for the flight, I noticed that it did not have the "Jr" as part of the name. When I removed the "Jr" from my Allegiant profiled, then went back in to see if I could now do check-in, it worked with no problems. Just a suggestion, maybe check and see that your Allegiant profile name matches the email when you booked the flight. Just a thought.

App not working to view boarding passes on iPhone. Only long printable version. Also had to go through 6 pages before being able to check in. Ever since tithe new update, things are not working smoothly.

Allegiant says problem booking my trip but no confirmation but charged my card 4 times called Chase they say it’s Allegiant issue they credited it all back I’m giving up today . The customer service line is a joke as is the online chat . This tells me why I never want their credit card!!

I am unable to check in to my flight online or through the app. I contacted customer service. They told me I would have to go to the ticket counter and they would print a boarding pass for no charge. I attempted to reach out via Facebook and it seems like a scam They were asking for banking information.
