I had exactly the same issue - couldn't complete the payment, and the 'customer service' line was continually busy. I used the 702 954 8699 number and Michelle was incredibly helpful and put the reservation through for me. Was related to my email also.

Whoever found the phone number (702-954-8699) -- THANK YOU. I was having the same issues as everyone else when I tried modifying my flight, and luckily I stumbled on this forum. I called the number and was connected within a few minutes, and the service agent was very helpful and nice. I've saved the number so if I ever have any other issues with Allegiant, I've got the number at the ready!

Maybe a Clue : 30 days of the same aggravation as everyone else here with their website not finalizing payments, I finally was able to break the curse, after several hours on hold, I got a clue from a supervisor who found a "glitch" related to the default e-mail on file shown on my profile. I simply changed that e-mail to an alternate and was able to book flights as normal !!! As a test I put in original e-mail address & problem returned. I'm not sure what type of "glitch" flagged the original e-mail as "incorrect info" and they couldn't tell me, but hopefully they pay attention to the forums for clues on fixing it finally. Thank you for this post!!! This fixed my issue and saved me the hours on hold, thanks for sharing what fixed it for you!

Guest : we can't get the site to take our payment. we have been trying to book for 3 weeks I just had the same issue but saw a comment that said it had to do with the email that was put in. I changed the email address I used and it went through right away, so that's worth a shot!

I've been trying to book a trip in October. I've used different computers, browsers, and credit cards, all to no avail. I still get that blank page at the end.

702-954-8699 is the right number to cancel the reservation with Trip Flex. I was able to reach the representative with waiting less than 10min. I tried so many times by calling the official number showed in the website, but couldn't work even after waiting 1.5 hours by phone. The company should fix the system for the cancellation.

We were having trouble changing our flight despite purchasing Trip Flex. We continuously got the error stating that something odd happened. We attempted to use different PC's and phones, but nothing worked. The app didn't work either. We tried changing the email to a non-gmail account to no avail. Customer service hung up on us multiple times as we worked to fix the problem for several hours. Finally, we found this forum and called the following number: 702-954-8699. We were on hold for less than 5 minutes before someone helped us with all of our problems and asked for almost no personal information. At first, we worried if he was real, but we received confirmation emails from Allegiant within minutes showing a credit to our account. We did not have to give him any credit card information whatsoever. Thanks to everyone who shares this number!

The representative booked my flight, waived the booking fee and I was off of the call in 13 minutes!!!! The number I used is 702-954-8699. THANK YOUUUU!!!!! After a month of trying online and calling the other number that doesn't work I called this one, was on hold for less than 2 minutes, and booked (without booking fee) in 5! This is The Way ^^ I was about to lose my mind. First time booking on Allegiant. Hope they maintain aircraft better than their website.

PHX. Only flights WE & SA. SA return canceled several hours prior to departure. Zero help from Allegiant. Finally booked return on United Monday; cost was $1,200 for 2 in addition to 2 extra days of motel & meals. Allegiant reimbursed $200 in airfare and $200 for living costs. MSC : They just canceled my September 20 2 AM flight to Charleston from Pittsburgh. I believe somethings going on. They may be going out of business. I would not book with this company right now. They were very few flights available. Many it looks like I’ve been canceled.

I had the same issues trying to make a purchase to add carry on bags. The website gave me an error. I just tried again and it worked, not changing any information. The website might not be able to handle a ton of traffic.

No more charleston flights after aug 13 2022. If you are on any of the ones still listed I would have a back up plan for sure. Breeze does the Pittsburgh to Charleston flight. You may want to head over that direction. Anyway I would not trust Allegent right now.

Had issues alllll day today. Seriously waisted so many hours trying to book a trip on different computers, on my phone (webpage), then on the app also with different credit cards. Same thing as all others have said below.. it would get all the end where it was processing the payment, it would come back and say to check my card and billing address and then nothing. The screen would go white when I renentered the information and double and triple checked info. So frustrating. I called customer service and was placed on hold for at least 2 hours. After an hour of being on hold, my husband tried it on his phone, which is newer and it worked the first time. So I hung up with customer service.

Have had issues with loading all week. Changed my confirmation email address per post below, and that did the trick. I was using a gmail address when I received errors.

I had the same problem as everybody of trying to book online where the LAST step of payment button wouldn't work. FINALLY, i figured out it was my address autofilled my canadian postal code with a space and it said invalid postal code. I just removed the space and worked! I didn't know that until I clicked on "edit" my address. hope this helps somebody else!

If the payment didn't go through first time and retrying doesn't work and it keeps showing blank page (check the credit card account online and make sure no pending payment entries), change the email used and it should go through. After suffering the same aggravation as everyone else with their website not finalizing payment, I finally logged out of my account and entered everything manually, including the credit card info (which I read helped below). I'm not sure if it was just entering the credit card, or manually entering all the info outside of my Allegiant account, but it worked first attempt

I have tried repeatedly tonight to try to change a flight. It lets me go so far and then a message appears that a "problem" as occured, click continue and try again. Same thing over and over.

Guest : We have had the same problem with the website and the payment issue. We refused to wait on hold for the published customer service #. After 2 wks, I kept looking at this forum and saw a # on Sunday evening that was posted and it worked. We let the agent know what the forum was discussing and that Allegiant definitely has a problem with the payment portion of their website. She kept repeating that is was on our end due to Allegiant's strong fraud protection on the website....WHAT??? She said her supervisors were able to go back and see how many times we attempted to book our flight which was about 10 x in 2 weeks. She said they couldn't find anything.....She said to check with our bank to see if there is a hold on our cards which we did while she had us on hold. No hold and no fraud alert was noted on either card which are both different. She did help us book our flight and waved the booking fee. She did state she was going to have this problem reported as they get over 500 calls an hour which should tell Allegiant something about their website. This is the number we tried and it worked with no wait time. 702-954-8699. It seems to have been taken on this page since Sunday. The customer service agent was very nice. The number provided in this thread totally worked for me!! Thank you so much, I have been trying to book a flight online and used multiple cards, just as everyone else had on here. The CSR I spoke to was very helpful and was able to help me book my flight. She mentioned that if you are having this issue, try changing the email address you are using to send your receipt/itinerary to. She said that helps sometimes.

I have tried for two days to pay for my baggage, customer service again is trying to say it’s my bank. 2 debit cards and I even tried my grandfathers credit card, nothing will go through. I’m going to be forced into paying $200 in baggage fees at the airport.

Will probably pay a little more just to be able to actually book a dang flight... 10:34pm and tried 3 different credit cards and it says "We were unable to process your payment. Please verify that the card and address information you entered is correct or enter another card.' Now i'm locked out of 2 of my credit cards because they think it's fraud. THANKS ALLEGIANT!!! However you can call which I'm on hold now...its said for 2 MORE HOURS, WOW.

They tend to have only seasonal flights in some areas and are prone to change their season dates at times. I had the same issue as well with flights I was looking at once. Guest : trying to look at a flight in July I have been looking at for a while, and now cannot look further out than March? Anyone know why this is?

What is going on with this company... I have tried every credit card in my wallet and nothing works. Ive tried booking just one-way flights, then round trip, ive tried everything, every browser and the app except for calling the number because I know how that is going to be a royal pain... how are the able to conduct business without accepting credit cards or debit cards online!?

Have tried 5 forms of pymt - same error every time. We're sorry... We were unable to process your payment. Please verify that the card and address information you entered is correct or enter another card. I could not get thru on the customer service # 702-505-8888 so called the # below - A PERSON ANSWERED! Shout out to service rep (Y!!!!!) - took care of everything - friendly - helpful - done in less than 10 minutes! Wasted 3hrs tonight prior to this phone call - not sure how many other days & hours other days up til then. Form of payment error solved this way.
