Does anyone know if Allegiant has fixed the payment problem? I cant get past the payment process no matter what device, browser, and card. Have tried 4 different cards and my office manager also was unable to get past payment process. Does Allegiant even know this is an issue? Also, beware of overflow booking contractor Shine. Allegiant reservation phone number somehow flows over to them. Tried to charge more for bags, more for seats, a booking fee, and asked me to email my drivers license. When I started asking questions, woman hung up on me.

Guest : Hey. Tried all day to book flights. When I go to pay, nothing happens and then I get an 'error processing payment' no matter what card or how I in out. What is happening?[/QOU I would love to know what's going on as well! I've been trying for weeks and get this same problem and now my tickets have gone up $200 each!

Been trying for weeks with different browsers, credit cards, etc with no luck. Now I am seeing the cost of the flight go down as before it was going to cost me $346 and today all the same selections has it at $289 and still not able to complete the purchase. Something is up and makes me wonder if they are about to pull the plug??? System won't allow purchase! Well now I remember why I haven't flown allegiant in a long time. Their system is so f'd up you can't buy tickets online. Have spent the last 90 minutes entering my info on 3 browsers, on my phone, on their app, with 2 different credit cards, and can't get their system to complete the purchase. I have googled solutions online (use their app, buy 2 one way tickets, don't use a "saved" credit card), tried those to no avail, and their 800# has a 2 hour wait. I have now spent more time trying to buy a ticket than the duration of the actual flight, or the duration of any layover I would have if I took another airline. Apparently this is an ongoing issue for people around the country according to my google results. F*** you allegiant I am also unable to buy a ticket and been on hold for three hours.

Allegiant cancelled my return flight. Because i have a car rental, they demand that I speak to a “dedicated “ Rep vs rectifying problem online. I have now been on hold for 2hours on first day, and another hour, so far today! Cannot access a human! Horrendous customer service!

BEWARE!!!! IT LOOKS LIKE ALLEGIANT AIR IS CATCHING UP WITH LOSS REVENUE BY....OFFERING CHEAP AND DISCOUNTED FARE AND START CANCELLING FLIGHTS BIG TIME...THEN ALL COMMUNICATIONS PHONE, CHAT, EMAIL OR EVEN PHYSICAL OFFICE IS SHUT OFF AND NO ONE CAN GET ANY INFORMATION UNTIL YOU OR THEY CANCEL WHATEVER REMAINING FLIGHTS. YOU GET CREDIT MINUS THE FEE, CHARGES AND FORFEIT THE WHOLE RESERVATIONS...SO THEIR MAKING MONEY WITH ALL PLANES ON THE GROUND...

Why can I not see past flights anymore? This is ridiculous. I have a charge on my account that I am not sure is mine (I fly a lot and had a serious issue with allegiant staff at the gate). Does anyone know how to find past flights? I won't even attempt to try to get in touch with someone to ask, it is busy 90% of the time and the other 10% is no less than a 2 hour wait. Chat is never available.

I've been trying to book a flight on Alligent Air the past two days. I've tried at my office using my work computer and at home, nothing. I've never had a problem booking a flight on Alligent before but this time very frustrating and cannot get anyone on the phone or to answer questions through their chat.

Jeffrey : Aligient air would not accept the legal name on my drivers license. My ticket is booked under Jeff. I cant reach customer service and I cant do a name change. I can cancel and rebook which will result in the same problem. Their site says Jeffrey is an invalid name. I have emailed and the message back said this has to be investigated now. Can I get through TSA with the name Jeff on my ticket and Jeffrey on my drivers license. A domestic flight. I have seen other sites not allow a trailing "space" at the end. Did you try making sure there are no spaces after your last letter?

Guest : Anyone having problems changing an existing flight on Allegiant? Every time I try to change the date, at the end it says flight amount has changed please try again. It takes me all of 30 seconds to do it so there's no way the flight dollar has changed. I have tried safari, chrome, app, etc. Any advice?

I've been trying to book a flight for over a month. I've spent over 4 hours on hold with customer service, I've downloaded, deleted, and re-downloaded the App multiple times on multiple devices. I've updated my profile with different credit cards and spent about 8 hours or more just trying to get my flights booked. Today I was finally able to book my flights, thanks to the comments below. I booked one segment at a time and manually entered my credit card information (although the same credit card was saved to my profile). For those of you still having issues, I hope this works for you too.

I've been trying for 2 days. I read the suggestions for fixing and it worked for me. I used the App, round trip worked for me, did not use saved CC, but put in new credit card. Finally got trip booked!

I cannot book flights because I get an error at the point where I try to use a credit card to pay. I have had other family members located in other cities to try with the same result! I cannot believe this airline is having difficulties taking our money. Calling is out of the question as their call centers are so busy it would take hours.

allegiant is THE WORST! I've been trying to book for two days! I have a credit voucher for over $1000 but it will not take it. Today i have been on hold with their call center for nearly 4 hours!!!

Book your flights separately, don’t book a round a trip. Susan : Solution: Use the App. I was able to purchase one way using laptop on Allegiant but NOT the return trip (was a separate ticket due to multi-city). Tried a number of times; got same error on payment as others' did. Installed the app and was able to get payment through. Guest : I’m getting so frustrated!!!!! I keep trying to enter different visa and Amex cards in online site and says after I get purchase trip … crickets … just ERrOR!!!! I can’t get thru by phone either. This is just terrible!

Hello All, I’ve been trying book for weeks with the same issues everyone else has been having. I was FINALLY able to book today but I had to book to separate trips. If you’re still having trouble, try to book your destination flight first and then go back in and book your return flight separately. This worked without any issues.

Thanks to a previous post I tried what they said to do and it worked! I have an Allegiant CC and have points but have NEVER been able to use them, I always received the same message, “an unexpected error occurred…”. Several attempts at calling and writing to Allegiant with no success. I couldn’t book my flight through my Allegiant Ap. Had to go to www.Allegiantair.com to book then go to my Ap and “Add trip”. So frustrating!! However, thanks to a post on this site from another frustrated flyer, I was able to book and use my points!! Do this… If you have your Allegiant CC saved on your profile delete it and enter it when making your reservation each time! That simple! I’m hoping my next booking this stays true and also hoping this helps another frustrated Allegiant customer! If only Allegiant would read this and post on their website.

Yes! Do this!! I have been trying to pick a seat and pay for it for 2 days (previously purchased my ticket but hadn’t purchased a seat yet as didn’t know if I wanted to spend the extra money), and I did what was recommended here, NOT use my saved credit card just put in my credit card as a “New” card even though it was the exact same card and it worked immediately. No error! And for anyone that hasn’t ever flown Allegiant before, unless you are 5 feet tall and weigh 100 pounds, buy an extra leg room seat if available. For reference: I’m a 5ft 9in 150 pound woman and I feel incredibly crowded in their normal seats. Allegiant may have cheap tickets, but you definitely get what you pay for. 2-23-2022. It is unacceptable that your app for check in and travel changes doesn’t work and then threatens that you can’t make any changes after you continue with checking online at the terminal.Error 1503R will cause you to lose customers, get your IT in order, please.

LETS GO FLIGHT ATTENDANTS! faa rules were changed to include punishment to anyone who "doesn't follow crew members instructions", including removal from flights. so if your stewardess is a *libtard*, and you're wearing a "lets go brandon" mask, they kick you off a flight for "not adhering to crew members instructions". "instruction": "you cant wear a let's go brandon mask!" customer: "it's my 1st amendment right!"
