I had all these same problems. Got to payment page and it wouldn’t go through. I did as others have said: only booked the flight. Did not select seat, bags, hotel or anything else and finally it let me actually book the flight. It appears this has been happening for a while so I hope Allegiant gets this taken care of cause it is super frustrating. Currently been on hold for 22 minutes so I’m not hopeful of getting to talk to someone to tell them there’s a problem, but at least I got my flight booked.

I’m checking in for my flight tomorrow 5/21/2023 and when I try to add a checked bag it keeps saying “Error” Unable to update flights. I’ve used my iPhone and iPad and they both said this!! This is Flight 1356 Conf# CNRVTC. If it continues not to work I don’t want to be charged the higher rate at the gate.

Tried to book for one hour last night and now again this a.m. I used two different search engines and three different credit cards and kept getting a message that the address on the credit card was wrong. It wasn't. I finally called and got a rep after 45 minutes....who was aware of the problem and then hung up on me.

The Allegiant website is not accepting credit card payments. Their customer service telephone number is backed up and you can't get through.

The only thing that worked for me to check out was logging out. Nothign else worked, and I couyldn't reach anyone when I called.

I have tried to book a flight for 2 days and when putting payment in it goes white for about 40 seconds then right back to the payment page! This is very frustrating!

Guest : Booked flight ONLY. Did not pick seats, did not select carry on or checked luggage and my payment went through. I then went back into the app, clicked manage my trip and selected seats and carry on. Hope it works for you too! Same process worked for me too

From the suggestions here: - Closed all browsers - brought up Chrome - Cleared cookies and browsing history - Booked a flight on Allegiant - Did not accept the Cookies popup - Used different confirmation email - Did NOT log into Allegiant - Entered in all Credit Card Info Once the transaction went through, I then logged in using my account, then in the Trips section, added the new purchase by entering in my confirmation number Done!!!

I've tried for days to book a trip on the website. When I get to the payment , the website becomes unresponsive. I've tried 3 different browsers on 2 different computers and got the same results. Why is the website not working?

Every time I try to add a hotel to my Allegiant flight, it either tells me that couldn’t load travelers or it accepts the hotel choice, but doesn’t add it to the booking. The total price is still only the airfare. Any suggestions? I tried clearing my browser and closing all of the pages I had open. I am using a newer IPad Pro.

What a terrible experience. Beware when booking. Good luck in finding help with anything. Try calling 3+ hour wait try using chat with someone. They tell you that the chat is down. Gate agents not very friendly. You can tell they are tired of hearing all the complaints from customers. * show. Then when you get to your destination you wait 1hr for luggage. I thought Spirit Airlines was terrible. This is 10X worst. Never again. Never

Guest : I've tried booking a flight online with Allegiant, but when I go go pay, it keeps going to confirmation email, and I can't book. I've had this same problem for 2 weeks. I've had it with allegiant. Now I called them and it's a 3 hour wait. I'm done with Allegiant. I said that 3 years ago and decided to never fly with them again for this very reason, then I got soft and fell for a good deal. I even got the trip flex but had to change and they took $400 of mine and gave me a voucher that had to all be used in less than a year.

Guest : After multiple attempts, different credit cards, different browsers, and app on my phone vs. website on laptop, I finally landed on this discussion thread and did exactly as others have indicated...changed my confirmation email address (thank goodness I have 2!). I’ve been trying to buy via Safari, Chrome, Edge, a desktop, and the app. Always a blank screen on the browser or unexplained error on the app. Changing my email address didn’t work but I called the number that others are listing and 10 minutes later our tickets were booked with no booking fee. Monica was the agent I spoke with and she was so kind! She suggested clearing browser cache and cookies next time I try to book online but didn’t know why the app wasn’t working. As someone else said, I hope their planes work better than their website!! What is the telephone number that was used??

Hello all, maybe this is the best page to put out a note of advice. Our travel plans were cancelled this year. The flight was cancelled 24 hours in advance with no specific reasoning given. I am now seeing that on my travel day, there were several other airlines that landed at my destination after my landing time. This is frustrating because allegiant is the only airline that cancelled at this airport.

Guest : System still is messed up and have tried different confirmation email. Any other suggestions? I was told by agent to NOT log into your account. Book Flight. Then sign into account & add your confirmation number to trips.

Just go in to your browser settings and clear all browsing history, including your cookies. It worked for me after clearing the cache.
