who pays for allegiant air to cancel flight. I received a text to claim $300 for cancellation and can't find who it was

Did you go through a third party for your tickets if so you most call them to get your seats reserved Guest : Guest : i have been trying to book 3 seats for a flight on 4/29 and for 6 differant days it will let me go as far as paying for the flights, but every time i get to that point it says an error has occurred and won't let me book them, And now of course the prices have increased. Is this a ploy to make us pay more????

I have tried contacting Allegiant to cancel my ticket for 5 days and then got the Allegiant phone number 1-888-589-1015 to cancel, change and rebook flights. Thanks

I accidentally put the wrong last name on a ticket. We have been put on hold for a total of 10 hours! They make it impossible to speak to anyone! I now have to drive to the airport on a day thta Allegiant flies to get this corrected. This is the WORST customer service I hav ever encountered. They suck!

I have been desperately trying to get tickets to Vegas to visit a family friend but I can’t get through without “something really odd just happened” or something like that. EVERYTIME I call customer support during their “off-peak” hours it says my estimated wait time is 2 hours. It’s impossible to book online so I have to physically go to the airport when there’s a ticket seller and talk to her. Why do you guys always have “User Busy” for your phone lines too? I’ve been using Allegiant for years now with no problems but this is just ridiculous.

Ben : I just wanted to get my horrible experience out there to everyone so they can watch out for this woman when flying with allegiant. Long story short is on a flight yesterday there was an extremely rude flight attendant. I witnessed her belittling customers and threatening them before the flight event it off the ground. I just put my headphones in and watched a movie with my girlfriend until my encounter with her. I was trying to finish my water as the flight attendants were collecting trash. This was right before descent and between sips one particular flight attendant ordered me to put my mask up. Mind you I was obviously drinking my water because I was holding the cup in the air inches away from my face. I told her that I was in between sips and she again ordered me to put my mask over my face. (I took another sip quickly) after the sip I asked out of curiosity how long between sips I had before I had to bring the mask back up over my nose and mouth (mask was just pulled down under my bottom lip). I took one more sip, pulled my mask back up, and handed her my empty cup and she then instructed me to give her my license. This whole incident lasted about 20 seconds. While I started looking through my bag I asked her why she needed my license and she responded again “sir you need to give me your license”. I gave her my license and she came back about 5 min later with a piece of paper that said I was violating Title 14 of the code of federal regulations! The list of reasons for this are: 1-threatening, intimidating, or interfering with a crewmember 2-smoking 3-drinking alcohol not served by a crewmember 4-providing alcohol to a minor 5-failure to fasten your seatbelt I did nothing wrong and most certainly did not do any of the listed things on the paper. The flight attendants name is “Ange”. A redhead girl. (No offense to redheads, I just wanted people to be able to identify her). The flight was from Nashville to st Pete. At the bottom of the paper it says that an incident report will be made to the FAA and I can be fined up to $25,000 and 20 years of prison!! This is the most rediculous thing that has ever happened to me. After the flight when waiting at baggage claim I had multiple people come up to me and tell me that they would be filing complaints. A couple of them gave me their numbers which made me feel a little better. I have contacted the president , ceo, coo, allegiant complaints department, allegiant via Facebook, and the FAA themselves about this matter. What this woman is doing to people is unacceptable and needs to stop ASAP!

Guest : If the carry on luggage is 1 inch bigger is that ok. I bought a 20" suitcase with a 20 inch tag and said used for carryon but actual dimensions say 23 inches.

Guest : Hello, I am flying in less than a week on allegiant and noticed that there was a chance for some thunderstorms that day at both airports. Will allegiant usually cancel flights for simple thunderstorms? Should I plan a different mode of travel?

Steve : Allegiant is ignoring my emails on this question but I'm looking for some kind of explanation. I know Allegiant is a domestic airline but I have seen one flight tracked on Flightradar24.com originating in Clearwater/St Pete (PIE) and landing in San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO). Also, while driving out of the San Jose airport 2 weeks ago, I saw an Allegiant plane parked on the apron. Does anyone know if Allegiant is testing an international route or in the International charter business? I make frequent trips to CR and would love it if I could fly out of Clearwater instead of Orlando or Fort Lauderdale.

Has anyone had any issues travelling with a pet? My pet carrier is one inch higher than the requirement on their website. I can't find pet carriers that small.

If I book a exit row seat will they give me a hard time about having to put my purse in a overhead bin? It will be a small purse but I don't like the idea of it in the overhead with cash and credit cards in it

I have tried to make Allegiant reservations 4 times - using 2 different computers and 2 different credit cards. I keep receiving an error that states "Something really odd just happened...." I cannot find a telephone number for Allegiant CS.
