Trying to change my flex flight date. Allegiant website will not let me do it. The dedicated line for card holders is a joke, they told me I am already waiting for a call back on their regular cue. These ppl are only concerned about you having their credit card. Left my phone over 3 hrs ago for a call back. Beyond the pale

How can I book a flight if it won't accept my credit card? I tried on line and on the app, both is giving me the same response. I've tried a few different cards, all the same.
I just went through the same mess with Allegiant not accepting my credit card. I called customer service, 1-702-505-8888, waited 45 mins for a customer service rep. He was very nice and understanding and we had to book the entire reservation over again. The payment went through no issues. Hope this helps.

I’ve been trying for over a week to buy tickets, have tried from the app on my phone, my iPad and 2 separate computers, have used different cards and it always gives the same message. Tried calling, was told to “call my bank”. I called my bank and they said no issues. What is happening!?
I have not been able to book an allegiant flight either! tried mulitple cards, I have flown them several times and never had this before. I had a friend book it with her allegiant master card, still wouldn't work. I finally called, waited 25 minutes, agent tried to run it through, put me on hold for 30 minutes and never came back to me.

I checked w my Credit Card company and there are no problems on there end. What is going on at Allegiant??? I been trying to use the portal on site and in the app since Friday morning. Over 24 hours. Different credit cards. Doesn't work for me. Same issue I need to get this booked. Have reached out on Facebook and Twitter with no response. I emailed. No response. I called customer service, no answer. Complete lack of transparency on their behalf.

Anyone else having issues receiving their points after traveling? My family and I purchased 4 tickets and a rental car through Allegiant ($$$$), and I still haven't gotten my points. Copied directly from Allegiant website: Points are available for use 72 hours after travel on Allegiant It's been well over 72 hours...anyone else have this issue? I've sent messages, but so far nothing. I guess I'll call and wait on hold tomorrow.

App hasn’t allowed me to add a bag to my upcoming trip. Been trying for a month now and flight is this weekend. Please make it so we can update/manage through the app since the website won’t let us either. I’ll be calling today.

I booked a flight with allegiant and bought the top package but was never offered “trip flex” came to find out I purchased a ticket for 915 pm instead of am had to cancel my original ticket and purchase new ones without trip flex yet I was never offered it BS airlines flew it twice have had problems twice

If you are using a VPN, you have to turn it off before you can get connected to Allegiant website or its app. The website or app won’t work unless your VPN is turned off. After booking your flight, remember to turn your VPN back on. You’ll have to do this every time you go to Allegiant’s website or app.
Hello, I gave Allegiant 2 stars because while we were trying to board the plane to Florida feom memphis ..one of the little girls that was standing at the gate decided she wanted to flirt with my husband in my face, about 2 weeks ago, Light skinned skinny girl with long braids. She had the audacity to make him stand to side and thought I was going to go to the plane so he can cash app her some money 💰 for our bags. I stood there the hold time watching him and her * like a hawk..I was about to pimp slap both of them. Then on the way back the workers stole some of our items from our bags and they didn't even try to take a report either 🙃. This was a case of you get what you pay for....the flight attendance was very nice though I really appreciated them being patient with everyone 🙏

When I am trying to purchase my ticket online it gives a price for checked bag as 50% off at time of booking but does not show that price when finalizing the purchase.
Manage travel connection doesn’t work. I left my number at the customer service line 5x (wait time longer than 15 minutes). No call back. I need to change return flight date. No luck. I’ve been trying for two weeks. Managed to get one callback. They called to tell me their computers were down and they couldn’t make changes😩

Cannot check in my grandson for flight (conf#N3UG2C); keeps saying "oops, error occurred, try again", Had same issue for days booking flight in first place, while cost kept climbing to $100 more than first time.very frustrated, on hold by phone for 2 hours.
I have been unable to check in for my flight leaving in less than 24 hours on both the app and on the online browser. There is no possible way for me to check in as it bounces me out or tells me it cannot find my flight info. I received the time to check in email so I am utterly confused and frustrated beyond belief.
I have tried everyday on multiple devices for two weeks to change the departing flight date of my flex ticket. No luck. The error messages vary but always end with "your flights cannot be updated". I even went to the airport only to be told by an allegiant agent that they will not and cannot help me because they were checking in a flight and they do not work when there is no flight to check in--so don't bother going to the airport. So annoying. Customer service is just a very long * tunnel of being on hold.

Payment does not successful complete. I called my credit card company…tried multiple cards..no issue in the banks end. The bank verified it is a website issue. I see many many ppl have complained..,so when is this getting fixed?? Ridiculous 🤦🏻♀

I have been trying to change the dates of our flights for 4 days now. I have tried everything with no luck. I tried calling customer service several times each day and was on hold for over 4 hours each time before having to give up. I tried chatting, but they are not accepting chats at this time. The website will not work. I tried emailing as well, but have received no response other than the autogenerated response that indicates they received my message and a representative will contact me "shortly". It is so frustrating!
What the hell? I am having the same exact issue. What's particularly strange is that I am attempting to book flights for my mother and I, while my friends who are joining us on the same itinerary had no issue booking their tickets from their house. Makes no sense. Only thing I can think of is some issue with AMEX? I know my mom's CC is fine but perhaps it's some issue with AMEX specifically? My friends used their Visa.
Four days I’ve been trying to pay for a trip – Allegent rejects my payment. Checked with MC-no problem on their end, they approve payment than allegiant rejects it. after long hold times two agents have tried, same thing happened. Asked to talk to a supervisor, then I was disconnected. Does allegiant even look at these comments?!

I called Allegiant to change dates and to correct package I choose. He said he fixed it but sent a revised itineary which is totally wrong. I did get trip flex and my flight is not for 2 more months. HELP

What is going on with the app and with the website?After over an hour on hold 9/19 I got through to customer service. I was told the systems are being updated and my confirmation number is no longer correct. They emailed me a new confirmation number and I was able to use it to change my flight dates on the website. I thought everything was fine until I tried to print and email the itinerary to family. The system would not print and the email sent shows the previous dates. I don't know if I'm booked or not. Website reads one thing and email (sent email to myself to verify) reads something else. There has to be some very unhappy people out there. Fortunately my trip is two month away and I have time to work through this mess. Good luck.

I think someone posing as an Allegiant rep is trying to scam me. I had sent them a message through Facebook with all the problems I recently had with my last trip and after a week I start getting these messages that I will be compensated for all the trouble I had. First, they wanted my DOB,; i didn't mind that and the name on the reservation. Fine. Then they wanted a copy of my credit card front and back for verification. I don't think so!! My husband's flight was canceled last year at the last minute and we were compensated but I didn't have to give them DOB or credit card. I'm blocking this individual so they will stop harassing me, hopefully. They have even relentless the last 24 hours. Now they say my card will be frozen for 3 days. Yeah, I don't think so.
