ReplyAfter multiple attempts, different credit cards, different browsers, and app on my phone vs. website on laptop, I finally landed on this discussion thread and did exactly as others have indicated...changed my confirmation email address (thank goodness I have 2!). That worked!!
System still is messed up and have tried different confirmation email. Any other suggestions?

I've tried opening a new account, multiple cards, updating the email where confirmation is sent etc., and nothing . I've now been on hold with Allegiant for an hour and a half! Any other tips?? I am having this same issue. I’ve tried multiple cards, emails, browsers, WiFi, data, cell, computer, and the app. Absolutely nothing works, and the hold time is >30 minutes with a warning of a booking fee when you call.

I sent an email to Allegiant because this is clearly a known issue with their payment system based on the posts to this forum. We’ll see if they are able to resolve it. I’ve been trying to buy via Safari, Chrome, Edge, a desktop, and the app. Always a blank screen on the browser or unexplained error on the app. Changing my email address didn’t work but I called the number that others are listing and 10 minutes later our tickets were booked with no booking fee. Monica was the agent I spoke with and she was so kind! She suggested clearing browser cache and cookies next time I try to book online but didn’t know why the app wasn’t working. As someone else said, I hope their planes work better than their website!! What is the telephone number that was used??

Someone on this site said to change the email address of where you want receipt and conf. number to go. I inserted my son's email and it went right threw! After hours of trying I was ready to flip but it worked and accepted payment. Then a pop-up appears and asks who you wanted it shared with so I shared to MY email and that too worked! Give it a try!
Every time i try and book, Allegiant freezes and sets me back to previous screen after 5 minutes.

I could not get past the payment screen, unresponsive. I called. Agent made me feel like I was doing something wrong. She then attempted to book as an outsider. It did not work for her either! She was able to screen shot and send to IT. She then booked without the fee normally charged for doing over the phone. She turned out to be very kind.
Same problem as many - system would error out when I tried to pay for ticket, telling me to check credit card and/or use another one. Tried dozens of times, check and rechecking my info looking for a typo. System never attempted to charge my card so I suspected the issue was on Allegiant's end. So... I changed the email address being used as some here suggested and voila, transaction went through with the same credit card that the system was previously telling me wouldn't work.

If you're having trouble with online booking, enter the information yourself instead of clicking on the automatic entries that pop up.

I now need to change my seats though and am unable to pay the seven dollars that they want to change my seats because it again will not accept my payment. I have a question which I never thought I’d need to worry about. Flew from ABE on 7/29 to Sanford, FL. While flying - felt hypoxia symptoms. Headache, lots of burping, light headed feelings. My 8 & 12 yr old felt the same. Didn’t understand at the time if it was us or not. Mid flight; passenger sitting middle seat across the aisle and next to my sister who was sitting in the aisle passed out and was uncontrollably vomiting everywhere. I put my son in my seat and stood up to let my sister cross over and sit with us. The attendants were clueless and barely helpful to the victim. They didn’t try to clean the area well, kept asking us if we were her sisters and tried to hand us her ID several times. My 8 year old was most definitely traumatized and my son was afraid we were going to die. They did nothing to compensate my sister for being puked on outside of moving her seat for obvious reasons and offered her a SINGLE drink (seriously?). They didn’t do anything for us either despite me standing for 30+ minutes during the flight. They didn’t ask us any questions, no apologies, nothing about if we were having symptoms, etc. they treated this as solely isolated and felt no need to help others involved. 1. Do I contact them about all of our symptoms? 2. Do I call them out for possible improper cabin pressurization? 3. Do I complain about my sister being puked on and them doing nothing about it!? I didn’t make contacts yet as we went down Bc my mother is dying of cancer so this was clearly on the back burner till I got back home. No judgements. Just advice please.

Susan : My flight leaves in the morning. I checked in using the email link to the app. I went to the app to see our boarding passes and the error message said one of more of us need to see an agent. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now my information is no where to be found. Reaching an agent is impossible

This was at the bottom of the page after you enter your payment info... I changed it to another email address of mine and it finally took my payment and booked my flight! hope this works for you as well!
Maybe a Clue : 30 days of the same aggravation as everyone else here with their website not finalizing payments, I finally was able to break the curse, after several hours on hold, I got a clue from a supervisor who found a "glitch" related to the default e-mail on file shown on my profile. I simply changed that e-mail to an alternate and was able to book flights as normal !!! As a test I put in original e-mail address & problem returned. I'm not sure what type of "glitch" flagged the original e-mail as "incorrect info" and they couldn't tell me, but hopefully they pay attention to the forums for clues on fixing it finally. This worked for me! thank you so much for this info!

Guest : None of my payment methods go through on allegiant ticket purchases. If my hubby uses same cards and purchases from his PC no problem. Just me and my gadgets won't work. Does anyone know why? Just had this issue, locking out 2 CC in the meantime. Allegiant Air problem, like said below. Email issue related to your account. I started a new account with different email. Worked first try.
