Been trying for a week to book tickets. I'm travelling in the US right now for work but trying to plan for a family trip when I get home to PJ. Always stops at the credit card verification stage with some message about not being able to reach maybank or something like that. Pretty unbelievable for something so simple like online payment to be so difficult in 2023. If Malindo can't get simple things right, can I trust you with running an airline right?
