Have same terrible experience with Ettihad airlines when i lost my bags since 6 June and no feedback so far in my way to cairo from sydney through abu dhabi!!! No one answers the phone in abu dhabi and cairo office reply is always no update!!! File is opened number CAIEY30029.. In the case where luggage has been missing or lost the last carrier flown would need to start the investigation process for you. Hi, It has been more than 3 weeks still I am about to hear the whereabouts of my missing luggage. I booked the ticket in Etihad. But you are asking me to check and coordinate with AER LINGUS. This incident has ruined most of my vacation. I am here in USA for vacation. How do you expect me to spend my vacation without clothes and other accessories. I have provided most of the information to find / Trace my missing luggage with the photograph. But still you guys are searching for it. I am not getting any update from any of the airlines (Etihad / Aer Lingus). Everything in the luggage is brand new items including the suitcase. As it has been more than 3 weeks time I can see that my luggage is lost. I have not received any compensation for the delay. Also, I have some important files in it.

Etihad is a pathetic and shabby airlines who do know how to even deliver checked-in baggage fr om one airport to another airport and their baggage tracking is so useless that it cannot even tell passengers where the missing baggage may be held up. Other airlines also misplace baggage but can at least tell you wh ere the baggage got missed : not put on plane, etc, but NOT Etihad. Please stop calling your self an international airlines !!!!!

This is Jessy Jaison PNR- MOKVQX- ETKT 6072129013165 traveled with Etihad Airways LEX-ORD-AUH-COK on 30th & 31st May 2016. Flights were AA3621, EY 150 and EY 282. I had two check-in baggage of which one arrived safe to Kochi (COK), my destination. The other one that went missing, a black trolley bag, had all my most important professional documents and books. I request your immediate assistance to get this back to me. The number on the counterfoil of the tag indicates of some mistake in traveller’s name and the route. Would you kindly examine what went wrong and find ways to help me in this crisis. The number on the missing baggage is AA175451. A formal Etihad Property Irregularity Report (PIR) has been placed at Kochi International Airport on my arrival on 31st May. I trust in Etihad’s services and hope I will hear from you soon.

RECORD locator for EY: TYKNPU. My trip to Nairobi is almost over anf for 7 days the mishandled baggage not handed over to me. Is the passenger supposed to remain at the airport for few days ina foreign country for get his bag collected? That is what Etihad at Nairobi expects.

I had a transit flight from Beirut to abudabi to Kuala Lumpur as I reached KLIA Malaysia and it's my first time here too a lady was holding my name and they told me the luggage is it in Kuala Lumpur. So know I been trying to reach lost and found services here in malayisa but couldn't reach to a solution can the Eithad airlines help me with this or pas me a number to contact and update me

With regret we are unable to access the PIR codes for American. We understand you may be disappointed with this response, however we must advise you as best we can, we hope American get back to you soon to help *Gill Gowthami : 72 hours and still no trace of my bag. I have to agree with others saying the staff is not at all organized. Booked my ticket through Etihad. Travelled from Hyderabad, India to Nashville, USA on 29 May 2016 by EY275, EY161, AA2501. One of my bag went missing (Tag: EY388964). Lodged a complaint with American airlines( file No. BNAAA00826519: their partner who handled the last leg of travel), 72 hours later, they say they still have no response from Etihad. Called Etihad baggage dept, Dallas multiple times, they hear everything and forward to some teller machine, which just records a message and disconnects. We are stuck with no trace of our bag, and not even an update. Travelled with Etihad in the past, was a fine airline. This time its a very disappointing experience. Please respond soon, we badly need the items from that bag. Dont loose customers because of negligence.

Iwe were so uncomfortable the whole journey, headrests did not go back or armrests would not go up either. Sitting upright in an uncomfortable seat for such a long time really spoilt our experience of flying with Etihad. Would never do this again, we expected to be comfortable with extra leg room, was it worth all that money no. Was very disspointed with Etihad as our flights were great and staff were wonderful no complaints there. Flying for 23 hrs in an upright position I can say was a terrible way to travel. Spoilt our holiday.

Dear Khushbu, Please accept our apologies regarding this experience, can we ask do you have a case reference number you can send to us, we will be happy to review this and get this over to our team for you. *Gill Khushbu : Etihad is the really worst flight I must say.i travelled from Bangalore to London on 6th march 2016 and service lady at etihad counter put wrong tag on my two bags because of this I lost my bags.i filed on complain against it with reference number Lhrey10726 .they really made us cry like any thing bcoz I had kept all my 18 months baby stuff and so many medical documents in that.we reached london without my baby cloths and shoes.after this also they dint update us any thing till 20days.and we were calling them around 50times a day but no response. I wrote 200 mails then finally they started compensation process and gave the money which is around 20% of what we claimed.after that they have clearly said that we have declared your bag as lost bags we are not working on it.

I travelled from Omaha (OMA) to Chennai (MAA) on 05/25/2016 via flights EY3525 operated by American Airlines AA3529 to Chicago. From Chicago (ORD) traveled to Chennai (MAA) via Abu Dhabi with Flights EY150 and EY270. Upon reaching Chennai, I found one luggage is missing. I reported at Chennai Airport and filed PIR report. It has been 3 days now. Every time customer service says, they are tracing the baggage and nothing happened. Could you please find quickly and I am in bad need of the contents in the bag. Luggage tag # AA097871.

Im Gener Malveda i fly last 22 May 2016 at Etihad airways from Rio de Janeiro to Manila with connecting flights to sao paolo and abu dhabi. One baggage was lost and until now the baggage claim department in manila always tell thr same status. "Under tracing". Anyone please help me to find other ways to find my baggage. I also ask for my file reference number but when i send it to the etihad website it says error.

Thank you. *Ela Nazma Rahman : THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I TRAVELLED WITH ETIHAD AIRWAYS AND WILL BE MY LAST TIME. BY FAR THE WORST AIRLINE WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE. I am from the UK and travelled to Dhaka on the 3rd April 2016 and my return flight was on 14th July 2016 which arrived at Manchester on 15th July 2016.. I had 8 baggage in total and 2 were missing. Filed a missing report at the Manchester Airport counter. One luggage was found and delivered the next day. However, one luggage is still missing. I had really valuable items in that luggage together with memorable items. All 4 of my kids expensive clothing, mine and husbands clothing. Jewellery worth £250, expensive wedding outfits we bought for my brother in laws wedding which we attended in Dhaka also a smartphone which was gifted by my brother in law for organising his wedding. plus many many more items. I have claimed for lost luggage. I have called manchester airport etihad office and have no reply and no news of my claim. They tell me to send them an email and I don't get any reply whatsoever!!! its been over a month and im really really frustrated as there is no means to contact them and there is no one available to tell me what's happening with my claim. Also have high phone bills with all the calls I'm making. never had any problems travelling with any other airlines. Qatar Airways the best airline around. Hello, did you receive your luggage by now? Let us know, we are willing to assist. *Ela Guest : Etihad is the most disorganized airlines of the UAE. I travelled from Nairobi to Islamabad . At Nairobi, the electronic systems were not working and so everything was done manually including boarding pass and laggage tag. There was one hour delay in Nairobi while already inside the flight.this was never communicated with the Abu Dhabi office and so the next flight was a mess . There was no planning and passages were confused as there was no enough time and there was no one to support . My bag never arrived in Islamabad and I am sure it was just poor coordination and communication .

I traveled to India on 29 April 2016 on EY0160, EY0272, EY0281, EY0101, and EY8266. My baggage claim was 0607 EY243726 and 0607 EY243725. I came back to USA on 13 May 2016. I would like to get my file reference number as soon as possible. I look forward for your reply. Thank you.
