Hi I flew from Manchester to Riyadh, via Abu Dhabi yesterday. Unfortunately non of my luggage turned up. It was left in Abu Dhabi. There are 6 pieces of large luggage and a baby stroller that didn't arrive. One of the codes is 0607EY624407. Please can you locate asap. When I got in touch with the Riyadh airport team that told me it would arrive today but unfortunately nothing has arrived. Regards Zubair

Dear Sulistiawati, We're sorry to hear of this recent experience with us, may we ask you send us your PIR reference number we will check this with our tea and request an update. *Gill Sulistiawati : On Sept 9, 2016 09:35, my husband and me flew from Prague to Jakarta. On Sept 10, 2016 15:00 we arrived in Jakarta, and we did not receive our 2 checked-in baggage. Etihad staff in Jakarta airport filled in the mishandled report for us, but informed us that passenger with Indonesian Passport would NOT receive AN Y compensation, for the reason that Indonesian pasport holder would have home in Indonesia, therefore they would have "clothes" to wear even if we had not received their baggage. We have the official report, and until Sept 11, 2016 one of our baggage is still missing. ETIHAD OFFICER, is it TRUE that you have such a official regulation, or was it actually a fraud from the Etihad staff in Jakarta airport? I am really disappointed with this NO compensation rule.

I asked at the check-in counter a total of three times if my luggage would go all the way to Tehran but, upon arriving in Tehran, both mine and my wifes luggage did not appear and we were informed it might have been lost. We had to wait over 48 hours to get our luggage back and this caused a major delay in our travels as we intended on leaving Tehran straight away but instead had to hang around waiting for our luggage. I have flown literally hundreds of times and this has never happened before; I am very surprised, and pretty disappointed, that Etihad let me down like this. I have heard nothing from you guys re compensation - what do you propose?

i traveled out of the state to Germany for a working project, when i got back home i discover that my wife attitude has charge, before i left for Germany she dont keep her phone beside her, she drop it anywhere without password but now she always keep her phone with her with password on it, it like she is hiding something from me or maybe she is cheating on me on phone. i was flying from Dhaka to Belfast with Etihad, and once i reached Belfast, i baggage wasnt there and file a missing baggage report, they found my baggage after 48hours. I am a student, and i was coming to belfast for my university, and all my cloths were in the baggage, and i had a meeting the next day, so i had to go spend the pocket money allowance to shop for cloths to attend the meeting. I want to claim compensation for the money i had to spend, how and who do i contact. i have all the supporting documents.

Hi Team, Thank you for your reply here, but seems your teams don't like to respond to email. I won't recommend anyone to fly with you. Worst experience ever. Etihad Airways : Hi Mark, Thank you for reaching out to us. We have informed our Baggage Team you are still waiting and asked them to get in touch with you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. *Sky Mark Zarifeh : It has been since 24 April that my mother-in-law travelled with Etihad and lost all her luggage (2 bags). We contacted everyone possible to get any result. The local team in Sydney was the worst, they hardly answer the phone, the team in Abu Dhabi was a little bit more helpful by giving some information to continue checking. Then when no bags were found, we submitted the claim and the baggage claims team does not answer email. No reply whether the claim has been processed, or its current status. I wonder how can an airline treating their clients in this way get all the international prizes and appreciation... It has been all this period and no compensation was offered even... I along with my wife and daughter were travelling from ISB(Islamabad) to JFK (Newyork) on 6th Sep on these flights. EY 234, EY 023 and EY 1622 (Operated by Air Berlin). We reached at JFK on 7 Sep but our checked baggage does not arrived. Mine and my wife's medicines are in the baggage. Those are prescribed medicines in baggage with we MUST talk every day. Secondly, we are visiting US only for 2 weeks, so if baggage will take time days to arrive our holiday will be ruined!. Moreover we had plan to travel to within US and already booked a local airline flight, but can't go without baggage! We are residing a bit far too, as airport is 4 hours drive. Will they will deliver baggage to home or not?

My luggage was lost when flying from Chicago to Colombo Sri Lanka. When I call the airline, they tell me to call the baggage services, when I call the baggage services, they tell me they have no information on my luggage. How is it possible to not know if the bag ever made it onto any of the flights? Why isn't there any compensation for my lost luggage? My complaint number is CMBEY23858

My sister traveled from Libya to India.She lost one of her luggage. YL072671 she traveled on 28th August 2016 and Reached in Chennai on 30th August 2016 early morning flight. she had 3 luggage and 2 of the luggage she received in Chennai and one luggage was missing, She made PIR there in your representative office. Whenever she called to your representative office, there is no proper response from their side. Her certificates and important documents very much needed at the moment to attend an interview. Please help.

Dear Etihad Airlines, I have been a loyal customer of Etihad Airlines over the years. I continue to fly your One World partners in India and Middle East. I recommended my sister to travel on your flight on 29/08/2016 EY 268 fr om Isthabul to Chennai (MAA). Seat 9D zone4 Gate 402. In exchange for this loyalty, Sh ewas treated very poorly on a recent flight to the Chennai. On August30, Unfortunately, the one bag she checked never made it to MAA. Repeated calls to your number revealed almost no information till mow as to my sister’s bag’s wh ereabouts. The agents do not even pick our phone to answer. She filed a PIR Kindly find her luggage at any cost for her educational certificates and documents were kept in the Luggage. Many thanks for your attention to this matter.

I havent received both my luggages and i dont have any clothes to wear.My classes arestarting on 5th september. My file reference no. is DUSEY15799.When i tracked it says "No Matching Files Found".Please reply when i will get my baggages. while searching please put file reference number as well as your last name in the place wh ere they ask. you should be able to trace your file. I also lost my luggage on 4 th september from abu dhabi to Chicago flight. I am still not getting any updates.

I travelled London to Kuala Lumpur on Etihad vide Abu Dhabi and one of my bags was lost. It has been more than 60 hours and still there is no sign of the bag.

I was travel from Muscat to Chennai via Abudabi on 26.08.2016 ,we did not receive one of the cotton box (baggage), we complaint immediately to Etihad local representatives , as per them it will be received by next or next day flights , but till now 01.09.2016 we did not receive our baggage , and the response from Etihad is very poor , they are not doing any follow up , we sent many mails and follow up but they not taking action My missed baggie no : 7607EY464920 Reference No :MAAEY19045 ETIHAD Providing very worst customer care who want safe there baggage pls avoid Etihad airways

Hamzah Nasser : My luggage delayed in Hong Kong Airport by Etihad Airways. I did the Delayed Baggage Report in the airport but they didn't informed me the PIR number. Now I am in China without the luggage and nobody can inform me how or when can track the luggage. I need a quick reply since I am in a business trip and clothes and business things were inside the baggage. The luggage ticket number is EY522039 of flight EY834 from Abu Dhabi to HK in Aug 28th (departure).. Good news !! I just received my luggage without damages or losses. Thanks for Etihad and HK Team.

On 12 july 2016 with ETKT 607212829486401 I flew OTP-AUH-SEZ. Etihad lost my baggage and did not have received anything. I am sure that my baggage is lost in Abu Dhabi, but no one answer there.
