Thanks for the reply, but the baggage claim officials at Hyderabad are not willing to take any complaint, they are saying that since i do not have any tag, they cannot take any complaint, so unfortunately i do not have any reference number Etihad Airways : Hi Rahul, did you file a delayed baggage report at the arrival airport? When I spoke to the Etihad at Washington DC, they said that unless we file a complaint at the final destination, no action would be taken legally and they cannot start the tracking process.I would like to know if the other two bags have been checked in or not at IAD. I regret the day I bought Etihad Airlines ticket. No one helps or talks abut compensation or insurance for my lost carry on. Abu Dhabi airport staff via email said, they will send the bag to Mumbai on 9 May but no one have emailed or called after that. Mumbai toll free number is just a call centre number who provides no service. My reference number is 5516 Unfortunate Etihad customer....

Your airline had been known for its exceptional services and high-caliber facilities. I would like to agree with that, however, my recent flight with you has expressed otherwise. I was flying from Paris De Gaulle with flight number EY38 last May 16, 2017 with a connecting flight to Abu Dhabi International Airport, going to Ninoy International Airport with flight number EY428. Upon arriving in Manila last May 17, 2017 at 11:45 in the evening, I went upon the usual airport routine until I came to get my luggage at the conveyor belt. I have waited for almost 30 -45 minutes, and there was no sign of my baggage. I went to the airport customer service to have me assisted with my missing belongings, and it was confirmed that my luggage had not been placed on board at the said flight (EY428). However, the personnel had assured me that it will be shipped to me as soon as possible as I was only staying for five days, but I was assisted to fill the 'Property Irregularity Report for Checked Baggage' and I was given 'Delayed Baggage File Reference' In the letter I have indicated an incident report (indicated above) and I have been advised to declare the contents of my bag, and the code combination as the Customs personnel would have to conduct a thorough check-up of my things. Inside my bag I have the following: • Clutch bag with cash inside (as I was advised that pick-pockets were rampant in Paris) so I had to secure it in my travelling bag. • Clothes • Chocolates • Wrist Watch • Mug I made several follow ups about the status of my luggage and I was told there that my baggage did not undergo customs opening/inspection. Now, I shouldn’t be writing a complain letter as I have received my baggage today, May 20, 2017. But upon receiving my things, while I was being asked to sign the delivery receipt form, upon checking, my luggage has been far more disorganized. It was a big mess inside. It shouldn’t be a big deal, but then again, I’ve lost ˆ1,000 CASH and a shirt. I am fully aware of the airline policy on not including valuables like cash inside check in luggage, but considering the fact that my luggage was opened and left unorganized, it is a clear indication that there was negligence and questionable interest as I lost other things aside from cash. I am writing this letter to REQUEST REIMBURSEMENT FOR MY LOSSES. Had it not been for the negligence of the staffs, I would be sparing myself time from writing this letter. I am insisting for assistance and settlement of this situation in the soonest possible time. I hope to hear from you immediately.

Somewhere between my flights from LAX to Abu Dhabi and from Abu Dhabi to Cairo by baggage was lost (red roller suit case). A passenger became ill and medics had to board the plan delaying the flight. We then had to catch a bus to the next flight and flew from Abu Dhabi to Cairo. I arrived in Cairo but my bags didn't. I now have to catch a flight to Dubai but haven't been able to find any help locating my bags. What number can I call to track my bags? I am extremely upset..I paid alot to travel Business Class Etihad. I arrived very early into Melbourne and was exhausted after a long flight, then waited endlessly for my case and only to find out it was LOST!!! OH NO!! I could hardly believe it. Not impressed. I have rung the misplaced baggage 3 times..the number to ring on the form ...No Answer every time left a messages each time but not once has msg been returned. Tried dif number someone answered but gave this same number to ring and wasnt at all helpful...I AM VERY WORRIED AND FRUSTRATED AS THE CASE HAS LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT IN IT AND NOW I WILL BE WITHOUT IT TONITE AND ITS VERY DANGEROUS TO SLEEP A NIGHT WITHOUT IT. I WILL SIT UP IN A CHAIR ALL NIGHT INSTEAD... I REALLY NEED TO SLEEP TONITE AS HAD Z TOTAL OF 2 NIGHTS IN BED SINCE I LEFT LAST SUNDAY. PLEASE HELP!! My travel from Bangalore(BLR) to Los Angeles (LAX) had the bag not come past Abu Dhabi. I was told I'd receive it today via FedEx but that hasn't yet happened. The number (US Local) given to me +1 310 417 7730 isn't being answered. What do I do? I'm a student here to attend a competitive exam and need my laptop at the minimum for my studies and I'll be moving from the hotel I'm currently in within a couple of days. This is very frustrating.

My checked in baggage at Bangalore, India did not arrive at San Francisco on April 15, 2017. I was informed at SFO that the baggage did not make it to my onward flight from Abu Dhabi #EY183. I was issued a Property Irregularity Report with no PIR number. I have been struggling to contact the phone number that the rep provided me at SFO baggage Information Desk (650) 821-2240 for over 48 hours. I have not received any updates other than a text message that a baggage similar to my claim has been located. This was a cabin baggage weighing less than 7 Kgs and at the airport gate in Bangalore I was not allowed to bring with me since this one bag was heavy for the cabin as declared by the cabin crew. Can a responsible person at Etihad respond to this?

Dear Sir/Madam, on my last flight from JFK to Abu Dhabi then connecting to Riyadh I lost two luggage. After four days waiting, and going back & forth to the airport, I received one bag. It has been two weeks now and I still don't have the other missing bag. When I try to contact Etihad, I was told to contact NAS airline not Etihad. I bought the ticket from Etihad for the flight I took with NAS Airline to Riyadh. I made several attempt contacting both NAS and Etihad agents at the airport but they seems to be giving up trying; I was told they sent multiple request to Abu Dhabi but no response from Etihad. I bought the ticket from Etihad and why doesn't Etihad truck my luggage and deliver it to me? The first leg flight I took with Etihad was from JFK to Abu Dhabi; JFK luggage record shows two bag forwarded to Abu Dhabi, but from Abu Dhabi to Riyadh my bags was not forwarded. It has been 8 days now and I still don't have the other missing luggage. When I try to contact Etihad, I was told to contact Nas Airline but not Etihad. I made several attempt several to contact Nas agents at the airport but they seams to be gave up trying; they told me they sent multiple request but no response in your end. I bought the ticket from Etihad and why doesn't Etihad truck my luggage and deliver it to me. The first leg flight I took was with Etihad; the flight was from JFK to Abu Dhabi then to Riyadh; hence, my bag should be somewhere in Abu Dhabi or JFK. Can you please help locating and send my bag. Some info: Flight Date: March 25, 2017, From JFK to ABU, Flight No XY 102, Departs 1515 Flight Date: March 26, 2017, From ABU to RUH, Flight No XY 220, Departs 1445 Kindly request your help. Hi! I had my baggage missing 2 days ago, March 26. I was given a PRI form, but i cant determine anywhere the file reference number so we cant track it online. I've been calling the number provided by your staff multiple times and even the airline hotline but no answer until now. This is causing so much inconvenience at our end. Hi Etihad Airways, I have been traveling from Shanghai to Amman, with a stop in Abu Dhabi. I didn't claim my baggage in Abu Dhabi and I left the airport to enter UAE as a change in my plans. Then two days later, I traveled back to Amman from UAE on another flight for another company. When I arrived Amman, I did not find my baggage their, because it seems it stayed in Abu Dhabi, because I didn't take the flight from Abu Dhabi to Amman. How can I track my baggage now? And how can I get it in Amman any time soon? Please advise on how to submit a claim? I have only the bag tag and I don't have the RIP file reference. Thanks.

My husband is travelling from Minneapolis USA to Bombay India via Dallas and Abu Dabhi. From the first flight(American Airlines) his baggage arrived late at Dallas and he had to catch connecting Abu Dabhi Flight. Now i want to track his baggage and neither American Airlines nor Etihad airlines is helping me with the tracking , instead asking me to wait till he reaches to final destination. I dont understand why no one is giving me correct information. I have been told that his baggage will reach to Bombay India via British Airways but i can not track it. He booked his tickets from Etihad Airways.

i am zakir a kolia. from india i have travelled with etihad airlines. from india to Jiddah via abu dhabi and from Jiddah to india via abu dhaabi. when i came back to india on 25th february 2017 8:10 in the morning by the flight of EY 212/ECONOMY/U . I looked for my baggages after immigration cleared in the rack i could not see my baggage i waited for half an hour but could not found my baggage on the running rack after that i asked staff about it and they kept me waited one more hour no one gave me proper answer about my baggage. it was in the morning i was already tired of jorney and the staff at the airport of etihad airlines was not able to give me proper answer about my query. and after 2 hours they brought one form and i filled it up. i received my baggages at my address after 2 days. basically i had to suffer too much be cause of airlines irrisponcibility , i had to * almost 3 hours behind all . so i would like to have some compansation. i am sending my bank details as following and i am also sending my tickets and baggage details too. I traveled from India to Cairo. When I reached Cairo I realised my bags were not there. I complained and wrote several emails but not a single email was responded to. I did receive my bags 12 hours later however I have not received a response to the emails. Three emails in particular to baggageclaims@etihad.ae

No one contacted me only Singapore airport staff did try to help They communicate saying their are an international best airline company but in reality Etihad Airways is the worse airline company i every seen before knowing that I travel a lot and had tried almost all the major airline companies Etihad Airways must be shame on how they treat their customers crispy company
