Hi, I made a holding booking with your airline but I did not receive a reservation confirmation..I took a photo of the booking and the number is "flight PNR:PSGKNN"....we now wish to pay for these air tickets...and you have taken my five Aus dollar deposit. Please help.

There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier . Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be given within 2-5 days by free staff. Malindo air, I have booked tickets well in advance from Chennai to Bali and back.recently due to changes made by airline I came to realise wrong order in name on tickets. I have intimated the concerned authorities. Kris : Susan Ng : To whom it may concern, I accidentally key in the wrong passport issuing country for check in details, and saved it How should i edit it? I also did the same thing! I able to do web check-in from KL to Jakarta but when i do the web check-in for my flight from Jakarta back to KL, it show error and don't allow me to check-in. You can pass check-in at the airport desk of the Malindo air 60-120 minutes prior to the time of the flight of your ticket

Hi. Ijust paid for ticket from Subang to Johor, the payment was via CIMB Clicks. The payment is successful and the amount was deducted from CIMB Clicks. but, the booking failed.. I did not received any booking confirmation/ itinerary from Malindo Air.. The flight is in another 6 hours......

double pay for buying 1 tiket flight from kota kinabalu to kuala lumpur.. first was about to processing payment but then gone like lost connection and no booking number given after the payment process.. then i try second and the second is successfull.. but when i check my card use to do the payment it double pay already..so i want 1 tiket to cancel the one that i dont get the booking number..please consider this matter.. the flight is on going 9hb december 2017
