Guest : Trying to add API to my booking but the drop down just says year and no way of entering. Its the same for date of birth as well. Can anyone help please?

Guest : Ryanair is saying my email is invalid yet they email my confirmation and reminder to check into this same email. Can't log in to check in and contact form is bouncing back as not working. Anyone else getting this prob? I´m having the same problem! I just sent an email about this problem.

Same issue RE the YEAR field - but for me it's when I'm looking to sign-up and enter my DOB. You click on the drop-down list and just -YEAR- appears.

I've contact live chat twice and both times I waited for what seemed like an eternity before Sombody answered me then cut me off after a short period and sent me a questionnaire regarding the service I received !!!, anyone else having this Problem and any suggestions on what to do ???? #frustrating....... Mark : Hi been trying to do online check in. It is fine for the two adults. But I can't seem to check in my kids. It won't allow me to put in their correct date of birth. Help Hi. Got the same problem. Don't know what to do... Did you have an answer? Anything?

I have been trying now for an hour to book a flight. My card keeps getting decIined. I have contacted my bank who assures me thee is nothing wrong their end. Can u please let me know if there is a problem with ur website

Both the Ryanair UK and French site will only let me book a return flight Poitiers - Stansted. If I leave the return date blank it will not progress to booking. I have encountered this before, and eventually managed to make it issue a single ticket, but I have just spent nearly an hour trying to get a single flight

Tried for two solids days to transfer a flight.Sounds easy not a chance with Ryanair. When I did finally get some info,they wanted nearly the original Asking price.Worst customer services of any airline.Never again.

Were you a passenger with Ryanair flying from Leeds Bradford airport on the 21st February 2016. All Ryanair's flights from the airport were delayed on the day. My flight was delayed for over 12 hours. I contacted Ryanair about it and they didn't even apologise. I would have settled for an apology and a good will gesture. But no not from Ryanair. Their mask slipped and they just growled at me. I took the matter further and Ryanair paid me £314. If you want to know what happened to your flight that day for you to then decide whether to claim compensation then email me your details at activesolutions@live.co.uk The flights in question are Malta, Fuerteventura, Krakow and Belfats

We were on flight FR3741 Monday 17th May 2016. I was thoroughly disgusted with in the first instance the Check In desk. As my husband and I approached the desk in Birmingham, the check in guy was slouched in the seat, stretching out his arms to operate the computer in a very untidy fashion, called us fibbers saying that we did have two hold luggage booked, when in fact, we did have two but one was outbound and the other inbound, we had to call our agent for confirmation that we did have one coming back in case we had to pay on the flight back. Whatever has happened to the suited girls and lads on the check in desks, just because it is a package flight should not mean that standards are dropped. Once on the plane, it was dirty and we could not understand a word the steward was saying over the tannoy, he was speaking so fast that everyne ignored him, there was no professionalism about any of the staff on board RYANAIR and I for one would not like to fly with your company again until things have improved. We also could not understand a word the pilot was saying. We flew back with Monarch and their professionalism outshines Ryanair tenfold, from the pilot to the stewards they could not do enough for you and the atmosphere on this plane was second to none, the pilots were extremely understandable and professional in giving out information throughout the flight, maybe Ryanair need to look again at their Training Programmes and pay scale, as if you pay peanuts you get monkeys, come on Ryanair you used to be a good airline.

Also had the issue of 'child' now showing as 'teenager' and unable to check in and the wrong birth years were shown. This is because Ryan Air have changed their website. We definitely booked 'child'. Mild panic but went onto Webchat the next day and managed to get this changed easily with no issues/payment.

The services of Rynair is definitely improving. Last month I was not able to check in for Rynair and I called their Customer Services on the number provided here www.fixithere.net/ryanair-contact-number... For checking online they told me to follow below mentioned steps:- -Visit the official site of Ryanair by clicking here. -Click on “ONLINE CHECK-IN” at the right side of the page. -You can check in from 7 days to 2 hours before any departing flight. -Enter your reservation number and your email id. -Click on “ONLINE CHECK-IN”. -Add your travel details on the next page and click on “CHECK IN”

Cannot add child's DOB because dropdown menu shows only 2000 and down (kid's only an infant) Waited on the phone for 30 minutes today (they charge per minute, right?) then I gave up.

Hi my name is Allan I have booked a Ryanair flight for 14 days but can't print off my return ticket I have paid for return ticket but can only print out departure ticket I was wondering if this was legal?, as I have paid for return service but have only received 50% of this!. Allan

Children boarding passes: I run into this issue few weeks ago - selection of years was inaccurate for my child age. Root cause: while buying tickets, website saved my child with different category: teenager instead of child. Only way to solve it was to contact web chat. Web assistant solved it - YET he changed passenger type from Child to Adult. At CheckIn we were seated separately (using Free seating), therefore onto web chat again.... - so ask for the right classification!

I can't change the year when trying to put in dates of birth, passport expiry dates, etc. It just keeps saying year. The date and month are fine.

cannot access Ryanair AT ALL for a flight to Dublin on Friday - so therefore cannot print out boarding pass....no reply to email complaining! what the hell???

Guest : This is because Ryanair changed their division of minors into teen, child, infant. This used to be child, infant. So if you booked you're flight before the 20th of October you've probably booked your son as child. So after putting the new website live i guess they migrated all tickets booked as child to teen. So now it's impossible to book because the actual DOB is not within the teen range. I have the same problem and will contact Ryanair to see how to solve this issue. Guest : My son was born in 2009, but it won't let me choose his correct DOB. The year I can choose is between 2000 and 2004. Anyone facing the same problem? Guest : Yes I cant check in my son because it will not let me put in his DOB ether.. every one else no problem.. live chat they first said they can fix it.. then came back and said check in at the airport and I will put a note saying its free.... we find out later today if that was true or not. can you guys help me please, I'm trying to check in my 9 year old, but i can't put the right year in its only from 2000-2004. I haven't checked in yet so i know i can change it i just don't know how and the helpline are closed, we are meant to fly tomorrow night... please help me.

www.bookryanair.com/SkySales/Booking.asp... After using old website (above) to check in, you can print off boarding cards from there in the old format, or then use the new website to print off the new format boarding pass. This worked for me four weeks ago.
