The 2023 March, April, May flights from Edinburgh to Beziers which were bookable 2 weeks ago have all disappeared with no flights bookable before 1st June 2923, no reason given, have the flights been cancelled, timetable changed or a Ryanair software problem?

Hi I received an email from ryanair saying that there has been a change in the time of my flight. A new flight with 2 days after my original flight was proposed to me. My query is that if I go the the website of ryanair, I am still able to book the flight at the original time and date i wanted. So why did ryanair tell me that the time of my flight changed?

Ryanair issued me a boarding pass that had no specific name. I had the choice of paying £115 to add my name or book another ticket. Bought another ticket for £99 as it was the cheaper option. Has anyone come across this problem. I can't believe they would issue a boarding card with no name

It is right that we can be delayed 5 hours flying Lisbon to Stansted (19/10/22) and receive no compensation - they claim a lot of the time was due to air traffic control but other flights were leaving and we also heard that this happens all the time with Lisbon airport....we also had to sit on the tarmac on arrival for an hour as they had no staff to offboard us.

My hold case is 2cm taller and 2cm wider (though 2cm thinner) than specified measurements. Are hold cases checked so strictly?

Ryanair customer service is really bad! 1. I need to wait a really long time to talk to anyone of customer support agents. 2. There is no correct phone number to call them. For example, I need to link to tickets together. I'm waiting and listening to the wait music like 2,5h. That's terrible! They are wasting my time and money, because that's the only option to how to get done what I need. If Ryanair has so many people to assist, then hire more people to work!

Hi All, is there any reason why Ryanair refuses to issue invoices for flight tickets. Each time I fly I try to obtain an invoice or at least a receipt / proof of payment. In vain. There is always some weird reason why they refuse my request. I suspect they must be running "parallel bookkeeping" and so if (and only if) they issue an invoice they must the VAT over the invoiced amount. Whereas without an invoice they can pocket the full amount.

Just told that pre booked meal deal on ryanair has been cancelled for a flight in October 22, January 23 and March 23. The meal deal is not that important, but I wonder what changes ryanair may be planning for catering on board in future or indeed the flights themselves. Anyone got a crystal ball??

Hi, some advice please. Do any of you have any recent experience of how strictly Ryanair at Stansted check dimensions of cabin baggage please? My bag is 22cms deep and should be 20 cms. Am I panicking over nothing, or are the dimensions rigorously applied? A rigid case so I can't squash it in!! I'd be so grateful for any advice you can give me. Ryanair "chatbots" (or whatever they are called) don't seem to want to answer my question. Many thanks BM

Hi I fly to Bergamo on 20.08. The piece of luggage that I am allowed to take on board is estimated by Ryanair with the following dimensions: 40cm x 25cm x 20cm. My backpack has the following size: 43cm x 33cm x 11cm. It is wider but flatter and overall smaller than the size prescribed by Ryanair - 15,609 cc against 20,000 cc. My question will I be let in with my backpack and can I have a laptop with me? Greetings RF

Reply
25 June 2022 04:06:00 Guest

Being a Ryanair passenger is getting a crash course on how to rip people off professionally. Passengers are encouraged to check in online to avoid a 55 check in charge at the airport (Dublin). Once checked in and se urity cleared the Gate Staff are highly trained to find ways to charge you in my case for a case which I could only carry with me if I was a priority passenger paying 6 so was asked to pay 46 as it had to go in the hold and that a member of staff would take it off me near the aircraft but no such staff were present so had to take it with me on board. Complaining about it was unacceptable as an arrogant man wearing a Team Leader Jacket threatens to take you off the flight if you protest. Budget Airline? YES. But ethics and customer service es are non existing.

Both arrival and departure are from T3. He doesnt have checked in luggage and has his boarding passes. My question does he have to come out of the main terminal and go through security again or can he go straight to his second flight ? as if it was a connecting transfer allbeit i know it is two separate flights ?

Is Security Fast Track bought through the airport and bought through Ryanair the same thing? I think the airport has stopped selling Fastatrack £4) but its still available through Ryanair £7.

The boarding of my return flight to Malaga from Barcelona on the 4th of May 22 was a one of the most disturbing and disappointing experiences I had with Ryanair. After presenting my boarding pass the girl of the ground crew did not let me board with my hand luggage which I had used in many flights before without any complication (including the flight RyanAir AGP-BCN on 27.4) and made me stand apart until everybody else was on board the aircraft. The bag in questions measures 32x42x15 cm and should well be inside the allowed without further harassment to the client. At first I was surprised but but soon realised that I was confronted with an ultimatum of either pay 46 Euros or miss the flight. During the payment and after some minutes of very unfriendly and not very polite replies by the ground crew I asked for their names to file a complaint. The girl covered her ID badge immediately but had to give me her ID number after consulting with her superior. Her number is 329795 and her superiors number is 341572. I had no possibility to verify those numbers as both employees were covering their ID badges. After I tried unsuccessfully to take a photo of the situation I was told by the supervisor No. 341572 that now I was not allowed on the flight anymore! This again put me into a new situation especially while told that the flight would leave in 7 minutes. I felt helpless and defenseless! I had to show the supervisor my telephone to assure him that the photo I took was not clear enough to identify him or his colleague!! Only after this I was allowed to board the aircraft literally in the last minute! I am 65 years old and a pensioner with disability. A treatment like that I have never in my 40 plus years of travel experienced with any airline so far. The whole situation looked like waylaying and extortion by unprofessional personnel. Given the situation it seems that clients of Ryan Airs offers of cheap tickets are fair game for harassment to increase the airlines income. I am extremely disappointed and have never felt so bad after a journey.

Hey all We're flying next week from Malaga to Rabat (Morocco) with Ryanair. Does anyone have experience of the paperwork hoops we have to jump through ? We THINK it is just the following: * Check in online, print paper boarding passes - DONE * Get PCR test no more than 48 hours before departure - BOOKED * Complete, print and sign Moroccan Health form - DONE Just wanted to check if we need to upload anything, or call at a desk before going through security (we will only have hand luggage). Thanks !

I uploaded all documents for refund.. but when it comes to bank details even though its set to UK its saying wrong format for bank details.. when I ring them and explain.. they tell me I need to fill this form out and when I explain I already have but won't let me go any further as its saying the format is wrong.. the lovely people at ryaniar keep putting the phone down on me.. anybody know what I can do.

Even if you put the teens in first then added the adults it would be the same. Tickets have different prices and there may have only been 2 or 3 left at the lower rate, then they move to the next pricing tier ( if you book very early you can usually get them all at the cheaper tier but there are only so many in each price band) Guest : So I just went to book a single adult ticket on Ryan air and the return journey was £117. I then realised I had to take my two teenagers and so did the search again with two teenagers and miraculously the individual price went up to £145.31. How disgusting is that? So we are not going. It's just really awful behaviour. You might have thought that the kids would pay less but oh, no, they pay more. If you take off my original flight price they are paying £159.47 each.
