
Hi has anyone had trouble getting a no show letter from ryanair
Have just checked in for my Ryanair flight to Spain on Monday When downloadeing my return boarding pass a message came up STATUS PENDING. Does anyone know what this means. There as been no changes or money owing on the passes
I’m trying to find out if the Ryanair flights from Knock (Ireland West Airport) to Birmingham will continue to be met by airside bus transfers to the terminal involving climbing and descending several flights of stairs to get through the airport after the current works at the airport are completed. It is not a pleasurable experience especially for older passengers. Why can they not use air bridges like other airlines.
Hi, i’m flying tomorrow to Malta from Brussel Charleroi. I already checked in for me and my partner (Ralph * Pineda) we didn’t choose our seats, i’m seated on 11D and he is seated on 29A. Is it possible to change his seat a little bit closer to me? Because i can’t seem to do it on the website. And also what seats are still available next to me? Sincerely Shadi
Ryanair flew us both to Malaga , over 4 hours late. Applying for compensation, they agreed with mine but say my wife never boarded!!! Isn’t this dangerous? The passenger manifest can’t have matched the headcount. What if, god forbid, there had been a crash
Fleet Benidorm with my son who is in the Royal Navy for a couple of days before he went back . Flew back to Manchester and my seat was 29f . This is the seat next to the emergency exit so there is no seat in front only space . I was told I couldn’t have my bag so I got my purse and a book to read . There was no table to put it on so I put my purse on the floor . I eventually fell asleep and woke up when landing forgot to pick my purse up . Now told it was not there .
My wife and I(both 66,she with cancer),flew from Malaga to Dublin with two small bags!-When we tried to check in at Dublin to get home to Glasgow,-a very aggressive crew told us our bags were too big(by about 1 centimetre)!-They said that would be 120 euros!-Our bank card didn't work(a common occurence with Ryanair)-I had the 120 euros in cash but Ryanair refused to accept it!-I asked for a manager and was then told I was being aggressive and would not be allowed on the flight!-The crew member then refused to show me his I.D. badge!-We were left stranded in Dublin at our age and condition for no good reason that I can understand!
Hope somebody can help, I have booked for my cat to be parked at stanstead when I booked via app at time of purchase for my flight, yet nowhere does it tell me which car park it is. Cannot seem to speak to anyone or find out… every email says car park booked but no where does it say which car park. Any help to be able to find out or how to contact

I was on Tenerife to Manchester yesterday afternoon. Terrible turbulence. Stewardess described it as moderate on leaving. I believe it was moderate to severe. Eg mostly moderate but for significant times severe. I'm unlikely to fly Ryanair again as a result. It was very scary. My companion who is very phlegmatic about flying was also worried. Anyone yon the same flight? Your view/s? Thanks!
I have booked 3 adult seats on a Ryanaire flight. I have received an email with rescheduled flight times, this woujd be perfect other than the fact my grandson has an exam at college which means we can’t get to the airport on time! It’s changed from am to pm time. After liasing with the BOT on chat. I have to wait for the confirmation email with the option to change the flight. Does anyone know if I will get the option of a refund as the difference is three and a half hours?
Any idea why Ryan air are no longer doing early flights from Bournemouth to Malaga. Have tried live chat in long queue and been cut off several times!
Due to storm interference we were not able to land at Stansted and was rerouted to EMAP , the flight attendant advised that we needed to arrange our own transport back and claim the cost from Ryanair as they could not arrange coach until next day . At a cost of £277 I did this and submitted claim immediately and now it’s just one question after another as to when I get my refund , whilst the Weather conditions were not the fault of Ryanair their employee gave the instructions and they should honour it promptly , it’s one week before Xmas and I suspect I need that money more than them
Recently I took a Ryanair flight from Brussels Zaventem to Porto (FR2928). On my original ticket my arrival time in Porto was 22:30h the 20th of Nov. After a delay in taking off from Brussels of approx 2.5 hours (owing to bad weather) and then being diverted to Lisbon (as Porto airport was closed) I actually arrived in Porto around 5:30am on the 21st. I have been denied compensation so am now publishing my complaint more widely to see if others are getting any results in demanding compensation for this flight delay. The reasons for demanding compensation are as follows: Under the section on your website headed “Delayed Flight” it states that: "If your flight is expected to be delayed for two hours or more (for flights up to 1,500km) or three hours or more (for intra-EU flights over 1,500km and other flights between 1,500km and 3,500km) you will receive assistance at the airport, including meal coupons. Flights can be delayed for reasons beyond our control, for example, ATC strike, adverse weather condition, medical emergencies, etc. If your delay extends to the next day, we will oftentimes provide hotel accommodation and transportation between the airport and the accommodation.” Also under EU 261 it states that: 1. RIGHT TO COMPENSATION If you are involuntarily denied boarding or your flight is cancelled or delayed by three or more hours with respect to the scheduled arrival time (provided no extraordinary circumstances occur), you may be entitled to receive the following amount from us: • ˆ250/£220 in respect of all flights of 1,500km or less; or • ˆ400/£350 in respect of all intra-EU/UK flights of more than 1,500km, and for all other flights between 1,500km and 3,500km. • ˆ600/£520 for all other flights. If we are able to offer you re-routing on an alternative flight and the arrival time of the re-routed flight does not exceed the scheduled arrival time of the flight booked: • by two hours, in respect of all flights of 1,500km or less; or • by three hours, in respect of all intra-EU flights of more than 1,500km, and for all other flights between 1,500km and 3,500km. The compensation set out above may be reduced by 50%. Distances shall be measured by the great circle route method. Whilst these refer to "extraordinary circumstances “ and "adverse weather condition” I do not see how Ryanair can justify: Forcing people to queue in the wet, cold , snow prior to boarding. Leaving the plane door open while we waited. Taking 2.5 hours to prepare the plane for take-off (snow is not an extreme weather condition) Not having foreseen Porto airport being closed for arrivals after midnight, which is the usual time for incoming flights to stop. Not informing the passengers that we were being re-routed for Lisbon so there was no chance to warn relatives/friends that arrival times would be different. And also no chance to get off the plane if this wasn’t what we wanted. Not providing food and beverage coupons and the option to stay in a hotel on arrival in Lisbon. An overall arrival delay of 7.5 hours at the original destination. I have tried applying for compensation or a refund via the website but negative result comes up and the explanation is the flight wasn’t delayed more than 5 hours, which is simply misleading. By re-diverting to Lisbon Ryanair is avoiding paying compensation to passengers by claiming the arrival time at Lisbon (rather than Porto) as less than 5 hours, But I repeat we did not reach our original destination until 7.5 hours later than scheduled, this is a deliberately ambiguous situation and misleading. Having realised we want to take an extra case. - I will need to Purchase and ADD 1 x 20kg case. How do I complete API, is it automatically included when I check in online
In August 2024 booked 2 tickets and priority with 2 x 10 kg cabin baggage to fly on Ryanair in November 2024. Few days ago they changed their policy and the website and the app : now my priority booking and cabin bags has been changed to NON priority and 2x10 kg checked in bags. This is FRAUD ! You cannot change contract half way. I suggest all in this situation to claim money back through credit card dispute explaining the situation.
Have been trying to book return flights to corfu for august 25, no matter which credit/debit card used the app would not accept my payment. Cleared all cookies/cache etc, to no avail. Suspect Ryanaire may be preventing me from buying advertised flights due to potential budget impacts which they would no doubt have to stand to if I had already purchased tickets. Anyone else experienced same for next years flights?
Recently returned from Faro with Ryanair and arrived into Cork 3hours 55mins late. When trying to fill the eu261 form on Ryanair website it just keeps saying come back later. Helpline not helpfull and 3 weeks have passed now since trip. Any ideas?
I am trying to find out. Can I change my flight route with Ryanair? If I am flying out of x airport to y airport can I change x (the departure airport) to a different one? And can I change the date as well? If so will I be charged twice for two changes or is this one change in total ? Thanks so much.
Deni from NZ : Good morning from NZ - I am trying to change my "reserved and paid for seats" on Ryanair to seats of equal value and the only information I get from FAQ and the 'bot is choose the "change seats' option - but there IS no change seats option on my booking front page. Do I need to go into 'Change Flights" to change my seats? I am scared to do this in case I lose my booking. Any help much appreciated. Thank you

When I have tried to log on to ryanair online to retrieve the booking by quoting the ref number & the email address used when booking - it says the email address is incorrect. I wondered if it could be a typo on the email address so have tried several variations with no success. The chatline was far from helpful stating they could see the booking had been made but as the email we are giving them is incorrect the only way we can access the seats is by verifying the booking at the airport at a cost of 55 euros each - RIP OFF at which point the chat ended... anyone any suggestions? I will do my upmost to avoid flying with Ryan air again, the fine for our luggage was very harsh, the Italian lady who dealt with us at Marco polo airport should either get a job with the police or get some sleep. 145 euro fine for 3 bags and to then get on a flight with about 50 passengers carrying no weight at all is very harsh to say the least. Hopefully the picture of the empty place is attached. Had no problems flying from the Bournemouth end.

Because they don’t care about you.. it’s all about the money for them!!! Joan Clarke : Why do Ryanair keep changing my flight time. I booked flights for Dec 20th Dublin to Malaga n return Dec 29th. Got confirmation email with correct times. Within 1 week the both outgoing n incoming flight times changed. I contacted Ryanair and was told I will get another confirmation email with final times before I go. This is not good enough. Return flight now changed to from 11.30 to 10.15am which is too early to get a bus so now we will have to get a taxi which will cost ˆ80. Its not good enough. I booked those flights BECAUSE the flight times suited for us.
Ryanair don’t care! So I had flights from East Midlands booked and paid for 12 months in advance, 7 months before we fly they informed me that my booking was cancelled and alternate flights were available, wait for 30 hours later!! So I searched and found alternative flights from Manchester with Ryanair. I have now been informed that for ‘ commercial reasons’ my outward flight only has been cancelled !! Ryanair are the worst air line for doing this, why don’t I ever learn? They have done this so many times. Well this is definitely the last time I won’t ever fly with them again… I’ll pay the extra and fly with a reliable carrier. Ryanair your fired!!!!

Booked and paid for car parking at the same time as booking the flights but no confirmation received from the parking company. This will also help speed the disembark process, meaning Ryanair could gain time during the changeover for the next flight? B/ Also, on this theme, why do Ryanair not board in turn by aisle? This must be faster than people moving round, holding people back from sitting down, the blockage, bottle neck of people trying to get past each other etc?

It’s impossible to contact Ryanair all published numbers don’t exist. I’ve spent my whole morning trying to book flights with golf clubs and can find no option on their site for this. Very frustrated!!

Gold Car Hire are rip-off merchants. NEVER use them without FULL CDW.
On a recent trip to Western Spain I pre-booked car hire with my Ryanair booking. Despite a guarantee on the Ryanair confirmation that I had full insurance cover, the car hire operator GOLDCAR added an insurance charge of approximately 20E per day without proper authority from me. I now know that this company has a proven record for doing this (separate reviews for GOLDCAR. This company is unethical and Ryanair should find a more reputable car rental provider for its clients. I am sure other passengers have been "ripped off" in the same way.
My husband is disabled, and requires special assistance through the airport, and onto the plane, but I'm annoyed that we have to pay for priority boarding, but we, and other wheelchair passengers, are always last to board! If we can't book seats near the back, we then have to fight our way through the walking passengers to get to our seats, and it's a nightmare. My husband is exhausted, and feels embarrassed then. What's the point of paying for priority then?
I read with interest about the recent event when Ryan nearly left a passenger in a wheelchair behind at Bordeaux airport. Ryan Air are blaming the airport & vis versa. Knowing the total disregard that Ryan air has for its passengers I bet it was Ryan airs lack of respect for its customers that was to blame. I was recently on a Ryan air flight from Stanstead to Bergerac, we were dumped in Beritz & told to find our own way home. Compensation that's a laugh, do Ryan air know the meaning of the word.
