It is impossible to book a flight on Ryanair. As another guy says - you get struck on the choose-the -seat page and cannot get out of it whether you want to choose the seat or not. This needs urgent attention.

Have been trying to book a flight from East Midlands to Tenerife with RyanAir over the last couple of days. The page hangs as soon as you get to the selecting seats page. Have tried again by bypassing this, but it hangs again on the luggage page. Please sort this out so I can book my holiday flights!

Here we are 7 days before our return flight from Spain and yes guess what Ryanair website will not let me check in for free as it claims you can do....very frustrating.....is anyone else having same problems? Says we can check in for free from 15th May but it just won't continue on.....would do if I selected to pay for return seats I'm sure. Checked in for outbound fine 7 days ago......does anyone know if the departure time of return has anything to do with it? Flight home is 1930 maybe I can't check in for free till 1930 today which is then exactly 7 days? What a nightmare......

Trying to book on Ryan Air and a pop up window is frozen and won't let me continue to book the seat. I have tried dozens of times and the same popup blocks the way.

Trying to complete a simple booking and the site does a half price seat selection pop up. which hangs the site and makes it impossible to complete the booking. "Chat not available" poor poor site maintenance by Ryanair. SORT IT OUT YOU MUPPETS!

ii think i am going mad i cannot book tickets on the ryan air site ? I travel quite a bit so vaguely know how its done i have a BA account an Easy jet account a Norwegian account (they may leave you at the airport but at least you canbook a ticket ) I complained to customer services at ryan air a month ago ....i got a response this week that they are looking into the problem .....

Ryanairs site is awful. I have to use them, because of the route, but for 7 years I have had problems with their website. Its not even a jike. What should be links are dead, and the print boarding pass facility is a nightmare. If I was a conspiracy theorist I would say it was a moneymaking scam. On Firefox the pass prints incorrectly, its their HTML rendering that is the issue. Save as .pdf, then print works best. However no competent business should run like this. I am fully IT literate, have 4 Masters degrees and cant manage their site!

I got my already programmed blanked ATM card to withdraw the maximum of $50,000 daily for a maximum of 20 days. I am so happy about this because i got mine last week and I have used it to get $100,000. MR PEDRO is giving out the card just to help the poor and needy though it is illegal but it is something nice and he is not like other scam pretending to have the blank ATM cards. Guest : Hi I am flying with Ryan air in June and have since then split up with my partner I am still goin to go away but without him will I be charge for any inconvenience this may of caused if he doesn't turn up or will I be charged in any way. Thanks NOT at all!! Why should you? If u print the boarding pass and have given the correct name and I'D details upon checking in online, you should not have any problems. In any case, I understand he is also appearing on the ticket as a second traveller. If they ask why he could not join, say he had a last minute phone call about a death in the family! I would not advise you to say that you split months ago!!

Two weeks ago I had problems with my purchased ticket showing in my profile... It is unacceptable that a airline company has such a terribly bad designed site, that suffers so many malfunctions all too often!

My daughters dob is prepopulated with an incorrect date. Can't change this when trying to check in on website or app. Are they not bothered about infant dob on the boarding pass? I'm happy to roll with the incorrect date, what's the worst that can happen?

Tried 20 times to complete boarding details and passes for our (pre reserved seats) on return flight from Majorca, all to no avail. Tried to get 'chat' help, waited 15 minutes for someone to tell me no problem on site and to 'reboot'. When I said it didn't work and I would look for compensation, connection was 'lost'.

I Sandra : I have been trying to check in online now for 2 days to no avail. I flew with Ryan air in January and had no problem. I hope they are not going to try and charge me at the airport.I had same problem you need to use google chrome server which you can download ,or try using the app if you have smart device.

the new website is impossible to manage! It keeps telling me Im travelling from Liverpool and won't let me clear selection. Bring back the old style as this does not work unless you use the app on your phone!!

Have previously booked online with Ryanair several times. Could not do so today on our PC. Told needed to update our browser but also that we could use our existing browser. This was misinformation as I simply could not complete the booking on it. Then tried via my iPad and there were continuing problems which resulted in our return flight being unavailable - fully booked. I suspect the tickets were almost sold out and that we missed our opportunity because of the problems with the website. I'm very impressed and Easyjet now have our custom.

Well, should have looked at this first and saved myself a frustrating afternoon. Have been trying to change my email address with Ryanair but after two 'live chat' sessions I have given up. Used two computers and one tablet but no success. Don't * your time if you have a similar issue.

Is anyone experiencing problems with their boarding passes not displaying Priority even though it has been paid for? i Fly roughly every two weeks and always book front seats which have priority included in the price but I would say 8 times out of 10 it comes up with other Q then I have to spend half hour on chat th get it changed.

I booked through Travelrepublic and could not log in to Ryanair to check in. Eventually found out from Travelrepublic that a special email address is created to log in with and they did'nt give it to me untill I asked. Crazy!!!

I tried to check-in on my return flight whilst checking in on my outward flight but it wouldn't let me. Now I tried to check-in on the return flight and it keeps saying that I ran out of time which isn't the case. Is there anything i can do? Ryanair won't except t his reason as they just want you to pay the fee for not checking in online. I have tried so many times.

Guest : Ryanair quote this as being a technical fault and try again. I have been trying for 3 days now and realise that it is a scam to make us pay at the airport an extortionnate amount to get boarding passes. I will now with Phone calls and extras pay more than with another Airline as well as being stressed/Tired... SO PLEASE REMEMBER DONT FLY RYANAIR AGAIN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. Just checked in for my flight to Vilnius on 29th May everything seems fine got my boarding pass, ok. What i cant understand is why i need to do this twice for outbound and inbound trips, surely if you check to outbound they must know you are coming back again??? but no i have to wait another 14 days to checkin my return flight crazy!!!
