I get this on both of my samsung-tablets (android 4.4.4 and 4.4.2) and the app does not run on a windows-phone. I already contacted the live-chat of Ryanair but they have no knowledge of a problem... Anybody else the same problems? hi, i have tried to check in on several pc and devices, many of browsers, even 2 different countries. still got planty of time but this is not the point. did you get anywhere with this? thx

When I go to Ryanair Website it redirects to flights from Manchester only will not show any other alternative. I have booked twice this year without problems

Guest : We are travelling to Venice soon with Ryanair. I thought I would give the mobile boarding pass a go. Can you definitely use this at Treviso airport for the return journey? Don't want to queue up to find out can't be used or won't be accepted and need paper copies. Thank you. There is a list of airports on the ryanair-site where they accept the mobile boarding pass. If they are on the list they have to accept it (or print it themselves on their costs)

Trying to check my daughter in on-line but drop-down menu will not give her year of birth (2003) as an option. Live chat not available. Customer care phone line just cuts you off!!

I HAVE EMAILED THROUGH ITINERY AND A NAMED PERSON PLUS SENT BY MAIL. FOR A FLIGHT I BOOKED TO MALAGA FOR ONE WEEK AND NO EMAIL ARRIVED YET THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD PROVIDER.

The website is showing NO FLIGHTS to Mallorca MAY JUNE JULY AUG yet Skyscanner shows them al. What is wrong with the ryannair official website? It was fine in March. Has anything been changed there in the last month?

This is response from Ryenair livechat. Dont know what it means! Our website is live. I checked it again for you and it is working. I can confirm that our website is working fine and currently there are no technical issues. Please note that this may be a browser related issue. Please delete your browsing history and ensure that you are using the most up to date version of your browser on your computer. Also, you can try to use the incognito mode on the browser, that can help, too.

Hey, I am having trouble logging into my account!! My password is correct and when I click on the "forgot password" as an alternative, and then "send an email" to retrieve such, nothing is being sent to my @ account :( I have send ryanair an email a couple of days ago , and I apreciate that they are busy!!BUT I have more than one booking and would like to manage my trips as one, not go individualy!!! Any ideas?!?!! I also tried the old link but cant see the login bit anywhere :(

You'll have to go through some stages but just scroll down and press continue Hi after numerous attempts to check in using the confirmation number on my itinerary (issued only last week) I took your advice and used the old site - eh, voila! it worked. The boarding passes are in the old format so hopefully Ryanair will accept these at check out. Thanks for your advice. I did write in a short time ago but my message has not been added below. Over the years I have wasted so much time when using this site but they are cheap and useful when I just want to spend a few days in UK. Thanks again.

Hi I booked a ryanair flight over a week ago for Thurs. 28 Apr. the confirmation came with a confirmation no, but they are asking for a reservation no which is NOT on the itinerary and I can't check in. I have searched the itinerary for a no. other than the confirmation no, but there just isn't one. I've flown with this airline numerous times and never had this problem beore

I tried - yes, I REALLY tried! - to use Ryanair for an upcoming trip from Milan to London, but its abysmally horrible website - yes, it was the site's error, NOT mine - mistakenly entered my birthdate and then rejected all my efforts to correct it. Worse, though, I got nothing but the runaround from RA's "customer service" department from the minute I first contacted them to fix it. Emails went unanswered, live chat sessions were never available, the "help" portion of the site was anything but, and once I did hear back from RA, it was only a "canned" message that regurgitated what I had already - and repeatedly - told them of my problems and my efforts to fix it. And so, after a month of trying, I'm giving up on RA and using easyjet, or even Alitalia or BA if need be.

I booked my flights at the end of last year. Now trying to check-in for my flights for next week and having difficulty checking in my teenage daughter as it is restricting what I can enter for her year of birth. I think when I booked the flights 5 months ago I selected adult as she was not a child. It now looks like I should have selected teenager but was wondering was that option available last year? I don't think I would have missed it as there is a drop down box. Can anyone give me advice as not looking forward to contacting Ryanair as there will probably be charges involved.

I'm desperate for am answer to this question, is there a size limit on checked baggage? I see the size for carry on bags and I know there is a weight restriction. I purchased the 20kg checked bag option but I have a very large suitcase and I want to be sure it won't be a problem to check. Thanks!

Thank you SO much for giving me this information & it explains everything that has been bugging me as I tried to check in & print off our numerous boarding passes. They did not appear with printing instructions on my I-pad screen so I needed to take a photo & send that to my,printer which resulted in an odd looking square in the corner of the A4 sheet - not recognisable as the usual boarding,pass! I have now used the old familiar website & now have the normal passes printed. Thankyou!! After trying for an hour to check myself and my partner in online {and unable to access {live chat} I finally checked us in 1 at a time. Despite checking my partner in online approximately 30 seconds after myself, we were allocated seats 16 aisles apart! As stated by another passenger Ryanair are trying everything to encourage all passengers to pay for an allocated seat. Needless to say I have not booked the return flight with Ryanair and will not be booking any more flights with them.

I had a same problem yesterday with checking in as most of people. I tried for 4h. Than,I went to live chat where they suggested me to clear my cache (even sent me a video how to do it) and to go to inkognito mode. And,it worked out! So,I hope that will be useful to someone.

Rynair wants more money from you - so you should call the premium hotline or pay for seats extra. The Javascript console returns desktopapps.ryanair.com/en-gb/checkin/ch... 412 (Precondition Failed) if you want a free seat LOL

Hi, I am in Latvia, Riga and my uk passport has been stolen. The embassy has asked me to go to see them on Monday as there is none who can assist at the office, but my flight is on the Sunday before. I have a photograph of my passport and my provisional license as photo ID. Will I be able to board the plane at the Latvian airport and then sort out any issues once I land in the UK. Any advice would be great and I can provide you with further details if required. Thanks

Guest : Up loaded a post here not sure if it went. So aaaagain: I am trying to "find a flight" to go in the next few days, on Ryanairs "old website," and after typing in destination etc (many times) the drop down box for number of adults does not appear. Then when I push the "find a flight" button it doesn't respond. So annoying and frustrating. It means I can't book my flight!!! Looks like they are "advising" me to book with another airline. Some way of doing business. I can't understand why no one in their IT dept doesn't check their website on a regular basis. Basic customer relations? It would prevent me and others from wasting our time!!!! I have been trying for two days to book a flight to limoges but can't get the info to come up. symbol comes up indicating no flights, doesn't matter what day what month I press.

hello everyone, is anyone else having problems bringing up flights to limoges, france, on the ryanair website? when I try to put in the dates to find a seat, a greyed out drop down list appears and when I press a certain date, doesn't matter which or any of them, a symbol comes up indicating there are no flight to limoges. Anyone know what is going on. I have allowed the pop up blocker to allow Ryan air pop-ups but I can't get any information. thanks

Clicking 'continue' after that stage was NOT moving to stage two (seats) and by extension unable to complete stage three to finalise. SOLUTION = I opened and logged in using Chrome browser, and it worked. Prior to this I was using FireFox and kept being stuck on Stage 1 I mark this as a 'solution' because it certainly worked for me so before you spend a fortune calling the help desk, use another browser and try that (I can't speak for Internet Explorer). I've had multiple issues with FireFox browser in the last 3 or 4 days finalising things on websites like eBay, so I think it is something related to Javascript issues on FireFox. Using Chrome has always ended these problems encountered. Btw, before anyone accuses me of being a advocate of Chrome, I never usually use it but something strange is playing up on FireFox at the moment so try Chrome for this problem. Thanks. Sheila Forman : Can't make head or tail of it. Can't book a flight for love or money. Gave up. It used to be so simple. What has happened? Hi, is it the initial stage of finding a flight that wont load? Checked my computer again and it's ok also tried to do this on another computer and still same malarkey. Ridiculous way to run a business!
