I have been trying all day to book a party of 4 on a flight to Faro. At first it wouldn't accept any dates I put in and now it freezes when I try to press the free seats option.

Ryanair changed my flights and sent me an email to ask me to accept. The link did not work and when I finally managed to get contacted it was to accept a change of time from Milan and I am flying from Exeter. I then tried several other ways to accept the flight and filled in an online form, which said my flight number was invalid ( it was the one they had given me) Tried ringing several times, line went dead twice holding for 10 mins. Eventually spoke to someone who asked me to try the link again, didn't work and finally he said he would accept it on my behalf. This happened to me in January as well. will try to avoid this airline in future

I have been trying to download the Ryanair app for iOS to do my check in. However I get the message that it is not available outside Ireland. Anyone facing the same thing? It seems that the app is not available. I asked live chat but they have no idea why or for how long.

Couldn't check in my 13yr old as her birth year wasn't available have just done web chat and they've sorted it, only waited 10 mins at 6am. Hope this helps others.

I am trying to change my flight, however the page seems stuck - the loading thing keeps turning and nothing else happens. I tried with the options of only entering my reservation number and last digits of credit card as it won't let me enter my destination (it does not figure on the list - very funny... not).

Guest : Ryanair online check in will not give me a birth date year over 2000, my son is 2002. What to do? I recently had this problem. Livechat can do it for you. Make sure you have all the passport details. If they can't do it they will tell you to check the children in for free at the airport. Don't know if you have to contact them first to arrange this.

Live chat is not available and i don't know what to do. Hi Folks Next Wednesday I am flying from Dublin from chania. From the airport I am travelling to Hersonissis at the other end of the island. I am meeting a group of friends at this resort. As I am travelling alone the cost of the transfer is quite expensive. Is anyone else on this flight in the same situation and would be willing to share the transfer? Chris

Just going through the same rigmarole - checking in an under 16 - you need to contact Ryanair - have personally opted for webchat rather than an overpriced phone call. Remember to get them to update your return flights under a separate booking reference (so you don't have to go back). john Blandford : Ryanair online check in simply doesn't work. rubbish website. Crashes, intermittently will not show prices, often shows blank ryanair page, have to keep entering dates when want to change destination, pity because they have improved other services. They should try to improve website as seem to be many bugs.

Guest : Have been trying to check in two grandsons whose years of birth are 2003 and 2004 but are not getting option of after 2000 on the drop down. Have entered these as 2000 and are now checked in - can this be changed? Yes, we accidentally selected 2000, instead of 2003 - contacted Ryanair via Live Chat and they sorted it, no problem. Took about 15-20 mins, most of which was waiting time to chat to them. They were really helpful.

No Ryan Air online chat available to help either (7pm) - can see others on this forum having the same problem - anyone got any feedback fr om Ryan Air?! I accidentally selected 2000 for daughter born in 2003 - contacted Ryanair via Live Chat option and they changed the details for us, no problem. Took about 15-20 mins online, most of which was waiting time to chat to them. They were really helpful.

I booked my ryanair tickets,paid, but when i tried to use the activation link last week i spent about half an hour trying to register but no good. Then i emailed services & told all was rectified, but just retried & still no good, phoned help centre & the arse on the phone put the phone down on me! All the link page is saying 'create account' &' enter password ',but when you press 'sign me up' it just loops back, asking you to fill in these same boxes again! & so it goes on. I've also tried other devises ,but the same result. i also wondered whether if this activation doesnt work, as i have completed all the required flight & boarding info, if my flight & tickets would still be accepted? if not how can i rectify this problem

Went through all the process of choosing a flight, insurance, bags etc,came to log in and realised I'd either forgotten my password or it was no longer recognised. Tried to reset it, but cannot get any further than 'accepting terms and conditions'. Weirdly, it has the wrong name against my email account! Meanwhile my boyfriend's email is no longer recognised at all, despite the fact that he has booked with them previously, and when he tried to create a new account he got the same problem with not being able to get past 'accepting terms and conditions'. We aren't able to book a flight at all! I'm just glad this didn't hit us when it came to checking in a booked flight.

Hwho do you complain about to about this new site, my friend who is 74 came to me to arrange a flight and then i had a right job in printing her boarding pass, top half and bottom half upside down!! She is worried about going to airport and being charged, I cannot reassure her as she has always flown Ryanair and I have always printed off a full sheet!

I have been trying for last 2 days to check in for paid for flight for 5 July 2016 to Gatwick. Forced to buy a seat and then still could not check-in. Over last 2 days have spent over 8 hours trying to check-in. Mr O'Leary has really pulled a blinder here - we are all his little slave people and he is laughing at us all - ignorant and awful man in my opinion.

We did the same thing for our 4 year old. I'm freaking out over Ryanair's policy's. Clearly there was a problem with the website as we both had this issue and it wasn't our fault. I'm calling customer service today.

There is a general strike in France on 5th July I am trying to get information from Ryanair to see if they have any plans to move Perpignan flights to Barcelona Gerona or to see if they will accept free transfer of flights but it impossible to get on to their website to check.

Unable to login to Ryanair website today to book flights (last 3 seats!). The email I use, that Ryanair has emailed me confirmations for past flights on, is apparently 'Not a Valid Email Address' today. Really weird! I forgot my password, but the 'remind of password' option does not function technically. Does Ryanair have a completelyt corrupt database? It would appear so! I have seen another blogger has the identical issue on 19th May 2016. I have tried to login using both Firefox and Google Chrome. Both show identical technical issues. If no-one can book a flight, presumably Ryanair will shortly be out of business?! Just urgently give the IT department the resources to sort this out please. Quickly! It's a strategic part of your whole business. Many thanks!

Dreadful website - easily the worst travel-related website. It won't work with many different browsers/versions of browsers. I generally have had good experience travelling with Ryanair but now I don't use them. Any company that offers services and then makes it very hard to buy them is not based on a sensible business model oh, & stop sending me emails Ryanair - fed up telling you that I CAN'T ACCESS YOUR WEBSITE. I fly about 30-40 times a year - NEVER ONCE HAD A PROBLEM WITH websites of EASYJET, BA, Flybe etc.
