there are ways of making money and there are ways of making money. getting people to a destination on a free seat and then making them to pay for one to get back is not one of those ways (unless you carry a printer on holiday with you or are prepared to pay 45 euros at the air port) Shame on you ryanair

Ryanair website seems to 'forget' your subscription after some months. This is now the third time that after a while I could can not access the website using email/password combination used to originally subscribe to there website. Even the option 'forget your password' does not do the trick, they just say that the email address does not exist. 'Luckily' websecurity is so poorly that you can use the same email address to subscribe again and fill out all preferences again. One can add current flights easily however. Just to be clear : I have found all their confirmation emails with the activation links I used to subscribe. I'm now again a member since today. If they kick me out again I'll switch carrier for sure.

I recently booked and paid for priority on flights to and from Italy. When I printed the boarding cards it did not state 'priority'. Ryanair would not change it and said it would be OK. It was not OK as I was told to leave the priority queue on both outward and inward bound flights. I feel this is unfair and despite numerous emails Ryanair unwilling to accept responsibility. Any ideas

I booked a package holiday with a travel agent, this included flights. I had paid just for flights and not seating or priority boarding. My flights were outbound 19th December. I had heard that sometimes it can be crazy getting on the plane. So as we have a child I booked seating and priority boarding on the Ryan air website. A few days later I was informed that my flight had been brought forward to the 17th of December. Yes 2 days forward. Because we are unable to fly on that date, due to work family and our hotel not being available. I attempted to ask for a refund for those charges. Ryan Air informed me that there are no refunds under those circumstances. I find this an utter joke, through no fault of my own I can fly on that new date. So Ryan Air have pocketed £77.01 from me. I find this disgusting. And I shall never ever book a flight with these gangsters ever again. I will not stop at this complain. I will pass this on to my friends there friends and as many people as I can, And even if 5 or 6 of us never fly with them ever again. It will be worth it. Wonder how much they make each year for robbing people like this.

Since Ryanair tracks your IPs I surfed the web and I found few suggestions. First, clean your Cookies from the pc everytime you are doing a flight search. Try also using different computer or tablet and also a different browser (Firefox rather than Chrome or Safari). Depending if you have got a static or dynamic IP related to the server you have got, try switching your broadband on-off. Good luck!! Or… go for BA or Easyjet! It seems Ryanair has completely no ethics at all.

Hi everyone. I am sure none of the ryanair managers will be ever be reading this, but I am so fed up with this airline. They can track down your IP and change prices meanwhile you are trying to book. It happened many times today, meanwhile I was trying to book, with 40 quids differences each time. Simply what happens is that the page where you are in and have picked the flight options does not load, you have to start again and the price rockets meanwhile. Cheeky, eh? I have been using Ryanair for a while now, 10 years, once in a while. Their service improved in the last couple of years, stop all the terrorism about weight of the extra bag and other non-sense but now, here we are again. And the Life chat, well... does not work on Ipad and if you have got an Italian keyboard simply says all the time the service is off. Rubbish service! Well... not existent! So so dishonest! Will just be flying Easyjet. Same flight from Gatwick to Venice, a good 30% off. Can you believe ?? :-)

Guest : Many of us had to book our teens in as adults, however this has now changed and they are classed as 'teens' which is why you can't put their date of birth in. I found it easier to ring Ryanair and with a bit of a wait it was quickly sorted. I then had a problem getting the boarding passes as it didn't let me go past the fast track page...another couple of calls later and this is now resolved...when they change the adults to teens they give you a small refund..you can't check in until this has been processed...hope this helps Hi, did they change the adult to teen tickets over the phone? They told me that it could not be done!

I'm so * with Ryan air can't login it said my email address does not excist I can't get my boarding passes as it said I have to speak with a agent! Who put the phone down on me, Iv emailed about 8 times live chat don't work, I'm disabled so I'm now going to have to get someone to take me to the airport to deal with this I feel I'm being discriminated due to my disability as I find it difficult dealing with everything that you are expected to do just to check in, is it only me or is there other people having problems

RyanAir are obviously in a different timezone than the rest of us. Unable to check in online (3 different web browsers), phoned waited and recorded message said too busy ring back later bye. We chat - at 18:11 I was number 59 in the queue with a approx. wait time of 29 minutes. Now I am number 9 with approx. wait time 5 minutes; it 21:05. I think they will find that is almost 180 minutes and counting. Thanks for my patience - don't think so! COME ON RYANAIR SORT IT OUT.

amanda hopewell : cant put my son's dob on check in We are having the same problem! Our son is 13 and has to have an adult ticket. However, when entering his date of birth so we can check him in online, we can't enter 2002 as his year of birth because it only goes up to 2000! We have spoken to Ryanair on live chat today and were told it would be resolved today and to try again later. It's still not working yet!

Guest : Trying to check in my two daughters and can't input their d.o.b!! Only goes up to year 2000. Help?? I had the same problem with trying to check in my son. Spoke with Live Chat who have confirmed that I will be able to check in in the next 2 hours. The issue is that they charged Air Passenger Duty (APD) which no longer applies to children under 16, so when we tried to check in their system thought he was over 16. They have also confirmed we will be refunded £13 for the APD which was charged.

I have just returned fro Portugal on the 27th July I had to pay 90 euros to check in However I tried to check in at the hotel and it did not work I had numerous people helping me as I thought I had done something wrong However the sight said it should have been 48 hours prior to departure and would not go through I have just rung the complaints dept. and the lady said you can check in up to 2 hours before departure So I am gutted to have wasted all that money, to what I feel was not my fault and spoilt the end of my holiday Thanks Ryanair Maybe change the procedure to check in and out before you leave
