Trying to get my boarding pass for return journey (Mon23rd). I have entered all details including seat reservation and price to pay. However it won't let me continue to pay section, it keeps asking me to pay for extras - there are no extras !!! Help!!!

I have been trying to book a flight since March and when I hit the pay now button, nothing happens. The price has now doubled, and I tried again last night, same problem.

Hi i accidentally my friends middle name as her first name, so instead of being Shasha Lilly Anne I put Lilly Anne (As she usually gets called Lilly). I tried changing it online within the first 24 hours but I wouldn’t let me & chat and phone lines are closed?!! Someone help??

Just experienced 12 hours of frustration trying to use Ryanair booking because it wouldn't let me 'check out' and pay! Using 'live chat' I was advised that I needed to use Google Chrome as the browser, which then worked! Why Ryanair doesn't make that clear whilst you are booking is irksome, frustrating, time wasting and unacceptable. .

I was booking my flight with RyanAir, I had entered all of my details and the credit card number and when I clicked 'confirmed' a message popped up saying 'Session Expired'. I would like to know if I will be charged for the booking or not? I would also like to comment on the inconvenience this has caused.

Am trying to check in online with Ryanair and have recently renewed my passport. When I enter my new passport number it keeps asking what ID I will be using to check in with, despite the fact that I have completed all the other information requested on the check in form?

Just tried to find flights for specific dates on the new Ryanair website, and it's absolutely impossible!! Seems to assume that money is all I care about, not where I go or when. Please treat your customers with some respect and assume they have sufficient intelligence to choose their own dates, and check whether there are flights. This is unusable, so over to Easyjet we go.

I am trying to check in my 10 year old daughter online and am not being offered the option of 2006 in the drop down menu - i can see others on here have had that problem but can't find a solution - the old website doesnt work and on my mobile Im getting a message 'the passenger must be over 12 years' when i try to tick 2006. We fly together on this route about 4 times a year so i don't know why its suddenly a problem to input her age. anyone got any solutions?

Guest : chances are you have clicked<16 by mistake which means less than 16 so the date of birth wil only go back 15 years hope this helps Guest : Hi there I'm trying to check in and it won't let me check my daughters friend in as it won't let me click on her date of birth...??.. Dear Madame / Sir; I am a passenger on Ryanair with the following reservation : QLB5QI for travel from Dublin to Biarritz (Frrance) My husband is a cancer patient at Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center and his condition -pain!- has worsened over the last few days. I can't check any of my children in on the Ryan Air App as the calender only goes to 2000. My children are 2002 & 2004. I will not pay the £45 they say you must pay if you don't check in before you arrive as it's their mistake & no one answers you on this forum.

Be aware of buying Insurance Plus with ryanair it's a total SCAM ! I have made a reservation and got the Insurance plus that says it would refund me in case I cancel my flight. When I had to cancel my flight and ask for refund, no one has made an answer or give a * about my request. I have made contact with different departement and email that I got from Ryanair website and nothingg...IT's been more than a month now that I didn't get an answer !
