Hi How did they sort this?? We’ve been on the phone and found them clueless and very rude and unhelpful. Nuno Afonso : Nuno Afonso : Richard : Anyone had the EJ2cpgtc70fd error code? Tried to change two flights - first one went through ok but second one wouldn’t proceed because of an ‘booking overpaid’ error. Even customer services were unsure of the issue. Hopeless! I'm having the same issue. Tried to change a flight today several times, using different credit card and platforms (laptop & mobile) and always had the same error. Will get in touch with customer service tomorrow on the phone.Problem solved on the phone. They were very kind.

Booked flights in Nov 19 for flights in late July 20 for short trip. I don't save credit card details in my account, nor book seats. Flights hadn't been cancelled, so checked in 5th July, still didn't book seats. Immediately received email regarding check in, but...... I missed on the email that I had been charged on my credit card for the seats I didnt book. Received email stating flights were cancelled next day and refund applied for. Had no option, it was short notice, and only an AtoB/BtoA trip, so I went with Ryanair. They served their purpose! OK, all seems good. I got full cash refund back from Easyjet, including the cost of the seats I didnt book, onto the card I didnt give authorisation for them to use. All is good, until that is, I get my credit card statement, and find there were nearly £1000 in fraudulent transactions on it since the charge for the seats was applied to my card. Yes, its been reported, and yes I've had all the fraudulent transactions recredited to my card. 7 months later, this is still ongoing for me, which I will provide an update on, but given the amount of cancelled flights in 2020, how many others have had something similar happen to them? In particular, getting charged for seats that weren't booked and/or being submitted to card fraud? I know EJ had a data breach late 19 / early 20.

Have just had a further flight cancellation notice from EasyJet. Asked for a full cash refund, informed I had to accept a voucher, as the booking was made, using a voucher. The original voucher, was created from a cancellation, that I had paid for, with my hard earned cash !! “Never Accept a Voucher - Always ask for a Full Cash Refund”

Are people aware that if you changed flights last year due to covid 19 because you couldn't cancel them and were charged an additional cost for the new flights you may be entitled to a refund of that money if the original flights were changed in any way?

HI. I've just looked at my August 2021 booking from Bristol to Toulouse and have found that they have been cancelled with NO notification to me whatsoever. I booked these flights back in November 2020 and I have no idea when Easyjet actually cancelled them. Does anyone know what is going on with Easyjet?

I would like to know if I don't redeem a voucher for its full value, will I be refunded the difference in money or will the balance remain in voucher form, or will I forfeit the balance. Ive been trying to get a refund since Easyjet are no longer flying out of Newcastle to the destinations im interested in, and despite a press release stating that if you are unable to use the voucher they will refund the monetary value, they still refuse to do so. Im not sure how to proceed.

Guest : I originally booked flights to Faro, Portugal, but because of Covid changed them to Nice in October. However circumstances changed and due to Covid I changed them again to Nice in March 2021. Easyjet have now stopped flying to international airports and only fly to Belfast and Bristol from Newcastle. I have contacted them twice but both times Easyjet tell me that the flight in March is still showing as live and will go, but they have up to 7 days before the outward flight is due. As Easyjet no longer fly to this destination I assume I could get a refund, but no, I am booked on the flight and will be until March when they will make a decision. Is this legal? What can I do?

Hi, 2 weeks ago we booked flights to Milan from Edinburgh on the early flight of 9.40 rather than the late flight 20.20 to go to our Sons wedding September 2021. Today, other members of the family have tried to book on the same flight and it’s not an option, only the late flight. My Son has just gone onto his booking and it states disrupted booking. Mine still states all ok. Anyone else had this problem. We are also booked to go to Nice in April from Newcastle but EasyJet pulled out of Newcastle airport during the summer lockdown but we’ve not had notifications that the flight is cancelled and on my bookings, it’s still live. I’ve emailed EasyJet on 2 occasions but they won’t give me an answer other than read the frequently asked questions page, no help at all. I’m afraid I’m finished with EasyJet. All the extra bookings we have made in Milan are now going to have be cancelled/changed, ie 1st night in villa, car hire l, other family members down South who have booked to go from London will need to change flights. EasyJet are now worse than Ryanair in my eyes.

If you are flying to Malaga in May 2021 check your booking. There have changed flight times and bookings, I had no notification, I contacted EasyJet by phone and had my 6.05 am flight home changed. SO BE AWARE

Karen : Hi, I had to use a couple of vouchers to cover the cost of a flight which meant I had to make the booking over the phone. I have a Booking Ref No but it is not showing up on my Easyjet Account. Is there any way I can add it to my Easyjet Account so I can get my boarding passes on my phone? If you booked over the phone you will get a booking reference number. Go to easyjet and check in and click add surname and booking reference number and takes you to flights where you can check in flights and print of boarding passes

Guest : Guest : Guest : Guest : Hello. I booked a 2-way flight with Easyjet for four persons, but now I will have to fly earlier. Is it possible to change the flight just for me? And if not, if I don't show for the flight, is the return leg still valid (I know some companies cancel it but not sure if Easyjet does it). Thanks If you dont show up for outbound the inbound is invalid. You can probably change flights but costs a fortune to change to a later flight www.easyjet.com/en/terms-and-conditions/... What about this that I found in the terms and conditions: If you cancel, miss or do not take your flight, this does not affect the other flights on your Booking. You can claim a full refund of Government Tax (as listed in Fees and Charges) for the flight(s) you do not take. Doesn't that mean I can still take the return leg? A guy posted on here that his inbound got cancelled cos he didnt arrive for outband. Is there a later flight for you to fly

Guest : I am trying to change Easyjet flights i have booked in March for flights in June. There is an increase in cost of £588 which I am happy to pay but when I try to process the payment on the Manage Booking section of the website all I get is "Transaction failed" with the error code EJ2cpgtc70fd. I have tried three different credit cards all I know work fine. I called Easyjet last night and I was surprised how promptly the phone was answered. However all I got out of the contact centre was try again in the morning but the problem still persists. Is this done on website or the app. Try both and see. I know alot of ppl who tried it but the flight have magically disappeared.

Guest : After reading other travellers issues decided to keep checking 'Manage Booking" every few days. Sure enough today showing my December flights cancelled. No email from Easyjet to advise of cancellation. Would advise everyone to check "Manage Booking" themselves rather than wait for an email from Easyjet which will probably never arrive. My EasyJet flight to Sharm el Sheikh tomorrow (November 7th) is still showing as 'flying' even though we're now locked down.
