You can receive a voucher or another flight another time but you would need to pay more if ticket price goes up

Easyjet has cancelled my return flight from Faro Portugal to Luton London on the 1st Decemeber 2020. Now i'm in a pickle to book a flight to shorten my holiday by 3 days or extend it by 4 days as these are only flights currently available near my cancelled flight, Janet.

I have telephoned Easyjet three times and asked if the route has been temporarily suspended and have been told three different things, 1 - my bookings are still good and that I should treat the flights as going ahead. 2. All seats have been sold for that period (which I said was a little hard to believe as it covers nearly a four month period) 3. There might be something wrong with the website perhaps phone again tomorrow. Tonight looking at random destinations on the Easyjet website it does appears a lot more routes are now showing " no flights available" for long periods over the winter months i. e. No flights available October to February, November to end of March etc. Surely Easyjet must know if they are temporarily suspending routes and offer refunds or a chance at least to transfer to different flights or destinations. Has this affected anyone else and has anyone received a straightforward explanation from Easyjet? I have Easyjet flights booked for Andorra skiing [landing in Barcelona]. Our return flight no longer seems available - it would appear no mid week flights are being operated on that route for the whole of February. Is it usual to not have heard its been cancelled? Our outbound flight is available still though - so currently think we could be in a pickle [especially if we do not hear until the last moment].

They need to be upfront with people now and tell us if the flight is cancelled so at least we can try and make alternative arrangements. They wont tell ppl im afraid, they will go bankrupt if they did and paid refund. They are practically hanging by a thread from day to day to survive.

After reading other travellers issues decided to keep checking 'Manage Booking" every few days. Sure enough today showing my December flights cancelled. No email from Easyjet to advise of cancellation. Would advise everyone to check "Manage Booking" themselves rather than wait for an email from Easyjet which will probably never arrive.

You will find that your Oct flights he been cancelled. I would wait until u get that notification, then you claim a full refund. Book for April flights separately xxx.

Hello, We are booked to fly again from LGW to Dalaman on the 6th November returning on the 17th (K1LMWRV) .The flights are paid for and also our seats issued. We now don't see any flights advertised to Dalaman in November. Is this flight going or not as we still haven't heard from Easy jet. I have several return flights booked Newcastle to Palma for spring/ summer 2021. The website now says they do not fly this route! Newcastle base has now closed. 5 telephone calls to South Africa (customer service for the UK) and still canít get a refund as the flights are not yet cancelled. Has anyone managed to speak to someone in the uk and how? This is nothing to do with Covid.

Easyjet, I have once been forced to change our flights from Manchester to Faro in November due to you changing the flight schedule to only fly Saturday to Saturday. I now notice as per 000's of valued paying guests who are in the same situation, that overnight the majority of your winter flight schedule suddenly disappeared. I think we all know that all these flights are cancelled, and having Customer Service Staff lying with a multitude of stories. The fact of the matter is Easyjet has NO LOYALTY to its Customers and the are holding back Customers Money & Not informing customers that the flight is cancelled until 3-5 days before departure. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. (I desperately need to re-book alternative flights, being disabled and in receipt of benefits, it took us ages to save for this and frankly don't have funds to do this). An explanation is needed.

Was informed today by a friend that easyjet had cancelled all flights from Belfast to alicante from Saturday 7th November as nothing was showing on the website after this date. I called easyjet and got through very quick ,and asked them if my flight was cancelled, as my return flight on the 14th November was showing nothing available. The young lady stated all flights were still available even though I checked the app and website again and nothing was showing, maybe her website is different from mine but we'll just have to wait and see. Anyone else have this problem

Easy jet cancelled flights on a return trip so we had to reschedule the whole holiday and then found out now from today you have to have a covid 19 test before entering Sardina! private cost of £145 extra each! Just be careful as countries are now asking for these tests or self isolating you in the country if you have not! We asked easy jet for a voucher instead so we could go next year and their reply is they are not offering vouchers anymore??? Only last week did they cancel our flight to and from Berlin! Note: Just don't ever book with easy jet again!!

Iíve just had a cabin crew member unlock the engaged sign on the toilet door and enter without knocking. I was In a very humiliating position. EasyJet have apologised but are attempting to absolve themselves of any responsibility by saying it was a simple mistake? What Would anyone suggest I do in this situation?

Hi, My flights are not on schedule either- Manchester to Verona in March 2021. and also a return from Alicante to Manchester has disappeared for the last Thursday in October 2020. I spotted the disappearance of the Verona flights last weekend and got to speak to customer services on Sunday who told me that they can only definitely say that the flights have been cancelled 30 days before the flight and I would receive an email. I bet they are definitely cancelled, easyJet just want to hold on to our money as long as they can. If they are cancelling, we are due a cash refund and do not have to accept a voucher which they are likely to push.

Apparently Easyjet are to cut flights and reduce the flight schedules because of uncertainties of bookings due to Covid 19. Surely, as in my case, where there are now, according to Easyjet website, "no flights between 1st November and 28th March 2021" any flights during those two dates should be classed as cancelled and refunds should be due on reservations already made. This does not seem to be the case and I am getting nowhere with Easyjet. Easyjet have said to wait until nearer the time of the flights and I will be notified if they are cancelled. If Easyjet are no longer selling seats how can they not be cancelled?

My wife and I supposed to be flying out Friday to tenerife. Have spoken to ustomer service who have said their guidance is that it is safe to travel. The FCO advice is stating only essential travel I am not sure where I ow go to to sort the problem

Guest : Hi Iím due to fly back from Palermo to Gatwick on Monday 24th. But on website there is no flight and I havenít received a cancellation email. Iím supposedly to be flying out on Thursday after flying over from Belfast. Is it cancelled? I am in a similar position this coming week - flights to/from Naples are no longer showing on website but their Call Centre are saying that my itinerary is still good.

Hi, wondering if anyone could shed any light , last week booked flights going to Marrakech October 18 and returning October 23rd but now when check on easyJet website itís showing as no flights available for going and returning. when we queried this they told us flight is fully booked which I find hard to believe as few days prior when I booked there was literally empty seats on plane. Iím 99% convinced these flights wonít be going but donít understand why they just canít be honest. on top of that hotel I booked want full payment by next week and canít risk losing that too if flights donít go. anyone else in same situation ? Keith Flood : Hi I am trying to change flight to other destination which worked for two seats when I try and change the other two it shows that I've overpaid and an error code500043 and will not let me go any further so at present I have seats for going out but cannot get any return seats I also have the same problem. I have just changed my flight which is for Wednesday 2nd September and return Friday 2nd October to September dates next year because of coronavirus. It cost me £32 for changing so close to departure date but I knew this and was ok about it but I didn't expect to have to pay for the new flights in full on top of the flights already paid for, Terms and conditions state that when changing flights if the new fare is higher in price the extra must be paid but if the fare is less then no credit is given. I was aware of this but I have had to pay the £32 change fee plus the full cost of the new flight. In my eyes this is fraud!!!!

Easyjet cancelled my outbound flight to Ibiza on 14th September but not the return on 19th September......how do they expect me to return from there if I can't travel to it in the first place? It's bizarre. I applied for a refund for the cancelled outbound flight using their online form linked in the cancellation email but nowhere on this form was I able to query the flight that was still running. I got a confirmation email from them for the refund application. I tried to ring them about the ridiculous situation regarding the still running inbound flight. Not too surprised that I couldn't get through on the advertised customer service number. My options were to wait and see if they cancelled that flight (risky), change the flight for free up to 14 days before departure date (same flight in a year's time is stupid expensive..... surprise surprise) or lose the money. Was really * about the whole situation, same as other people posting on the forums..... Easyjet trying to hang on to our money. I read an earlier post in this thread from someone who suggested ringing a different (not advertised) customer service number that worked for them. I tried it last week and amazingly got through in under 5 mins to a very helpful and friendly lady who agreed that my situation was daft and asked me what I wanted to do. I asked for a refund on the still running return flight and she said she'd action it straight away, together with the still owed refund for the outbound flight. Whole call lasted 10 mins and she couldn't have been more helpful, I was gobsmacked to say the least. The refund in full for both flights was credited back on my card in 5 days. I suggest those of you in a similar position try this number 03303655030 and speak to Tamara. Good luck

I am completing a passenger locator form to travel to Greece. The form states to input the first two characters followed by the numbers of the flight. However, the easy jet flight starts EZY. Should I therefore input just EZ?

Hi all, this relates easyjet flights london luton -olbia return. I am planning to take ~30kg (definitely less than 32kg) of sports equipment luggage which will include two inflatable paddle boards, two paddles, one pump, two life jackets and two snorkeling masks. Questions are: - Am I required to put everything in one bag (40x50x90cm and not exceeding 32kg) in order to be charged once only or am I allowed to bring 2 smaller bags (20x40x90cm each) which total weight will also not exceed 32kg? I just simply want to avoid paying for the sports equipment twice..

We had our flight from Manchester to Rome cancelled for 21st October and now there are no flights at all until June next year. Anybody now why there is none for so long.

To get a refund fill in the refund form on easyJet web site. Give your booking reference number and submit it. You will receive a refund for both flights, if they can't take you there or vice versa law states they must refund you for the full amount. I have successfully done this twice this year with the same issue.

hello!I would like to rebook flights booked in Mallorca. As Spain is a risk area, I have the right to rebook the flights without extra charge, I only pay a difference in the ticket price. Unfortunately this is not possible on your website. All additional fees will be charged anyway, I am already calling all day long.... Guest : My niece was told this morning that her return flight from Lanzarote had been double booked, she was then told that she had cancelled the flight and asked for a voucher. Easyjet claim she did this on 10th August, while she was on the flight to Lanzarote. It meant that she and her friend had to pay for new flights because of a mistake by Easyjet. Can anyone offer advice on what to do next?Email their CEO. johan.lundgren@easyjet.com. I have always been very supportive of Easyjet but I must say that their customer service during the Covid situation has been abysmal and thats an understatement. They have made all their experienced staff redundant and retained the cheaper option. Even Johans office tend to respond with standard cut and paste letters without reading the complaint properly. But if necessary simply reply each time expressing your dissatisfaction, copying Johan, and in the end he will allocate your complaint to a senior member of his team who will address the real issue.

I tried multiple times, on different devices to change my flights online and kept getting error messages telling me I had to phone (EJ2bc90nsx and nc90nsx). Whilst on hold for call centre I found thread below where it says someone had been able to change their flights using the EasyJet App. So still whilst on hold, I tried that and it worked. Sharing in case it helps anyone else and thanks to whoever posted originally.

danny : due to fly to greece on 8/9/20, but looks like the increase in cv cases will trigger the quarantine rule cant risk 2 weeks quarantine, so want to cancel the flight and perhaps rebook for may 2021 is anyone else having the same problems ? rtegards Danny

Hello all, i tried to change my flights between Bordeaux and Londres of the 15/08 and 21/08 since friday evening. I tried to change the two in the same request but i see the code EJ2cb02x each time i haved tried. I success to change the first flight of the 15/08 when i make a resquest for change only this flight. But now i can't change the return flight, i have always the same error. I have to change the flight before 4pm or i will have to pay fees of changement... I spent 1h30 on the phone yesterday but i can't join easyjet. Today i'm on phone since 30 minutes and always nothing... (Sorry for my bad english)

Ollie, I think I've got a sort of answer. We've just sorted ours as we only had until 4pm today to change or you have to pay to change.. nightmare!. Had to phone up easyjet as they can't process this change online due to the difference in price. That's what that code means. We were wanting to change from end of August to March next year but I guess they've not even priced next years flights so a bit more tricky to process and certainly impossible to complete online. So they changed them over the phone. Good luck.

Have tried to contact easyjet on the phone, with no luck. What to do?
