Guest TL : Anyone flying from Denmark on the 27th of December to the UK - what are you doing about the new 2 day before flight PCR test. What firms are testing on Christmas Day? You only need an pre flight antigen test to come back. The PCR 2 day ( back in the UK) test has to be pre-booked. You need flight number for this. Once it is booked you use reference number generated to complete the Locator form. You 100% cannot complete the Locator form without a UK government authorized test provider code. Only when the Locator form has completed will you get the QR code required for a boarding pass.

Just had my EasyJet holiday to Barcelona in mid-March cancelled, it already having been amended a few weeks back, which was working out more expensive anyway. How do they know they can't operate flights or a holiday package as far ahead as March - who can feel confident to book with them now?

Received an email yesterday informing me Easyjet return flight from Munich to Edinburgh on 15th Jan disrupted/cancelled. Not much more information provided but when trying to rearrange return flight discovered that all flights to Munich cancelled upto 12 February! Is this down to Covid restrictions or technical issues as I note that I can still book flights with Jet2 to Salzburg in Austria. I am still looking forward to a ski holiday but loath to book new flights only to have to cancel in a few weeks. Any info?

In complete incoherence with their own website requirements (following the rules of countries of entry). Beware of EasyJet management mistakes overuling laws & dysfunctionning, impacting life of families.huh? Why?

They sent us an email in the days before our flight with everything to remember , no mention of passenger locator form! We thought it would be paper forms like our flight into Egypt, nope! Only online. No help from staff at desk, one employee just looked away as we begged him for help… refused to let us on. Closed desk as we were racing to get the online form done. Booked a new flight, received an email about preparing for our flight - mentioning the passenger locator form! We’ve had to spend money on hotels, rebooked antigen tests, and flights. No help from easyJet! They scammed us on the luggage, extra £100 spend there for carry on luggage… Will never fly with them again

Just had flights to Venice cancelled for January 22. We bought the flights with a voucher from our cancelled flights for jan 21. Easyjet sent an email today to advise they are issuing new vouchers, even though I had requested a refund. We have bought new flights with a different airline as there was no suitable easyJet alternative.

Hi _ yesterday, Easyjet cancelled my BHX to GVA flight scheduled for Saturday 4th Dec. 3 days' notice. Stated reason was Covid restrictions. AFAIK there are no flight restrictions going to GVA - all other airlines are departure points are stuill on the schedule. EAsyjet say thia is 'beyond their control' so are they pulling a fast one so I can't claim compensation? How can I find out the real reason for the cancellation?

Kai : I’m due to fly to Edinburgh from Manchester next Friday, but i am connecting through Amsterdam, I was just wondering, with the new COVID rules introduced today about 2 day PCR tests, will I have to take one when I arrive in Edinburgh from Amsterdam, or is it different because I am only connecting through an international country.

Rachel : We have had our honeymoon cancelled twice now, firstly in April due to covid and then friday we got an email stating oir flight in 6 months time has been cancelled, when we called them they said that our whole holiday has been cancelled and they refuse to give our deposit back!!! How can they know a flight will npt go ahead in 6 months and what gives them the right to keep our deposit?? We feel robbed as they have kept our cash but i have contacted higher powers to hopefully be refunded and if nothing happens i will take it further, has this happened to anyone else? Literally in the exact same situation as yourself. Honeymoon booked for Greece beginning of April and they have cancelled the outgoing and returning flights for no reason. So disappointed, will attempt to get a refund and see what happens...

Yes, call Easyjet. If your original flight was amended due to EasyJet’s fault then tpEasyjet have to uphold original flights details ie seat arrangements (unless they refunded you for) and previous allowed to take a cabin small case in cabin for free. They may tell you can’t keep in the cabin but still they should be free. You can only sort this by phone and stay on the phone till you receive their email/booking detail confirmation. Hilary C : We're usually frequent flyers and Easyjet Plus Members. When everything was cancelled we allowed the membership to expire, then rejoined when things started moving again. Now we find that flights we postponed have our old membersip numbers attached and we can't change seats without paying. Any ideas?

I was wondering whther anyone knows if easyjet are really checking the size of cabin luggage because they have changed their rules and only accept luggages of 20x45x36cm for free now. and it can only goes under the seat. my smallest luggage is a few centimeters larger and i am tempted to attempt it. Do you know if they are really checking?

I would say yes you can if you have paid for it and have the receipts for it. Present them at the check in desk and they will not be able to prevent you using a service you have paid for. Guest : Handsfree paid for flight on Monday. Can we still use this.

EasyJet have scrapped hands free and are introducing a new service called stand-alone cabin bag. They have not published the cost yet but no doubt it will cost more money. Very underhand how they have not given any notice on this to their paying customers!!
