OMG customers support told me that she has never heard of anyone having difficulty booking a flight using easyJet App or online website BELOW IS WHAT WAS SENT TO ME FROM EASYJET what planet is she on!!! We have never experienced issues or heard about any other issues regarding our website or mobile app being down and not allowing to proceed with making a booking. Kindly advise the error message you are receiving when trying to make a booking with us please?

Wanted to book Cyprus to London end of month all went well till I reached baggage! are they kidding almost 100 pounds for a small bag under seat and bag up top. No way even worse to put a bag in hold. Are they trying to price themselves out of the market? Small wonder why I see mostly Ryan Air on the tarmac here

I have made a booking for two people to fly from Belfast to Alicante. I have changed one of the named passages successfully for a different date . The area of the” change flight” in my bookings area is greyed out and won’t let me allow to change my flight now. Can anyone help?

Typical set an alarm to book check in today as my flight goes at 7am on 23rd May but nearly two hrs later they are not showing free check in. Easyjet live know nothing and say must just be delayed. Am I missing something?

Guest : Bourne : I have booked flights to PAPHOS from Manchester for May 2023. Confirmation at the top with confirmation number says Manchester to LARNACA Ezy2279 . Then confirmation underneath says manchester to Paphos flight number ezy2279. It is usually ezy1973? Phoned customer services. First time cut off second time says it is a technical issue. Resent confirmation unchanged. App says manchester to paphos ezy2279. I am confused something not right. Hope it is sorted before we fly. Does anyone know why my family have been moved from the Solana Hotel & Spa in Malta? We were due to go there in March but received an email saying that the hotel does not meet their safety standards. What’s interesting is that my sister booked the same hotel on the same dates but her reservation has not been moved. If the hotel’s not safe, it’s not safe for anyone, right? What do you think happened here? Should my sister push to be moved or do you think they just overbooked us and we’re being lied to?

I would like to seek some advice here: my luggage was delayed, operated by EasyJet from Palermo to Paris, for 6 days, missing our connecting return flight from CDG to the states (Air France). Now EasyJet won't ship the luggage (which is at CDG now) to States, only allowing us to file a claim or a complaint, or go pick up the luggage at CDG. What are my options here now? Is there any courier service who can help me pick up the luggage (I have the tracking ID and everything) and ship back to me (or to an airport in State)? Any advice is much appreciated.
