We went to Portugal for a family holiday and we was recommended to the sister hotel across the road for our return flight back COVID tests. Which we did & paid £30 PP which we was assured the test results would be emailed to us fine. We got to the airport 2 hours before our flight & joined the back of the que to check in for our flight & drop our bags off. The que was very slow & as we approached the desk they said oh your results are in Portuguese this is a problem. But on the GOV.UK website it states a test results needs to be in English, French & Spanish. And as negative is the same in Spanish & Portuguese we should of been fine. But the man on the checkin desk kept us waiting and waiting and then come back & said oh we are shutting the checkin desk now & refused to let us on the flight. Even when there was a family who was been seen next to us who was rushing to refill in their passenger location form and they was allowing them on the flight! So with a baby & a young child we had to go over to the other desk & book another flight costing us £385 plus another set of tests £30 PP. The flight attendants on the plane was absolutely shocked by what we told them when we finally got onto our flight! Nothing but a money making scheme to get passengers to spend more money for no reason at all. Date of travel: June 2021

I'm trying to change an Easyjet flight to Malaga to Jersey. The Jersey flight is cheaper than the Malaga flight, Easyjet are asking me for more money for the Jersey flights even although its less money than what I have already paid for the Malaga flights. Appreciate any comments

Reg1 : I had 2 easyjet flights booked with extra legroom seats 10D and 10C costing £43.98. The flight was cancelled by easyjet. I was able to rebook the flight but there were no extra legroom seats available. The only seats available were standard seats which means that speedy boarding will not been shown on the board card. Can I ask for a refund? Guest : My outbound flight to lanzarote on a Wednesday has been cancelled we have moved it to the Saturday free of charge but our return flight is still on the Wednesday can I change it to the Saturday free of charge? Otherwise I loose 3 days of holiday You will have to change both flights at the same time to get free of charge

I am wanting to add flights on to the one booking and am unable to do so, I have done it in the past, has the option been removed. Do you now have to do 2 separate bookings.

Easyjet flight Bristol to Faro on 24/07/2021 0710 to return on 03/08/2021. The flight at 1010 has been cancelled, we were given the option to change both flights for free, I changed the 1010 flight to 1310 and thought I could go home and change the return flight from 03/08/21 to 07/08/21, yje 07/08/21 flight was orginally booked but we change due to UK putting Portugal on the Amber list. I spoke to my wife and she agreed to move the 03/08 flight to 07/08, however easyjet want an extra £290 now. I rung Easyjet, they said basically I should have done it then. They should put on the flight change option to say this is the onlty time it can be changed for free. This flight was originally £300 but now £530. We can't even sit together now. This is the last time we book with Easyjet, last year due to changes with covid we switched our flight from Heathrow to Spain to Portugal in the morning of the flight with British Airways - It will mean an extra 2 hour drive to the airport better than getting ripped off by easyjet. We don't fly with Ryanair anymore due to lots of friends getting ripped off by them along with strikes in the past

Have been trying since yesterday to change flights. All OK until payment, when error code EJ2cpgtc70fd is displayed. Current flights due next Tuesday, 22nd June. Any suggestions?

Hi I have a return flight booked with easyJet 3-13 July. According to pre booked seats looks like the 3rd is getting full but it hasn’t been on sale for nearly a week. I’ve also got an email saying I can do hands free on the return but not on the outbound . Anyone had this experience and then flight been cancelled ? In manage my booking it looks like it’s still there . Thanks

My online booking from Luton to Lisbon showing as ok, but when I try to book a dummy flight it says no flights. Does that mean the flight is cancelled or full

Guest : Easyjet Bristol to Mykonos and Santorini flights have disappeared until Monday 19th July. Have a feeling my flight booked for 16th will be cancelled... They have definitely been cancelled - logged into Manage Booking and it said it was, although I haven't had an email yet.

This is the second time my flight to Catania Sicily get cancelled. We want to go home to see our families we have not seen for almost a year! I think I will book with Ryanair to Palermo and drive from there. This is so frustrating!!!!

Also given a cancellation for flight Gatwick - Paphos (Cyprus) in early July. This is the third time rebooking it after so many cancellations in June so I'm not sure if it will happen at this point.

Another Easyjet cancellation, this time early July, expected as they had previously blanked out the flight for bookings. It’s not a website problem, it’s jikkery pokery. No sensible alternatives offered. If they know about continuing restrictions, so what, we need a holiday. Ryanair, here we come- god help us.

I looked the day before yesterday and flights Gatwick - Santorini were being offered from 1st July. I went yo book yesterday and the next available is 17th. Reading below I guess they have been informed of delays by the U.K. Goverment on restrictions but are unable to make a statement on this instead opting for silence. We draw our own conclusions

We just had flights from Edinburgh to Alicante on various dates in July cancelled.. No notification. It noticed flight was disrupted and then cancelled.

Just seen my flights nice to Manchester in early July are no longer on the website but have not been informed by easyjet . I rang them and was told it’s a website problem . This happened last year and they had cancelled the flight but delayed telling passengers to delay the refund process. Guest : Just been notified by email my flights to Nice 2 October cancelled. Manage bookings doesn't show my flights and can't claim refund.

Guest : Are easyJet cancelling all flights to and from Spain for the month of June 2021 there is 1 flight sat 5th June, and 1 flight Tue 8th June then 1st July.

"Protection Promise" on website is meaningless. It states that refunds will be given if flights impacted by need to hotel quarantine. But it's impossible anywhere on the site to access a refund form. Trying to call customer service is also impossible.

Patricia : Easyjet just cancelled my flights to Greece on 25th June with no explanation 😒 mainland Greece is a problem but is hoped some Greek islands will go on green list this week. For my flight to Rhodes I can now only fly out and back in on Saturdays - all other Easy Jet to Rhodes flights midweek cancelled (for June 2021 anyway).

Easy Jet are not easy people to get hold of for a 1 to 1 chat. I hope to be travelling from Gatwick to Rhodes on 12th June 2021 (on basis Rhodes 'goes green' before then). I'm already double vaccinated with the Astra Zeneca vaccine - but as I live in Scotland we don't access the NHS App to prove our vaccination status - instead relying upon a physical letter(!) My query to all at Easy Jet is - are you aware of this? You will accept the Scottish NHS letter proving vaccianation status? I don't want turned away at boarding. Who can help me at Easy Jet? I'm also unconvinced the Scottish NHS and incompetent Scottish Government will send me the letter on time - they are quoting an astonishing 21 days to produce and send one!!!!

EasyJet are in talks with bankers to raise more money so we’ll see what happens. Guest : Found on Monday when Easyjet cancelled my mid-June flight that they have cancelled all flights after 8th June to Spain. Are they about to go bust? I wouldn’t book another flight with them. Mr O’Leary must be delirious.
