Just checked my my online account and seen flight to porto cancelled for october 8th. What annoys me is i have not had any email notification of this. A few years ago i had simar situation and received cancellation email 3 weeks after i noticed it on easyjet app. So their policy of informing people of cancelled flights asap is a complete fabrication !

Guest : If I need to cancel an easyjet flight can I get a credit voucher You won’t get anything from them. Their complaints from takes up to 28days for a reply. All you get is ‘this is our policy, no refund’ blagh blagh blagh.

EasyJet are awful. One of the staff actually laughed when I was talking to her. I’m trying to reschedule flights I booked in 2019 and now the flights are much cheaper apart from 1 and they expect me to pay an extra ˆ62 for one of the flights. No one will help, they’re reading from a script. I’ve wasted so much time over this. I don’t even want to fly with them anymore. I don’t care about the cost it’s the principle. The worst customer care I’ve ever experience. I’ve not been able to isolate or work from home. As a food retail manager I’ve worked all through the pandemic. I absolutely hate easyJet. Once I’ve sorted these flights out I will never board one of their planes again.

What vaccine do i need to travel to portugal. I am double jabbed, my daughter is 12 and not vaccinated. Can we both have the Antigen? Or do we need PCN?

There are now flights anywhere to Turkey until March 2022. There are flights from Gatwick starting 18th September 2021

Mine has been cancelled for 22/9. Only by chance I found out because I’ve not yet received an email 😡. Disgusting how they have cancelled at the beginning of August

EasyJet just cancelled my flights to Krakow on December 16th without explanation, can they now re advertise flights for that day in the future at a higher price?

Kevin : Why has my easyjet flight to Lanzarote on 1st February 2022 been cancelled with no explanation. The nearest flight two days later is over £200 more. We have had these flights booked since they came out and it can't be Covid related because its too far away. This is a joke.

How many times can you change your flight? Im booked for France on the 2nd but now we have to quarantine I need to change it. Im hoping to book for the following week in the hope it will change by then but if not would I be able to change again does anyone know? ta

I had flights only booked in September 2021 and today they were cancelled. I was automatically placed onto a different flight but they have offered me a full refund or change of time/flights for free either side of the date that was cancelled. Customer service today was amazing and I have now booked onto another flight. Guest : Hi there, Due to the problems surrounding travelling to Spain at the moment and having a wife that is just recovering from the Covid we want to cancel our flight and take a voucher, which is what they are offering for Amber countries. However, after speaking with their Customer services, this Protection Promise which allows a free change or a Credit voucher is only applicable to Easyjet Holidays and not Easyjet Flights. We were under the impression that we would be covered under this rule, but as we have only booked flights we can only change them. I feel that nowhere is this made clear. Can anyone else shine any light on this?

Why have EasyJet cancelled my flight without telling me. No correspondence what so ever. I paid for all flights for 3 passengers out right so owed no money. The money was taken from my account. On speaking to EasyJet they now are saying payment issue. I think its just an excuse to fob me off. Anyone have the same problem?
