Hi im on the p7171 gatwick to kos, 5 hour delay with no explanation I should have expected it Looking at the reviews. Does anyone know why its delayed?

Thank you, We are on this flight this Thursday, soo pleased about the non delays!!! Don't care about anything else. Guest : Returned from Kos on thursday 1 aug 2013. NO DELAYS going out or returning. The planes are old and look tired and on the return flight on landing the entire plane shook when reverse thrust was applied. The flight attendents were not brilliant but not bad and the cabin announcements were drowned out by static. Would not fly with Small Planet again by choice. But at least the flights were on time.

Returned from Kos on thursday 1 aug 2013. NO DELAYS going out or returning. The planes are old and look tired and on the return flight on landing the entire plane shook when reverse thrust was applied. It's now at 2305 and is on baa listings. Phoned olympic and they said check two hours before as that's the new scheduled time. No news yet ! We are just going to get to the airport for 6 and hope for the best Guest : What's happening with flight p7411 from gatwick to rhodes tonight. It's not listed

Last nights flight from CORFU P7 356 arriving from Corfu into Gatwick at 01:30 this morning is now further delayed and is estimated to land around 20:30 this evening. With an approximately 20 hour delay. This is the aircraft which was scheduled out to Larnaca this morning, hence it cannot fly the route. Guest : Any mess on flight P7355 from Gatwick to Corfu that was cancelled last night after an 8 hour delay? We have heard NOTHING Yes :( my sister and I were on this flight its not cancelled. Its now flying at 02.05 on Sunday morning with Livingstone airways. You should have an email JN1369. Look in your junk box.

We have been put on UT Air instead departing gatwick at 00.15 tonight. I think its a Ukraine or Russian airline. We were told that you cannot use EURO or £ on the flight only credit cards to purchase your drinks and food.

Anyone flying on P7171 to Kos this evening from Gatwick, Ive been informed by Olympic that the flight is delayed until 23:55. Thats over a 7 hour delay. No vouchers offered, theyve told us to check in as normal. Should be leaving at 4.45 pm this afternoon. Not happy at all.

Flight P7355 delayed from 18:20 2nd August till some time on the 3rd. Over 12 hour delay. Never got any concrete information on why the delay, conflicting reports saying the aircraft was broke to the crew going out of hours. No communication whatsoever. Called down to the gate twice for no reason.

Guest : After an hour of holding I was finally compensated a mere £30!! That is no we're near covering my 12 hour delay and loss of near enough a whole day of my 7 day holiday. Not happy at all will not be flying with them again. £30 for 12 hours is NOT ACCEPTABLE!Yes my brother got tthe same - £25 for him, £15 each for his 2 kids.

Guest : 3rd aug Larnaca flight now departing 10.45pm . That's the first day wrecked at least Same thing happend to my brother 2 weeks ago. Ended up on a 10:15 flgiht with Cyprus Airways. He's due back tomorroww on Small Planet but has just been told they've been transferred to a later flight with Cyprs Airways

I'm travelling on same flight Martin and booked through Monarch and paid for the luggage at the time of booking my flights. Did you not pay for the luggage when you booked the flight? You can't book directly with Small Planet as Monarch are leasing the plane's so I suppose you would need to pay for the luggage via Monarch. Martin Douch : We are flying to Malta on Saturday 3rd AUgust with Small Planet On the web site it says that we get 20kg per person free yet I have just been advised by Alpharooms that they want £219.00 extra for the cases can someone explain to me why. I did send an e mail to Small Planet but no response from them

We're flying out of Gatwick on the 13th Aug, from gatwick to crete. I called them to find out why we haven't received any tickets after being told we would receive them two weeks before. They looked on the system and were told the tickets would be emailed to us 48 hours before departure, or if not to call them and they will arrange for us to collect them at gatwick. I will be a very unhappy * if we have any problems on the 13th. good luck!

Gatwick has NO flight leaving to Larnaca at 9:15 on Saturday so I am abit worried. Guest-we are due to fly to zante on the 9:00 flight on the 4th,and no tickets either!we have been told to collect them fr om the airport. Anyone flying out fr om Gatwick to Zante on the 4th of August at 23:20? We have still not yet recieved our tickets yet. Was told they wh ere sent out today first class and should recieve them in the post. On the booking confirmation it states we should recieve the tickets 2 weeks prior to depature. Very disaapointed with Olympic holidays, they havent help one bit. They could of informed us that they were having some system issues but for 2 weeks? I smell alot of lies or something is not right Did anyone get their tickets in the end?

26th July LGW to HER 2110 : 26th july LGW to HER P7485. Checking desk opened 1910 with 1 SPA check in person. 1930 another SPA person arrives. Very slow check in. Yep flight delayed to 2345. WARNING- if u have a slow check in think plane delayed. Looked up on gatwich arrives website to see that a SPA was due in at 2250. Ok this probably our flight out. SPA check in said nothing about any form of compensation for a 3 hour delay. Asked at the information desk and they told me the flight was actually rescheduled to 2345. Hence there is no delay = no compensation. At 2250 information boards changed to "wait update" then 20mins later Gate 37 CLOSED. You have never seen a plane load of passengers run to gate 37 so fast. ADVICE - expect to run for the plane and gate 37 is a long way away. When we got there we waited for another 20mins before we boarded. Once on board. No aircon and it was hot. Very hot. The air stewards seem to just accept this & seeing the passengers wave the emergency escape cards around as fans seemed to normal for them. Advice here is board LAST and u will not get so hot. I would say the crew were very professional, but they need to smile! Instructions for emergencies were clear and fully explained in english. Although much of the instructions from the cockpit to crew were not. We were give a free bacon panni. Which was awful and a choice of free drink. Cola, lemonda from a 2ltr bottle or orange juice poured from a 1 ltr carton into small plastic beakers. The plane was OLD. It was a boeing 737. Signed gly on plane. Leather seats that had seen better days. No cloth with airline moto on head rests. In fact there was nothing in or on the plane to show any kind of livery of any airline. We finally took off 0030. 4hours 20 mins late. The flight itself was without any problems and after 30mins after take off the temperature was comfortable. It was just a shame that we lost the first night of our holiday as we arrived in crete just after 6am. Still we were in time for breakfast. Your aircraft was operated by Grand Cru Airlines and was the same one that run off the taxiway at Birmingham when it belonged to Aurela. BTW having travelled on it last year I can confirm that the aircon didn't work on the ground then either....
