Travelled with them 9/7 to heraklion went on time served delicous snacks and soft drinks free however coming home 17/7 change of airline to Go 2 Sky 1hr delay 4.45am to 5.45am once again good flight free breakfast rolls and soft drinks however on landing at Gatwick told all the luggage left in Heraklion not impressed but it was delivered home to us by courier 48 hrs later.I suppose we get what we pay for we were with olympic and only paid £176 for a week in elounda half the brochure price that included everything the holiday was wonderful.

Does anybody know why the flight from gatwick was cancelled and is now At 22.15 . We hasn't been informed of any changes and not had our travel agents. We are travelling with a small child and a 13 hour delay with no explanation is disgraceful. I only hope they will be compensating passengers both for the delay and a loss of more than a days holiday!

That's more than their well used "we can mess you around as much as we like for 12 hours" so people can cancel, get a refund and go with a proper tour operator. Abta should throw them out.

So Olympic Hols Larnaca passengers delayed from scheduled 10am this morning to 22.15 tonight! It gets worse!!

I have flights with SPA next week 27th July from Gatwick to Larnaca (9.05am) and then 3rd August Larnaca to Gatwick. The flight to Larnaca out of Gatwick today is already delayed this morning and the flight coming back into Gatwick from Larnaca today is cancelled. Is anyone else concerned about this and does anyone know if this mornings flight got out to Larnaca via another airline. More worryingly though what happens if you get stranded in Larnaca. Thanks Duncan

Does anyone know the reliabilty of SPA flying to Larnaca on a Saturday morning, flying with them in September and was wondering if this was a problem flight ??

We learnt our lesson with OLYMPIC the hard way in 2011 wihen they were using the now failed Tor Air to Crete. The attitude of the Olympic staff was just appalling...it seems that they still adopt their 'couldn't care less' approach to flight problems and concerns. We voted with our feet and will NEVER book with Olympic again. This year we did our 'own thing' booked with EasyJet and had a completely pain free experience and our total cost actually came in lower than booking a package deal! Don't be too hard on SPA...these guys are just flying the planes and doing their best to get you there safely. Your complaint MUST be with your ABTA bonded tour operator who has booked you onto a non existant flight!

Everyone should complain to ABTA. this is a breach of their code. The person below is right, complain publicly on Facebook too, they are just about to hit the peak season now, Spa can't. Cope with one or two flights a day, there are six due out of Gatwick today....one already 5.5 hours deal y ed and another says "enquire airline".....

How can you run an airline on a shoestring and not provide basic information to your customers? It wouldn't be so bad if you had a contact for information but to have nothing is shambolic and extremely unprofessional. I cannot understand the uk to allow small planet to get away with it.

Currently waiting at Gatwick for Small Planet flight Corfu to Gatwick, apparently won't turn up for another few hours been told by Gatwick staff. Can't wait to speak to First Choice later, outsourcing the booking to Olympic who obviously don't care

Don't blame Small Planet this is all down to Olympic Holidays. I learnt my lesson the hard way in 2011 on a Sky Wings flight check out there reviews they are much worse than spa. Olympic lead you to believe your flight is with Easy Jet, Thomson, Thomas Cook and the like but it wont be they will put you on the cheapest crappiest flight herd you like cattle and reduce you to tears. Don't bother phoning customer service they will snigger down the phone at you and be incredibly rude, unless you get the girl with a foreign accent who is helpful and polite, but morale must be at rock bottom listening to all the complaints everyday all day. Olympic will you tell you they are not using Small Planet next year but I assure you they will find another carrier as bad if not worse. Good Luck to you all and remember it is not a cheap holiday if you are sitting for hours in an airport or on a coach.

Am actually wondering if the media should be contacted regarding all this.Olympic are committing fraud surely byselling flights that don' t exist. To actually let people turn up at the airport for a flight they must be aware is not there and then to carry on selling those same non existant flights I dont' think they should be allowed to continue treating people this way.Surely there must be something we can do to stop this. People work hard for and look forward to their holidays to turn up at the airport and find there is not the holiday you have paid for well words fail me actually!

0450 skiathos delayed until 1100 0550 to malta has suddenly appeared not on 2 hrs ago, perhaps that is where your plane is?

I have previously booked holidays with Olympic paying extra to fly with Monarch or Thomson this year I booked early to Rhodes flying with Thomson. I was then advised that SPA were going to operate the flight from Birmingham. I rang Olympic to see if I could pay extra to fly with Thomson - the staff basically laughed at me and quoted over £500pp and said it was my problem. As a result I cancelled and booked with Cosmos flying with Monarch. Yet another loyal customer leaving Olympic -will they ever learn

Anyone at Hilton Hotel Gatwick who should have gone to Skiathos from Birmingham this morning.......why are you there? Are you aware that you can claim a full refund of your holiday. We already have our money fully refunded this afternoon and are at home - just 12 minutes from Birmingham Airport - why would we go to Gatwick for a flight? Olympic are selling holidays today for next Friday's departure from Birmingham to Skiathos - how fraudulent is that. Someone I know who has worked on aircraft maintenance at B'Ham Airport for many years has never heard of nor seen a Small Planet Aircraft there at all. My travel agent told me this afternoon that he will NOT sell anymore Olympic Holidays. You should all speak with your feet and walk away! Herding people around like cattle is not on and definitely NOT a holiday! I will watch with interest to see what time you actually get to fly tomorrow. So please let us know on here. I wish you luck.

Just stop for a moment posters here, please! If you think it through, I don't believe it's a case of SMALL PLANET not honouring the flights. I'm pretty sure now that Small Planet were never contracted to fly the Birmingham-Skiathos flights. How many times has Small Planet flown the BHX-JSI-BHX this season?! The problem seems to be that Olympic have never properly covered these legs, ie BHX-JSI-BHX this year. The only time Small Planet have been involved is when acting as back-stop flights for Birmingham departures gone wrong. Problem is that Olympic have given the BHX-JSI-BHX flights Small Planet designations - both in their booking pages and on tickets. I'm not sure Small Planet was ever intended to fly these routes. I might be wrong!

Was assured by Olympic yesterday that Small Planet have not gone bust but then can you believe a word they say , Olympic are a bunch of crooks as far as I am concerned they take money for holidays they don't honour.

Don't forget to complain to ABTA. OLYMPIC are the ones who sell the package and are supposed to operate to a code of conduct. The way they are treating people with cancellations and shuttles is poor this year.EHBWE

We were supposed to fly from Birmingham to Skiathos at 11.30am today on a Small Planet plane but no staff turned up to check us in. When I say us that's all 150 or so passengers. Eventually a passing member of the airport staff suggest we go to the airport desk. We all went, yes all 150 or so of us and were told the flight was cancelled. They put us on coaches and shipped us all to The Hilton Hotel at Gatwick were were met by an Olympic Holidays rep. They are hoping to find a flight for us all some time tomorrow but no news yet. I hope they manage to fly us back to Birmingham on time (assuming we ever get to Skiathos) because I need to be elsewhere within a few hours of the flight we originally had booked. The really annoying bit it the lack of communication. There were no Olympic or Small Planet reps in Birmingham so communication was nil.

Just got back from Rhodes, was supposed to be flying with small planet booked through olympic... delayed 7 hours on the way out, and actually flew with grand cru... then delayed 14 hours on way back and had to sleep on the airport floor... ridiculous, ended up flying with an italian airline.. SMALL PLANET ARE AWFUL

Olympic holidays are a joke, I am concerned as I have booked a holiday in August with them flying from Gatwick to Zante. Small Planet have told me the flight is not with them so I phoned Olympic to make sure that the flight would still be going at the same time but with another airline the timings have already been changed once from the original booking, the person I spoke to basically laughed at me saying that as the holiday is 5 weeks away how could she say what time the flights would be. This is charter flight I was told, it was far too soon to tell.So I asked if the timings could be changed at short notice even the night before, of couse she replied, it'S perfectly normal for that tohappen.So basically they sell holidays with flights that do not always exist and that to me is fraud.They are taking your money and selling you a lie.I will never make the mistake of booking with them again and I will advise everyone I can not to use them either.

Just back home from B'Ham - after the flight to Skiathos was cancelled! They wanted to bus us to Gatwick - stay in a hotel for the night - and they would TRY to get us on a flight to Skiathos tomorrow! What a farce !!!!! 2 days at least to get to a 7 night holiday and then have the same situation in reverse on the homeward journey. We will be claiming a full refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SHOWER WHATEVER THE COST!!!!!

???!!! How on earth does that work, OK, thats going to be interesting in a few weeks when we're due on the 10:55 flight ourselves! Guest : Does anyone have any knowledge on the Friday morning flights to Skiathos, P74174 from Gatwick? Departing 10.55 (or supposed to be but judging by some of the comments we'll be lucky to get off the ground!) I called Olympic yesterday regarding P74174, they advised that Small Planet have been sub chartering flights but didn't have any idea on this particular flight. Definitely preparing myself for the potential chaos!

Yes agree that looking at flightrader24.com is really good! I have already checked the flight to Zakynthos that departed B'Ham today and its already been over taken en route by a Thomas Cook flight to Kos that left B'Ham AFTER the flight to Zakynthos. So slow planes too - lengthening the journey. The call sign for SPA flights whoever the carrier might be is LLP. for Thomson its TOM. for Thomas Cook its TCX for Monarch its MON. Have fun !
