P73004 Guest : I am due to fly out with small planet airlines on Thursday at 9am to zakynthos (Zante). I cant find it on the flight departures for Gatwick? We were trying to check in online but now worried as there are no flights at this time..Any ideas please?

Gatwick Flight Timetables Google It. Your flight no.P73004 going out time 10.10 return 18.10. Be sure to be there for 9am flight it could change again.

We flew out with Premira Air on May 17.th to Santorini with a delay of 1 1/2 hour, and as we were going to return yesterday (24.th), again something was wrong with the plane from Premira Air. A plane from Small Planet Airlines came to pick us up. Nice, serviceminded, friendly Crew. The captain gave us informations about places, we passed (nice!!), about speed, altitude and time of arrival. We were all tired and cold, and the crew provided us with blankets. Although not the newest plane, it was better than the one from Premira Air, as this plane (Small Planets plane) had nicer seats and we had more space for our legs. Thank you Small Planet Airlines for making our trip home to Billund, Denmark, so plesant.

My guess is you will fly out with Thomas Cook.The return flights are small planet. Check it on Gatwick Flight Timetable.I think you will be ok this has happened to us in the past. Enjoy your holiday. This is bet worrying I'm due to fly this Tuesday gatwick to Santorini at5.40am cannot find any information with regards to my flight I will never book with them again I've been so worried, Guest : I flew back to Gatwick with small planet fr om Kefalonia yesterday we had a 5.5 hour delay wh ere we had very little information on why delay had occured, as time progressed passengers joined forces and began researching small planet all bad news, we heard that they have stopped flying out of Gatwick and only fly in?!! Our flight details were changed flying out to Kefalonia we ended up on a norwegian airlines flight instead, all reviews are terrible all reporting delays also the company are based in Lithuania and dont respond to correspondence, we thought we were booking a Monach flight who apparently are partnered with them. Sorry but I hope you dont have problems but wouldnt count on it, one passenger checked airline details for our flight and they didnt show on the Kefalonian airlines schedule or Gatwick. Good Luck

Hi. We had a similar problem with SPA in August last year when flying from Chania in Crete back to Manchester. We wrote to Lithuania Office but no surprise - have heard nothing!! Could anyone who has had any success advise whether should have written to Poland and also if you issued proceedings which address you served on? I know it is unlikely we will have any success but it makes my blood boil when I think about how they are allowed to continue to do this and Olympic Holidays should be taken to task by the CAA for continuing to use SPA. Any advice/tips would be greatfully appreciated. Thanks

Sorry to bother you we were on this flight and small planet say they have lost my emails have you got flight number I have lost it thanks guest : If anyone is interested it often helps in numbers its really easy to post a story on watch dog I was on the Malta to Gatwick flight 20th September 2014 I have just sent my story to Watchdog online its took a few mins to complete. I am sick and fed up of being ignored by small planet airlines. Our agent is allegedly having contact and response from them but I am yet to see anything. Trying to deal with the CAA is a * of time, all they did with me after writing a 500word complaint was refer me back to Small Planet.

We haven't accepted it and are holding out for the full compensation we are entitled. Get in contact with the CAA because they have bMEWYTeen very helpful! All the best!

I had a 25 hour delay back in 2012 corfu-Manchester with Small Planet Airlines .I contacted them over a 6 month period using the Martin Lewis letter and template.They just ignored them all!! I put it in the hands of a solicitor In JUNE 14. I was ist told there was a hold on all claims due to the Jet 2 appeal in October 14. In Jan 15 despite loosing appeal,I am being told by legal team that some of the smaller airlines,Easyjet,Ryanair+ Small Planet airlines have requested leave to appeal the decision again,so all claims from these airlines are on hold again.......iS THIS CORRECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guest : I also had a 13 hr delay from Malta to Gatwick - Sent letter to small planet got a reply offering £100 - went to fill out the online form on the CAA flight but the form is not accepted because the delay was not going out from Gatwick. What I need if anyone knows is the link to an online form to fill in because it is from Malta. You are lucky to get any offer, how did you manage it? We are still trying to get even a reply from Small Planet for a delay from Verona to Bournemouth in July 2013 As the flight was from Italy The Italian Civil Aviation Association is responsible for enforcement of EU Directive 261/2004 - so far it has not received a response to official letters about our claim , BUT they cannot deal with compensation. Newmarket holidays did not help except to refer us to the airline - knowing that the airline would not respond. The UK European Consumer Centre are trying to liaise with the Polish branch.. and so on and on.

Guest : Just to say that i had a 28 hour flight delay in October 2012, I got a flight delay compensation judgement in October 2013 and I have just received full full compensation from SPA direct into my bank account so its been worth it. Pointless trying to involve the CAA. Olympic etc etc. If you get a judgement, deal direct, that seems to bring results. Can you tell me the address upon which you served your claim? Also - in what court was the claim heard> Thanks

I have had an email from small planet regarding the 20th sept flight to Malta, after sending two recorded letters. They want to offer me £100. Of course, after an 13 hour delay I am not going to accept this so will challenge further. I have tried to also get the CAA on board. However at least they have responded. Already been informed it is delayed for her return by 3 hours although expecting it to be longer . Only reason we used Olympic because they would not let 17 year old book with any other company despite them being 18 when they travelled. Never again, I work with an airline as cabin crew and even I am nervous for her. Small planet are a joke. Guest : Guest : Guest : As a result of seeing the high percentage of horrendous stories on this (and other) forums regarding Small Planet and Olympic Holidays, I have just rung Olympic Customer Services regarding my serious concerns and for clarification of the situation. (We are due to fly from Gatwick to Corfu on Monday 8th July.) The CSR I spoke to fully acknowledged Olympic's awareness of the recent level of complaints and admitted the damage it was doing to the reputation of the company and even acknowledged the reported lack of service sometimes afforded by Gatwick's Servisair, on behalf of Olympic Holidays! - He was in fact very open and honest! I was told that major efforts are being employed to redress the level of service provided by Olympic, Servisair and Small Planet - and that known potential flight delays will now be notified to customers about a week in advance - and since I haven't received any such notification by now, then our flight should (?) as scheduled. I have to admit that the conversation DID reassure me to a certain extent! By the way; for anyone wishing to contact Olympic Holidays, rather than ringing any of their premium rate '0844' numbers - this landline number will get you through to them: 020 8492 6868. Hope this post may be of some help ??? [REPLY 1] Just be warned we had the same level of assurance yesterday and then less than 24hours later our flights for tomorrow have been cancelled so its no guarantee you will get off to your holiday on time, from your chosen airport and then back at the end of it. [REPLY 2 - FROM ORIGINAL POSTER] Thanks for that additional comment. I really didn't expect to be told that. Seems I was given some non-truths in my conversation with Olympic's CSR. I'm now just as concerned as before I rang !!!!!!!!! :(
