Fleet Benidorm with my son who is in the Royal Navy for a couple of days before he went back .
Flew back to Manchester and my seat was 29f . This is the seat next to the emergency exit so there is no seat in front only space . I was told I couldn’t have my bag so I got my purse and a book to read .
There was no table to put it on so I put my purse on the floor . I eventually fell asleep and woke up when landing forgot to pick my purse up .
Now told it was not there .

My mother was medically advised not to fly until after May 19, 2025. Despite providing Lufthansa with a doctor’s letter, they refused to offer any compassion or flexibility. Instead, they demanded full change fees plus a $299 charge for two passengers just to rebook, treating a medical emergency like a business opportunity. Very disappointed by Lufthansa’s complete lack of customer care. Has anyone else been treated this way?

The easyJet app is still asking me to check in even though I've entered biur mine and my friend's details and passport info and it has generated boarding passes. Should I be worried? Dear Eurowings Customer Service,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a very unpleasant and unfair experience we had during our recent flight with your airline.
We chose Eurowings because the travel process appeared simple and affordable. Unfortunately, in reality, we experienced what felt like an intentional attempt to generate extra income through hidden costs—at the passengers' expense.
The incident took place on our return flight from Germany. While we were lining up to board, one of your staff members immediately pulled us aside and asked which boarding group we were in. We said Group 3, and she informed us that our cabin baggage needed to be checked for size. Of course, we had already measured our bags at home and were certain they complied with your guidelines.
However, she did not measure the bags at all. Instead, she immediately began filling out a form for a fine and told us that the bag was too large and that we could only take it on board if we paid ˆ60. We were confused, as no actual measurement had taken place. We tried to explain that there had been no issue with the same bag on our outbound flight, but she refused to listen and just raised her voice, repeatedly insisting that only a wallet, travel documents, or a laptop were allowed.
Eventually, when we asked her to show us the permitted size, she pointed to a metal frame. I then placed my bag into the frame myself, and it fit easily without any force. At that point, she had no further argument and reluctantly let us continue.
Unfortunately, several other passengers were not as lucky. We saw people being fined even though their bags were visibly smaller than mine. It seemed that this tactic was applied deliberately just before boarding, when passengers are under time pressure and less likely to argue.
This procedure felt like a systematic abuse rather than proper policy enforcement. We are deeply disappointed and strongly reject this kind of treatment. We kindly ask you to investigate the situation and inform us how you plan to make up for the incident.
Please confirm that this complaint has been formally registered, and I look forward to your response.

Pegasus is the worst airline! Same thing hapoened with me but with a direct flight and its been lose for 40 days with barely any responses. They told me to go pick it up in munich, i paid for the foights to find out it was nit there! U file at ECC or get a lawyer. I read on reddit that theyre stealing customer’s suitcases!! Nightmare!!!

I am leaving this review to make possible future customers aware of how rude, condescending, and unprofessional one of Frontier Airlines employees acted today when my fiancé and I tried to fly from Las Vegas to Denver today.
Our boarding passes stated that the doors would close at 9:21am. We were at the gate along with another passenger at 9:09am. A condescending woman named Brittany was working the desk. She very rudely told us that we were too late and would not be allowed to board the flight. She lied to us and said that the plane had already taken off, as if we could not look out of the window and see it still sitting on the tarmac.
Brittany claimed to be a supervisor which is very concerning. Why would your Frontier Airlines put a dishonest, unempathetic, and unprofessional person in a position of power? This whole ordeal reflects very badly on their company and I will never fly with them again. I will also be advised others to avoid them as well.

Did anyone here try booking a flight to Boracay using the CP Superpass voucher? I always check but always no available. Are they limiting the use of voucher in this specific destination?True, I sent a chat message and even email them complaining availability of CEB SUPER PASS flights. I had booked a ticket in December 2024 to SanFran from Cgy for a return flight in late May and had to cancel. The total ticket price was $477.00 for an 'Econofare' ticket.
The agent said that there is a $105 cancellation fee with that ticket class. A little steep, but fair enough. Upon cancelling and putting my refund only into Westjet dollars (not given back to me), I noticed that the cancellation fee was $105 EACH WAY!!!
For a $477.00 ticket (Economy, not the cheapest fare), I barely got half my money refunded.....to Westjet Dollars!
A total rip off.
Onex/ greedy Gerry Swartz has wrecked this one fine airline. I will do my best (like many others I know in the west), to avoid flying Westjet in the future. Problem is, Air Canada and Westjet somehow got away with dividing Canada up -> AC in the east, Westjet in the west. How the competition bureau doesn't look into this amazes me.
We need the Conservative's in power in Ottawa and to 'open the skies up' to competition.

I flew LA 800 from Sydney Australia to Auckland Queenstown today.
I’ve flown a lot and I was shocked to see something I’ve never seen before. When I looked out the window, in row 20, just above the wing, I saw masking tape plastered all over the upper wing surface.
What the hell was that?

Yeah I'd skip these airline and go to one of the bigger 3. First, their customer service reps are either rude or extremely lazy. I have heard stories in the past about employees who quit at Southwest, they said they been tormented and verbally assaulted with out of line comments.
I can't imagine what this gate agent had been through. However I bet he doesn't give two cents about his job because when you lose enough dignity, you start to not care.
I think I would avoid Southwest at all cost, it lacks customer support, empathy, amenities like basic charging and humility. People should never fly southwest, dont say I didnt warn you.

I travelled with air cote d'Ivoire 16th February, 2025 from Abuja to Bamako via Abidjan. My luggage did not arrive. I filled an online complaint form with no reaponse.On my return leg on 19th February 2025, we had a long layover at Abidjan and decided to complain. My luggage was found there after about 2hours search. As i write this today, 7th March 2025, not a word from the airline. This action of the airline has caused me tremendous distress

I am boarding your flight TO4661 to Paris. Worst gate service ever! They allowed us to go through the gate and then we were stuck in the corridor in the heat for 45 minutes. Why? Because they were cleaning the aircraft. Why let us go through the gates to the aircraft when it is in the process of being cleaned and we cannot board? When I spoke to one of the agents, she casually tells me that we are free to go back to the gate. So me as a passenger have to organise 50 people waiting in a steel tube to go back the gate in an orderly manner? Awful service from Transavia as always. Never again!
I travel to and from Lanzarote every month and I am never taking Transavia again or suggesting your airline to any of our many clients or friends. Vueling is far superior in every respect.

Good morning.
Today, Tuesday, January 14, on flight BW527 from Georgetown to Port of Spain departing at 12:40 PM, for me it has been the worst trip of my life.
At the Airport,
in (GEO/SYCJ)
Georgetown Cheddi Jagan International Airport, the lady/agent working for Caribeean Airlines -she did not want to give me her name (looking at the counter there were three women, two on the left with the Caribbean airlines uniform, and one on the right, with a gray uniform different from the other ones, black race and robust and treated me with very bad manners.
I am Joaquim Miquel Vila Morales, a citizen of the European Union, Spanish, and my seat was 19D on this flight.
It turns out that when I went to check in, and having already done it online, she asked me what my departure would be after planning to spend 8 nights on vacation in the country of Trinidad and Tobago. I have answered that on January 22, 8 days after arriving, I have a flight with your company to Saint Lucia.
This represents my onward ticket, justified departure from Trinidad and Tobago, as dictated by the airlines following international immigration instructions.
My shock was when this woman, in charge of your check-in, went beyond her duties and stated that my onward ticket to Saint Lucia was of no use, and that I should have a return ticket to my country.
To this lady who works for you - and very arrogant -, (unfortunately) in Guyana I have had to show through my emails all the flights and reservations until I get home being:
-from Trinidad and Tobago: flight to Saint Lucia.
-from Saint Lucia, ferry to Dominica.
-from Dominica, ferry to Martinique.
-from Martinique (which is already European soil) flight to Paris.
And when I showed her my flight to Europe (Paris), she still had the nerve to ask me for the flight from Paris to Barcelona, which luckily I also had purchased.
It has been a moment of great tension. This worker has given me a very bad time, asking me for unusual things and abusing her position, acting as if she were an immigration police agent.
Luckily I had all these flights and ferries to justify a return ticket, when, according to all the Caribeean Airlines workers with whom I have spoken since, both in Guyana and at the Port of Spain airport they agree with me. I only needed to show an onward ticket for departure from Trinidad and Tobago.
And there is still more. This lady threatened me that there would be a fine of $4,000 if I did not continue to comply with her requirements. It was all very surreal.
I hope they take severe measures with this person who treated me loudly and in a very bad manner, forcing me to show return trips when all I needed was an onward ticket, like I have to Saint Lucia.
You cannot allow yourself to have staff who do not know the rules, who do not know their job, who do not know how to deal with a polite customer like me. It has been very outrageous.
Finally just to say that I've been in over 150 countries in this planet taking over 1000 fligts. Today I had this issue by the first time. Hope you can solve it. It's also the first time I complaint on an Airline.
