Guest : Gud am may i ask my mother is a senior citizen today I was trying to book here a flight online one way davao to manila and i didnot receive any confirmation or email that the tikect was confirmed just "there was an error while we process your payment. Please try again or try a different form of payment." than i tried to book again same happened did not receive any email or a confirmation keep saying pending than I checked my credit card there are 2 bookings are confirmed for the same person may I know if you can help thanks

I experienced this also last june. I wasn't able to get my ref num bec it showed that my cc was declined. But I called the bank and my account was deducted.until now i been calling cebu pacific hotline and email.. since the bdo is requesting for a copy of the said booking. pls. help me.

hey guys. had the same issue havingroblem booking online. I would suggest always ask through them through social media like Twitter. they always reply and help you. thanks

I wasn't able to get my ref num bec it showed that my cc was declined. But I called the bank and my account was deducted.

Hi, i have made a booking around 4:00am today with cebu pacific and i did get a booking reference number. It is a 14 digits number, so i could not view my booking on manage my booking beacuse its says that the booking reference number is only 12 digits. I went to BPI and payed my booking on cash about 10am today. But i still dont have an email with cebu pacific to confirm my payment and booking.

Hello Everyone! I’ve book a flight yesterday and was about to pay it this morning. The bank Teller told me that my cebu pacific referrence is not valid but I just follow the ref code given in my itinerary receipt. Does anyone experience the same? I dont even recieved an email for confirmation.

Hi how can i get a copy of my official receipt? The or generator says that a receipt is not available, though i have confirmation through phone app. I received my travel insurance policy from cebu pac through email, but the was no email of the itenerary and OR like before. Mildred : I was about to book my boss's plane ticket for July 2 and 4. during the payment process and error occurred. per payment transaction history the status is received but there was no order reference. I verified from Cebu Pacific local booking office. It was verified that there was no booking for my boss. I verified from the bank if the transaction reflected but they informed me that i should verify it online. Per verification of my boss the transactions reflected are only until July 13. transactions thereafter were not yet posted...may i be clarified on what should i do since i really need to book my boss for his flight.. We pay our booking thru cebuana and we got the confirmed booking but after 1 day we got the email saying that our booking was cancelled because we did not pay, untill now we still dont have our confirmed ticket, we send them the receipt but its taking too long for the validation, our flight is aproaching any help on this please.? We call them everyday but no updates regarding the validation not sure if they really checking on the issue.

I asked trip.com and they are claiming that it's because they are a 3rd party site, but my booking is confirmed so I don't have to worry. Is this true? Then i manage my booking and purchase add on baggage allowance back and forth but was unable to have a copy of new official receipt and my new total amount paid. Hello, I already book a plane ticket thru trip.com without baggage. But when I was about to add baggage and pay it thru BDO bank, it says that the reference number is invalid. Btw, I have 14 digits reference number but tha BDO bank said that the reference number should be 12 digits only. I booked it yesterday.
