Lorlin Silva : hi I book a ticket today and manage to pay it through online but there is no confirmation. Please help there is no booking reference number no official receipt Guest : Guest : Mr.Anonymous : Good day to all, i just wanted to share my horrible experience with online booking at Cebu Pacific site. I had completed all the process and had been able to enter the correct details of the card that i used. After the payments had been done i was just shocked that amount has been deducted on the card but the status shows status closed.Anyone here who experienced the same scenario please give clues on how to get the itinerary receipt. I didnt even receive any mails from cebu pac. hi there? Was this already resolved? I have the same prob as yours. naresolve na po ba ang problema niyo patungkol po dito? kasi nagbooked din ako ng ticket ngayon lang ganito po ang problema na naencountr ko. Hi There ito rin ang problema ko ngayon . wala akong conformation walang reciept wala ring email galing cebu pacific. paano ba to ma resolve??? Has this been resolved po?

Don Bosco Anand : Hello, I booked 3 itenaries today from France with Cebu Pacific and the payment was made as well but there is no email confirmation received. Hello, I have booked a flight from Hong Kong to Denpasar. I've completed payment via Alipay. But I got blank page after making payment. The bank has charged me. I didn't take note of the booking reference number. How can I retrieve my booking number and check my booking status? Pls help out by emailing back xucuiyun@126.com. Thanks a lot.

Guest.. : Hi sir. I also encounter same situation just today. I booked for my fathers flight but after payment it said ' your booking is closed' , so I repeated it. But still booking closed, i checked my account and I was deducted twice the amount but still no confirmation. Can someone help how to fix this problem? Or how to file case against cebu pacific? Thanks ganun din situation ko..pero hindi ko pa check ung account ko if na deduct ba yong payment ko..twice ko na kasing na submit still booking is closed but payment nang card ko approved...

Guest : Guest : Pls xplain this..status of payment is confirmed but booking status is closed..tnx Good day po, how did you solved the problem po, i got the same situation here, i booked twice na po but still the status is closed, same guest and same flight po, so bali dalawa na po ang ticket ko po pero CLOSED pa rin po. I paid twice also. There was no iterinary receipt din po na natanggap sa email ko. Pa help naman po if paano to ma so-solve. If meron po kayong alam on how to solve this pls do reply or email me po at palasolmary@gmail.com. I didn't receive any email about my booking, I want to print my itinerary from Hanoi to Manila. I paid it yesterday in Metrobank. Guest : The official receipt was not sent to my email. Only the itinerary receipt. I need the receipt for liquidation. The OR generator doesn't work Hi! Same with mine. Then theRe's no confirmation # as well so i cannot get the OR online.

Joy : I just want to share my horrible experience with #CebuPacific online booking.I book my domestic flight from Manila-Butuan .I had completed all the details that they need and enter the details of my card that I will use to pay.After that the site was closed automatically so I think my book is not yet confirmed but I just surprise the amount has been deducted to my card but I did'nt recieve any mails from them. I dont know how to get my itinerary reciept 😭😭😭 sayang ung 7k pesos dalawang buwang pangkain ko na rin yun dito sa abroad contact cebupacific po and your bank para ma clarify

Oh my God we are they same problem I also book my ticket last July9 same with your situation after I complete all the process and put my card # that I will use for my payment its show close and they deduct also from my card the payment but I didnt recieve any email from them its more than 24hrs already Im trying to contaact them but nobody answering me everytime Im making online booking but this is my 1st time in cebu pacific and i feel so disappointed . What we will do know?

Guest : Guest : I made a booking and the payment methods was through payment counters. Sadly, to say I did not write down the reference number. It was noted that it shall be sent to my email. I still do not receive any email regarding my booking from cebu pac. Does it really take more than an hour for them to send an email of my reference number for payment? how did you figure out your reference number? thanks in advance Same issue.
