Help please Guest : This morning,after my crediit card payment got through for booking,there was no any confirmation email from Cebu.Furthermore,when I keyed in my booking reference in manage booking,it is telling no such booking reference!!( No result). I called my bank,they said payment got through to Cebu.Time for nightmare.

i have the same experience as yours.Been contacting CEBUPAC for days now, but to no avail. I tried to contact them via fb messenger but always walang agent na available. Now I am contacting them via email pero ang antagal mag reply. I tried paying gcash, pro di pala puede kasi amg booking reference number ko is different. Guest : I tried to pay my pending payment but when i clicked pay now nothing shows, it is just keep on loading, nothing proceeds and nothing displays to settle my payment. (Same here) Reika : Can anyone help me? I have rebooked and have pending payment due to the fare difference. When I click the pay now icon nothing happens and I receive an email that there was an error on my payment. There wasn’t even a screen to choose payment method and such. And I can’t even get through their customer service! I am from Japan

When im trying to pay online the system still shows that my amount due isPhp3,359.67 which is the cost for the 1 pc 20kg and 2 pcs 32kg baggage that I originally had. Napatangal ko yung excess na di ko kailangan. On my Itinerary Receipt it shows na 1 pc 32 kg nalang ang add ons ko and my amount due is Php1,353.97 which I'm gonna settle on the check in counter at the airport na.

Nakatawag ako sa hotline, yung SG hotline no. Nacheck nila na voided yung payment, for payment verification pa within 48hrs. If may payment daw na pumasok, i-rereinstate nila booking w/c is my choice naman. If no payment received, tayo na magccoordinate sa credit card bank for reversal charge. They gave me my booking reference para easier sa pag locate ng query ko. Call din siguro kayo, I waited 45mins bago nasagot ng agent. Patience is the key din. Okay. I followed up. Unfortunately, wala talagang nabook. walang payment na pumasok. so tayo makipag coordinate kay bank to reverse the payment. Ayun, magbobook ulit ako tonight. Sana successful. Hello again, I am all good now. Checked with the credit card company, charge was automatically reversed. Tried re-booking, and it worked. My flights are confirmed. God bless! Hi, experienced the same. Tried contacting them but to no avail. My flight is tomorrow. Domestic nga lang kaya they told me to message them. on queue right now pero na sstress na ako. I was charged twice for an upgrade that didn't go thru Ano number nung tinawagan mong hotline, same tayo ng naging case pumasok an kay CC tapos walang booking confirmation.

Guest : Hi, I need help. I mistakenly added 2 baggage add-ons under my Aunt's name and 1 on mine. I'd like to keep the only add-on under mine. May magagawa ba ako to cancel it since the agent na nakausap ko said my request is declined raw. Magkakaroon ba ako ng problem sa boarding kapag hindi na settle ang payment sa add-ons which hindi ko naman gagamitin? any update on this? same experience and I don't plan on paying the add-on since I will not be using it. Will I still be allowed to check in?

Hello. I need assistance . how can I cancel pending add on payment? I tried to rebook my flight from Apr 22 and change it into 21 just to see the fare difference. Cebu Pacific were desperate for cash in February /March 2021 DESPERATE! They made promises about the ability to use their Super Pass but then come to find that as soon as flights started being booked again well there were less and less DESTINATIONS available with fewer Super Pass seats available. That was NOT what was promised. I'm just waiting for a Class Action Law Suit against Cebu Pacific I'm ready. I have 7 passes that will expire in 5 weeks! My last Super Pass flight was at 4:50 AM ... I mean come on! I GAVE Cebu Pacific Thousands of Pesos when they were desperate for a cash influx and this is how they treat us. SHAME ON YOU CEBU PACIFIC!

My aunt bought a baggage online. She decided to pay via 7-11. Afterwards she decided to cancel it but there is no way to cancel it online. At the airport, the staff said that my aunt can't check in unless she can settle the unpaid baggage. They added that it can't be cancelled. I think it's unfair. Pls guide me if I'm wrong. Thanks

Same hete, i wanted to book and use my expiring travel fund but i can’t go through when it comes to payment. Their website is not functioning well.
