Ive been trying to book a flight for 4 days now using my iPhone but upon payment using paypal and I even tried the credit card option, nothing happens. I keep getting the code 444. This is so frustrating.

tried booking but when it's on Payment page, I've paid using CC Visa, once I've clicked "Submit" button, nothing happen.

Almost about to be done paying for my ticket and when I hit the payment proceed, it said error and back to the flight browsing page. I tried again in the app but it wont let me book ticket as it says system error. Seems everyday have a System error.

I can access www.cebupacificair.com/ but after selecting the flights, dates etc and clicking the "FIND FLIGHTS" it redirect to book.cebupacificair.com/ which only shows a blank page. I've been experiencing this for 3 days now, have used different browsers - safari, firefox, opera, chrome - but same result. I tried accessing other airline booking sites, and their website works. Anybody else experiencing the same?

Hi, I booked a ticket using my getgo points and opted to pay the balance through payment centers but I missed the 24 hours allowance and made payment through my credit card but it was declined twice, I also pay through paypal and debit card but it was also declined. How am i going to pay for my balance? My flight is on January 8, 2020. Please help!

Guest : i MADE A BOOKING AT CEBUPACAIR.COM on Oct. 25, 2019 at 7:30pm bound from Manila to Sydney (one way) January 14, 2020 departure and it was confirmed that my booking was successful. I paid 20, 930 via credit card and it was deducted from my account. However, I did not get the booking reference no. and wasn't able to print said transaction. I cant retrieve it and when I checked on the section manage your booking, it states that "ERROR: The details you entered do not match an existing booking in our system. Please try again." I keep on trying but it showed the same message. How can I retrieve the ticket that I bought? I am already anxious because I dont have a copy of the ticket that I booked. Please guide and help us. Need your response at once. Thank you Is this problem solved???

Had the same error ERROR: No booking in state cannot commit booking" The 3rd attempt i got the screen to add osid and cc limit, but still failed Raised ticket with c p. Got the usual questions. Did you check cookie Contact bank I sent screen shots of the booking that was ok. See below. Plus shot of the error Btw i was able book and pay using the app.

My payment for addon seat is being declined. I cannot check in because i need to settle my balance. Payment is only thru creditcard and payment center is not available in the options. Can i cancel my prepaid purchase instead so i can proceed checking in. Thanks a lot.ROCWK

TunnelBear VPN has helped me to get rid of the ERROR on CP website. Now I am able to manage bookings etc. Haven`t tried to buy another ticket though, so I don`t know, if I would have trouble with paying/receiving a new ticket after the problem started on their website.

Try to manage your booking on cebupacificair.com. You can use your booking reference or the details of your flight to retrieve it. If it appears with confirmed status as in the image, then you should be fine.

I paid my Cebu Pacific booking via GCASH. I did not get any confirmation from GCASH that the payment was successful but the amount was already deducted from my balance. I called someone from Globe and they told me to contact Cebu Pacific instead because payment is GCASH is made real time. Cebu Pacific is the one to still confirm my booking/payment. Anyone else experiencing the same problem? What was the resolution?

Hi, did you resolve it? I am having a problem now... Guest : I paid my booking through paypal, Payment is confirmed and it less in my balance but the flight didnt book. I tried to call you guys, messaged you how mant times in your social media accounts. But only charlie the robot who keep talking to me in messenger. I work ao hard to book that ticket so that i can go to a better place and work there. But it end up i lost everything because of your service. I dispute it in Paypal now. I work for that money and i want a refund so I dicided to dispute it. Thats all thank you.

I booked my destination last November 29, 2019 and paid my booking thru online using my GCASH ACCOUNT last November 30, 2019 amounting Php 4,318.26 plus charged fee of Php 8.00. I received an email from Cebu Pac same day after payment has made. I received my Itinerary and Official Receipt that serves a proof that my booking was confirmed already. But suddenly, GCASH message me today thru my phone (December 3) that my payment transaction from Cebu Pac was FAILED. So, I checked my balance in Gcash and saw that my payment Php 4,318.26 plus Php 8.00 was returned. I felt so sad about this co'z it's a promo fare. 😞 I called the Gcash hotline earlier and they told that Cebu Pac didn't accepting payment from Gcash already (i don't know that you do not accept gcash, besides i received Official Receipt coming from you and confirmed itinerary, so i thought it's already okay). What I did, is calling your hotline (said GCASH personnel) but no one answered, so that i'm here to talk to you about this matter. What am I going to do now on this? I hope my booking won't cancel or dissapear. Help me. Thank you so much! Godbless. HI! Same thing happened to me! Iniwan ko lang muna yung Gcash fund na binalik sakin sa Gcash account ko. After like 3 days, naadjust fund ko and binawi din nila yung nirefund nila. That means bayad na uli ako then confirmed na talaga flight ko since may iti and receipt na from Cebu Pac mula pa nung nagbayad ako. So I suggest na you do the same. Iwan lang yung nirefund ng GCash.

This page isnt workingIf the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP ERROR 444 the error is since 2 mos and still not working, customer care didnt help as well. i suggest use traveloka instead.

RABIA : Hello , i dont know whey i can't book in cebu oacific web site i always had ERROR444 , even in application i can't it write cebu pacific stop I am trying today and had the same problem. I checked the thread and there's quite a number of gruntled bookers and customers. Im at lost since this is my first time to experience this. I have successfully paid via Gcash before. Even though the booking was and is still confirmed its obvious that theres a risk of cancellation because technically I have not paid for it, since it was refunded. Do you want to raise this concern collectively or together? I'm thinking of taking an action soon by going to their office instead. Hello, Ive experienced the exact same thing. Paid via Gcash on Nov 30th. Ive contacted both Gcash and Cebu Pacific. Cebpac confirmed that my booking was confirmed and told me to to contact Gcash instead. They kept on passing the responsibility to each other. Im at lost since this is my first time to experience this. I have successfully paid via Gcash before. Even though the booking was and is still confirmed its obvious that theres a risk of cancellation because technically I have not paid for it, since it was refunded. Do you want to raise this concern collectively or together?
